It's ashame too, they have Great doctor good staff but I will be finding a new office that allows you to be human and show your smile.

TONYA DEVON: The receptionist is very rude. She wanted me to know this was for private insurance patients only. I think she thought that I may be on Medicaid without asking. I found their office on my medical insurance provider site( United Health Care). So, you have lost a potential customer and I am telling as many people as I can about the rude and unprofessional person answering the phone.

Lu Meares: Everyone is always very informative and friendly. The bedside manner of Dr C, the nurses, anesthesiologist, etc is wonderful. I appreciate how extra attention is given to explaining what is happening and about to happen. These folks are the best!

Alyssa Mirabile: My experience over the past few months has been frustrating - I came here because they were the only ones who would take me at the time, as all facilities are overflowing with patients. Overall, the front desk staff is kind when physically in the office checking in or out, but if you call to ask a question they're typically rude and want to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. Not very helpful when you're trying to advocate for yourself and get answers and the help that you need! In-person appointments feel rushed. You really feel like a number and not a person. It's difficult to get in touch with anyone or to efficiently get the help you need. You are at their mercy and get the run-around. It seems like you're just another number to get in and out. I'm a reasonable person and give the benefit of the doubt, but it has been a challenging road.

Sharon: Raleigh OB/Gyn Center is a great facility. I have not had any problems there and Dr. Briscoe is so nice and understanding and so willing to help solve any problem you may have. When she is not available those that stand in for her are so helpful. I really love this place.
