Tamera Williams: Be careful when buying baby food/nursery water. Bought the “Baby Well” water brand for my nephew and he started throwing up after h his feeding. Looked at the bottle and the expiration date was 4/30/21!! Why would they sell expired water for babies!!! But beware!
Sapir Nedivi: Yesterday my husband and I were in BuyBuyBaby in Market Center Drive, Morrisville, NC. The service was amazing! Very helpful and patient, they answered all our questions and helped us with the decisions. At the beginning they helped with the registry and set up all the things we needed for that.I want to particularly mention Deborah. She helped us a lot and showed us all the necessary items that we need to buy. We were at the store multiple times throughout the last month, and had a lot of questions, and each time Deborah was very aptient with us and answered all our questions while guiding us. This is our first new born and we didn’t prepare and we were a bit panicked. She was very knowledgeable and professional and made our shopping experience so much easier. She went above and beyond! We will certainly go back to that store!

Came in and met with Debra the assistant store manager and she handled our problem, even going above and beyond when the corporate customer service agent couldn’t help. Definitely will be back. Really appreciate her thoroughness.

harriethespy: I just want to start off by saying I know it’s Christmas Eve. And I know store hours vary around the holidays. But when you website site says 12-6 and you have printed and hand written sign the says 12-6 for 12/24 Christmas Eve. I expect the it would be open. I drove all the way to morrisville to pick up my online order that said it would be ready for pick up 12/24 and the store was closed. I get a lot of stores have staffing issues. People quit, they don’t show up, or they just don’t care. I get it. I work retail and I know that things happen. This was the only day I had to do last minute pick ups. So what’s upsetting is even if you had the slightest capability to do only curbside pick up that would have been appreciated. Or maybe just an email or phone call saying the store would be closed for those who did have online orders to pick up. Just an inconvenience.

She was very knowledgeable and kind. She actually went over and above. Kristin made our shopping experience such a pleasure, Buy Buy Baby is very lucky to have someone like Kristin in there Morrisville store. We will certainly go back and recommend this store
Sanda Markovic Marchant: Don’t buy things from here or register here. We bought an item and we were promised that it will arrive during standard shipping time 7-10 days. Our order got canceled without anyone telling us ( I saw it on my credit card statement ) after which I reached out to buy buy baby customer service. They literally couldn’t care less about the issue and just offered to completely cancel without possibility of delayed delivery ( which was going to be 2 months wait )I then called the store to see can we find an item from any locations near by and was told nothing can be done and this is hard item to get. Associate offered to call me when item gets back in stock so I can pick it up and his manger didn’t allow him to do so.We were able to place an order from the actual manufacturer and we got it in less than a week.

These items are such an investment and I really appreciate being able to touch and feel them before purchase. Shannon is also the best sales associate there is. Knowledgeable, helpful and fair. I’ve specifically bought a stroller and car seat that I love almost solely based on his recommendations!

He helped my mom and I pick out the perfect stroller and car seat set, and gave us a great deal on them to boot, THEN helped us figure out how to fit it in my moms tiny car! He really went above and beyond to help us and we are so grateful.
Prathyusha Kalluru: I went to this store twice and unfortunately there is this same lady called Stephanie at the billing. She just tests our patience each time we go. I am not sure if she is new over there but at least she doesn’t know anything about the registry or how to use the coupons or to do the returns. Both the times, she took a lot of time and then she had to call someone for the help. And unfortunately this is the only nearest buy buy any store.
Catherine Brown: Shannon is the BEST. He is knowledgeable, when it comes to helping customers select the right stroller. Like many other customers, we greatly appreciated his insight and patience. He was very helpful and ultimately, I feel like we made the right selection all because of Shannon!
Christen Martinson: Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! From the manager Ashley all the way down to their workers. I purchased over $2,500 in baby future which arrived damaged wood on some pieces were completely split. So I drove an hour and a half to this location for a replacement crib which I was told was checked. It wasn’t I got home and it was not only damaged but had paint marks where they tried to cover the damages. So I called them they had one more in stock so I drove again an hour and a half one way to get the third crib. I asked to look at it myself and they made me open the box outside on the curb in the rain 34 weeks pregnant. Nothing but attitudes from all three associates that helped because they knew they failed to do their jobs when asked to look at the furniture. Michelle even told me I ordered a crib from Vietnam what did I expect. The worst part was the RACIST cashier Lester!!! I had other customers come up to me and say how said it was that we were being treated that way!

Latoya Anderson: Had a terrible experience while shopping with my Friend today. This location had so many issues w/ signing! My friend purchased 2 marvel items that were signed BOGO 1/2. The manger said that was not correct because only Disney was half off (I think we all see the obvious issues here) but ok. I had an item that was listed on sale (I always take a picture so the worker never has to walk) the manger said it was not for the item listed! I walked him over to the ENTIRE display and he said “ok but that’s not that item” he did not honor the price, move the incorrect sign, or the items 🤦🏾‍♀️ And stores wonder why people just shop online.

Jac J.: I just left the Family Dollar, Store #05640 at 3210 South Wilmington Street and Andre, the employee, was the most disrespectful and argumentative person I have ever experienced at any store. This young man definitely does not know about customer service or about cars. I went into the store to purchase oil for my car. I knew it was very low and suspected that I needed one, maybe two quarts. I purchased one quart and was helped by an older lady who was both friendly and very helpful. I proceeded to my car which was turned off; cleaned the stick and oil was barely touching the dipstick. I filled it with one quart and decided I needed to go back in the store and purchase one, maybe two more quarts. When I got in line to pay, the lady who had helped me with my previous purchases was no longer at the register. I asked the clerk Andre, if he thought I needed two more quarts since the dipstick displayed oil at the very bottom and that I had just purchased one. He said one more quart should work and then stated that I should remember to have the car running when I check it again. I told him I had never heard that I should have the car running; that all of the mechanics I have ever had always told me to turn the car off when you check the oil. Then he proceeds to argue with me and that I was wrong. I could not believe it. He was actually arguing loudly in the store about the car needing to be running. I asked for the manager or the lady that had waited on me prior to him. The lady comes to the front and I'm trying to tell her what happened and that I did not want Andre to assist me for my purchase; that I would be contacting their corporate offices because of his behavior. He continues to argue while she is helping and even comes out of the store behind the lady clerk and I, still talking/arguing. I asked the lady clerk what was the store #/number because I would be contacting corporate. Hes still mumbling something. I will not recommend this location. Hire knowledgeable people and tell your employees to shut up and do their job.

The store does not allow males with bags to enter the store...however, females with large purses are just fine. Call it “loss prevention” if you want to, but it’s just discrimination.
