Thomas Moye: Triangle Springs was the best place for help I've been to. The place was very clean and staff was very good and professional. I felt valued and comfort from the people who work with me. Especially Jenny,Kim,Eboni, Meghan, Reggie, and all others I may forget to mention. Highly recommend this place if you need or want help!!!

C W: I was held here against my will even though I told them repeatedly that I didn’t want to harm myself; I was told that I would have no charge for my visit by billing and my insurance is saying I owe over 5k for a 7 days stay; I asked nearly every day to leave and I was told that I couldn’t. My insurance was billed over 18 thousand for a 7 day stay and that wasn’t even a full seven days, I left right in the morning on day 7. 18 thousand for 7 days! This is so absurd. The billing department has not called me back yet. Some of the staff members there were just very impatient and unkind. I wouldn’t Recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be held against your will and to be charged obscene amounts of money and to be treated badly by some staff members. Update 7/6/23: they told me to call a patient advocate but they left me no number to call one; I have tried multiple times to get back in contact with the billing department and they won’t call me back, they are not filing the authorization that they need to get additional days approved for my stay there in April through may, beware of this place!!

Raquicia Reams: Lots of problems but the main one is check in. Why on earth does it take 6+ hours to accept a new patient? If you need to check yourself in, this is the worst option. You’ll get up and leave before they ever make it to you. They literally just leave you in the waiting room for hours. Again, that’s just the main problem - not all of them.

Jessica Lilly: No longer provide the vivatrol shot upon leaving detox so my friend relapsed the day she got out. That's the only way she can stay clean and they stopped providing it. Dangerous and stupid. Sending people out with no tolerance to possibly die and not providing vivatrol. A death sentence

Kimmie Evans: Terrible experience! Never even received any care!! I called Triangle Springs seeking outpatient care on Saturday 06/17/23. They scheduled me for an assessment the following Monday. I completed the assessment and was told my insurance covered all costs and I could get started the very next day. Right before I left my house to attend class that Tuesday, I received a call from them telling me the class was too full so my start date would need to be rescheduled to Friday, but that would be over 72 hours from the time of my assessment so I would have to complete a reassessment the day before. I got a call Thursday morning from the finance department telling me I will actually owe $1700 upfront. I can't afford something like that upfront so I told them I would need some time to figure out if it's something I would be able to afford or not. I called them the next day letting them know I will be able to handle it and get a new appointment for the reassessment for Saturday and a new start date for Monday. Saturday comes and I don't receive the phone call. I called them to ask what was going on and to try to get connected so I can complete the assessment. They said they would have someone call me asap. Never called. I called on Monday to explain and they said they could reschedule the assessment for the following Saturday!!! So I would have to wait an entire additional week to get started which would've been two weeks since my initial assessment. All because THEY dropped the ball and didn't call me like they were supposed to. I said I should be penciled in that same day so I could start ASAP, but no one would accommodate this request. They said I would have to talk to the supervisor about it. Well, she was in a meeting. Right. So they left her a message to call me back. Did she call me back? Nope. She did not. So I follow up with them yet again today, Tuesday. She finally gets in touch with me and says she can do my assessment for me, but at that point I was trying to explain everything to her because I think it's important that they know what kind of experience they are providing to their potential patients, and for me it was awful! She was not concerned about my poor experience at all! She was not interested in hearing anything I had to say, kept interrupting me, dismissing me... She said she would transfer me to the customer service department so I could file a complaint and while I was mid-sentence saying I didn't want her to do that because I'm tired of being shuffled off to different people, none of which have been helpful, and she transfered me anyway. As I was talking to her!!!! Guess what. They didn't pick up! It went to voicemail! I didn't bother leaving one. I hopped on Google to leave this review because maybe it'll actually get some recognition. I doubt anything will change, but at least the public will know the truth! I will NEVER recommend Triangle Springs to anyone for any reason. They are AWFUL!!!!

Kate H: I had a mostly good experience as voluntary admit for panic disorder and SI. The space was clean and the staff for the most part were very kind, I was there for 10 days and only encountered 2 staff that I didn’t like dealing with. You do have to advocate for yourself, fitness time is on the schedule but it’s never initiated, I asked the staff and got 2 other patients who wanted to go so we could do it. Pay attention to what meds they are giving you, look at each pill to make sure it looks right. Once I was given the wrong pill (an instant release instead of extended release blood pressure med) and another time I was anxious at night and the dose of anti anxiety they gave me was so high it made me sleep through an entire day. I found out later it was a high dose antipsychotic which was not appropriate for me at all. The groups were good, I especially liked the yoga group and wish it was more than once a week. There was one patient on my unit who frequently shouted and made threats to staff and male patients and was very disruptive/triggering. I think that should have been handled better.My admission was on a Friday night and I didn’t get out of the interview room until the next morning. Once I was in things got much better but I didn’t see a Dr until Monday which sucked as I mostly wanted to be there for medication change/management. I continued after discharge with PHP and IOP and would recommend the program to others in similar situations with the advice to pay attention and advocate, but also be open to the help that they offer.

Dusty Spicer: Was accepted in this hospital & facility over a week ago, Discharged on 6/6/23 .All staff very courteous & kind . This hospital is top notch & super clean. They also bring AA/NA panels into the facility for substance abuse & mental health. . Although there is a couple of things that could be improved as far as seeing the Doctor on a daily & not the nurse practitioner. I only spoke with the Dr. One time & had to approach & talk the one time I needed to . Discharge could improve as well along with medications that you need to have a bridge with to you have a follow up. Because I felt like I needed a few more days for my mental health before I came back into society.

Groups are usually fascinating because not only do the participants want the assistance, but they also work together to assist one another. Finally got a call to tell me they are discharging him, no discharge meeting, no safety plan, no more conversations with the doctor to express my concerns, because obviously I don’t know my son the best. Spoke with a nurse who only called to see when I would be there to pick him up, she stated he didn’t have any homicidal thoughts in his chart. I explained that he told me and the doctor and that the doctor confirmed these statements during the one phone call I had with him. I requested to speak with the doctor and no call back he made his rounds this morning and signed my sons discharge paperwork with not even a thought about my concerns. The fact that they don’t care about teenage mental health is mind blowing considering that’s supposed to be their specialty. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR FAMILY OR YOURSELF TO GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! Wait for another bed to open at another hospital! My son has been in 4 different hospitals and this is by far the absolute worst!

Jennifer: SECOND BAD REVIEW! These people sent me to two places for follow up that did not exist and me and my mother have been working with the patient advocate to get a hold of antidepressants. Dr Wang is doing everything in his power to make sure I Stay depressed. Hospital promised they would prescribe me some antidepressants and instead the doctor sent a prescription to the pharmacy for anti-seizure medications. I DO NOT need those. I'm trying to figure out what the freaking problem is and why these people are doing everything in their power to keep me from getting the help that I so desperately need. Do not go here. Also, r h a does not exist anymore. Go to Monarch. They have a walk-in clinic and will get you set up with help the day you walk in. Fight for Your Life. Just because these people don't value your life doesn't mean you shouldn't value your own. Mental health reform is something that needs to happen NOW!

Jessica Carroll: Had my daughter there for six days. They billed nearly 5k and to top all of it off, less than 24 hours after discharge, she attempted suicide and has been back at the hospital (UNC) for over a week now. Then they have the nerve to call me to try to get me to pay the bill. They even went so far as to tell my daughter while she was there that they aren't there to help her just to diagnose her. However the only medication they recommend her be on was melatonin for sleeping. Such a waste of money. Sure people are nice but they generally are when blowing smoke up your a**.

Lukas: This place is horrendous in its treatment and in its practice.Yes of course there is some staff there that is good and treats patients with dignity and respect but overall the time spent there was full of anxiety and fear. I was transferred there under an IVC order for calling a helpline. I was given zero to no legitimate therapy while there and wasn’t seen by a doctor or therapist for over 36 hours after I was admitted. The only reason I was able to stay calm was the therapy techniques I had received on the outside. When I finally did see a doctor he told me that there was no reason for me to be here but he also could not release me. This place is an insurance scam at its finest and will pull every penny they can legally get out of you before releasing you with zero treatment. This is also consistent experience with my peers that came there voluntarily. While you do not have the ability to choose to be there under an IVC if you are thinking about seeking help look for it elsewhere. This place does not help it harms, and that is consistent with every single one of my peers stories from being in there.

Winter Love: I got assulted (not a fight) by a kid faking D.I.D and he got out a week before me, staff where horrible except for a select few and the therapist mrs april tried sending me to a long term facility because of self harm before i was admited, horrible place, dont go.

I was in constant contact with her doctor to assist in her care. She was treated fairly, learned great coping skills and continues to follow them. Visitation and discharge were as expected. A typical stay is about a week, so plan accordingly with clothing and toiletries.

Alex Young: i got discharged today. the techs and nurses were okay, but i saw things that made me have more trauma than i did at the start. a peer of mine was beaten up and taken to the hospital; the staff were hesitant to react. another peer of mine has been thrown against a solid metal door nearly every day. sure, they acted out, but no one deserves that treatment. i’ve also heard people have a problem with one of the doctors, which i can’t elaborate on because i haven’t had an issue with him. however, i was very homesick as i live 2 1/2 hours from raleigh. i was only allowed 10 minutes per day to call my mom, which is probably normal but it was scary for me. i don’t recommend this place at all. communication is a weakness for all staff members- i knew nothing about my medicine or diagnosis or discharge date the entire time i was there. any patient that’s still there, i salute. because i couldn’t do it. so if you have ANY other options for a mental health facility, please do not choose holly hill. your child will NOT get any help, it’ll make them worse. thank you.

Sh00kk00kie: i got discharged today and im going to say this the weekend night shift staff was completely rude like all they did Friday and Saturday night was talk and then on Sunday moving chairs and stuff. on Saturday at dinner I got food poisoning because the beef teriyaki was one the meat wasn’t cooked and two the teriyaki was salty. there was mold all over but there are 4 people there that are nice

De Anna Wasiewski: this is by far the worst place you could ever take your child for care. they were uncommunicative, discharged my daughter without proper follow up care, refuse to return calls about follow up care. my daughter was injured in their care and they never called us. she was able to cut herself using items the nursing staff gave her. I WILL be going to the news. we have already filled a formal complaint with the medical board. 0/10. please NEVER take your children to holly hills

Pamela George: DO NOT send your kids here.. Left with more trauma than when I came. My medication was withheld and I went through literal withdrawal because of it- my doctor couldn't care less. Staff are rude, unkind, and will belittle and downright abuse the patients. Facilities are run down and unsanitary. When we had panic attacks, we were forced to go in to a "quiet room" that was just a dim, smelly, carpeted room with one beat up cushion. Awful awful awful.

nikkibat: this place actually traumatized me, we didn’t go outside the 5 days i was there. the staff was so rude and dr. Childers was so rude and dismissive when i would tell him how i felt. i cried when i left and it was out of happiness, i have attachment issues with my mom now because im scared she’s going to leave me again at a place like that.

Alexander Black: If I could give negative stars I would. By far one of the worst experiences of my life.Almost no therapy and rehabilitation took place the entire time I stayed. If everyone cooperated and payed attention maybe 30 mins total of therapy a day. Was not fed well the entire time I was there and lost 8lbs in 4 days. Mother called them multiple times requesting I get more food and did not receive more. Doctor recommended I be put on protein shakes for added calories while there but was never given them. Was told I would be provided clothing but received none and was forced to wear the same clothes for three days until my family shipped me more. Almost all of the therapists there hated their jobs and complained frequently about how much they hated being there. We were kept in a day room for hours a day with nothing but a TV and books if we were lucky. Went outside for maybe 15 mins a day and to the gym 30 mins a day. This place is completely unorganized, traumatizing, and outright abusive. If your child is truly struggling with a mental health problem do not send them here. This place is a glorified daycare at best.

Tiffany Smith: I’ve been to this location twice seeking help for my daughter and the receptionist was very rude and when I seen Dr.Mizelle he had a cold or something of that nature he was coughing and sneezing everywhere he didn’t cover his mouth and I asked him could he put on a mask and told me yes even though he doesn’t have anything it was disgusting. The second visit went worse Dr.Mizelle never acknowledge my daughter at all and he thought that my younger daughter was his patient and he become very rude during the session he told me that my only options for my daughter would be medication or behavioral therapy even after I’ve explained to him that my daughter has a very short attention span. He became very nasty and blunt and said WHAT IS YOUR DAUGHTER PHARMACY INFORMATION?? I told him I’m not putting her on medication. This is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen in my life he has no patience , no people skills, he’s arrogant rude , disrespectful he doesn’t care about the needs of his patients . All he wants to accomplish is putting his patients on medication . I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone .

Taylor Cummings: Terrible establishment. Repeated discrimination against staff members. Will only hire specific races to seem inclusive but once quotas are met… these members are no longer seen as beneficial or needed. Sad.

Jay Bay: I used to go to them. After a while, I started noticing that they don't care about you and are only making your mental problems worse. I can't believe how pathetic and horrible they are. The black doctor doesn't care about you. All he does is sit there, listen, then prescribe medications. They gave me a medication that they shouldn't have. If this clinic gets closed down, I'll have a wide smile on my face.

Jois Morin: Front desk staff is just horrible. My daughter had an initial consultation last week on Wednesday, we where suppose to hear from the therapist this week but till this day nothing. Staff needs extra training, before I signed the initial paper work they had my information incorrect and it took them 3 tries to get the information correct. If your looking for immediate help or therapy sessions look somewhere else cause this place is not it. I didn’t want to believe some of the bad reviews on here but apparently they where right. I never said anything rude to them, I was more than patient but I never got the help I needed from them.

Frances House: El médico de esta oficina es Impresionante. No hay nada malo que se pueda decir de él. Ahora, por otro lado, está el personal de recepción. Ellos están en una necesidad desesperada de formación. Cuando se trabaja en este tipo de establecimiento hay ciertas leyes que uno debe conocer y seguir. HIPAA. Siendo el principal del que estoy hablando. La gente de la recepción es extremadamente poco profesional y dice que le darán una nota al médico. . pero ni siquiera hacen lo que dicen. Solo dicen lo que creen que quieres escuchar. Esta oficina sería la mejor si la recepción y las personas que atienden las llamadas trabajaran en su profesionalismo y estuvieran capacitados para trabajar en ese entorno.

Jbk1 Unc4me: Did nothing for my brother, only wanted to send him home, My Mom is about to have a nervous breakdown, because my brother has Mental health issues with bipolar disorder, and he is the same condition as when we took him there..NORTH CAROLINA HAS NO MENTAL HEALTH HELP....MY BROTHER NEEDS PROFESIONAL HELP , THEY SHOULD HAVE PUT HIM IN A CENTER FOR 30 DAYS, JUST SENT BACK HOME..it's 😢 sad..making me sick now
