Could not even get information when I asked information about some services.Update: after they saw my review they finally responded one of my messages, asked me when I wanted to go since they were available almost every day; I asked them for a day and guess what? they ignored the msg again. Lol! That was in May 3 so I really wanted to give them a chance and I was open to change my review, but definitely would not put my money here.

NamineStars: Super frustrated, my first time here was GREAT. The daughter of the owner had bleached my hair to a good level 8 blond in just two processes before she dyed my hair a wonderful dark color of grey. That was back in 2016, came back again in June of 2019- seems that the daughter doesn't expertise in hair cutting any longer, and rather takes clients for waxing- nevertheless, I attempted to sway the main owner of the salon that I have more confidence of her daughter processing my hair but yet insisted she herself could do it. I'm outraged and hadn't noticed until a month later, July now, how uneven the blonde is in my hair- there's so much orange left. The painting of the fade technique was so unclean and messy of streaks. My bangs has a straight streak going across of the uneveness of the blonde. She was so rough on handling my hair, constantly pulling and tugging (at one point yanking my earing off from brushing my hair so vigorously). She used 4 processes of bleach and yet my hair remained orange yellow, like.. if it were gonna take that many processes...it should have been platinum blonde at that point. In addition, that my hair was severly damaged that I could not brush through it, having to take initiative to get keratin hair masks and coconut oil to treat my hair. I know if you are to bleach, you're risking damage to your hair- but come on, this is suppose to be a professional salon. The lady never gave me the estimated cost for the bleach in the beginning (I asked only for her to changing subjects), never told me it would take 4 processes- racking me to pay up an expense of +300, plus +%20 tip that wasn't even worth giving, whereas with her daughter it was a near $200, but with two process of bleach and the dye of grey plus haircut with little damage to the hair. I'll add photos to show and compare the daughter and the owner's work, and you tell me what's good. My hair is mad dark, I know- which is why I recommend I come in sessions, which I would have been fine with but owner insisted we get it all done in one day- only leading her to rush and leave me with this corncob, flaky hair. My dude, I even called days before to set up an appointment only to come in on said day only for her employees having to call her to come in because she thought I said I'd come in an hour later than the time I scheduled for. Unprofessional. Owner said to come back a month from now (July) to get a bleach wash and the dye for almost $200. I'm taking the matter in my own hands and finish it myself. Make sure you know ask for the final price, who's going to do your hair, and if they're even knowledgable of what they're doing (owner had to ask daughter which toner to apply if she's trying to achieve a grey...). Not coming EVER again.

Victoria Glaittli: The office and staff were great. I was optimistic. I went in to have my life long insecurity of 'love handles' addressed with lipo ($6500). The day after the procedure I could tell my lower back had been treated but my area of concern (the sides of my hips) was not. I called Dr. Diehl to express my concern. She said we would discuss this during my one month follow-up appt. At this appointment she assured me that it was just 'swollen' or 'filled with liquid that disperses after surgery'. She followed that by saying that the area was *actually* just skin and there is nothing she could do about it besides removing the section of skin. Well, which is it? If the latter were true, I would have liked to have been told that during my consultation. However, I just felt like she was preparing her excuse for the 6 month post op appt. And I was right. Against my better judgment I went to the 6 mo. appt. (3 hour drive round trip). She immediately got defensive and began raising her voice with me, verging on straight up yelling. I asked her why she was raising her voice with me, she continued talking over me and not letting me speak. I was not raising my voice, making any kind of demands or escalating the situation in any way. Her defensiveness speaks volumes. Egotistical and emotionally impulsive, unable to hold proper composure. Super strange and unprofessional experience. I had to walk out. $6500 is an exorbitant amount of money for a full time artist. I paid for the best and did not receive her best. Just consider all your options.

As we walked out a hispanic man waljs in and guess what people he gets a haircut from the same woman that said they don't do that. Hispanics are real racists in NC.
