Regresé al concesionario, primero me dijeron que no había autos en préstamo disponibles y luego apareció uno mágicamente. Llevé mi auto el 3/6/23 No recibí mi auto hasta el 17/6/23. No hubo llamadas para dejarme saber exactamente qué estaba pasando con el vehículo. Llamé y me dijeron que el vehículo estaba listo, nadie podía explicarme qué estaba pasando o por qué no recibí ninguna llamada. Cuando recogí mi vehículo, el mismo problema pero sin luz de motor. Parece como si la luz del motor se hubiera borrado, pero el problema sigue ocurriendo. Me dijeron que condujera el auto y regresara si el problema persiste. Hoy7/12/27 He estado llamando una semana seguida sin devolución de llamadas. Estoy tan agotado y estresado con la profesionalidad de este concesionario. ¡La razón principal por la que fui a un concesionario certificado para evitar ser estafado! ¡Puedo decir honestamente que esta es la peor experiencia de mi vida! ¡Ojalá tuviera a alguien que me llevara! ¡POR FAVOR, TOME SU TIEMPO Y PRESTE ATENCIÓN A LAS RESEÑAS! Mary Collins: Service is the worst! My car came home more damaged then when it went in. Took over a month to make a new key fab, then my vehicle had to come back 2 times after the initial drop off for repairs that were not done correctly the first time. When picking up my vehicle the third time, there was leaking antifreeze all over the ground under my car, greasy fingerprint marks all over the vehicle, white paint/caulk spilled on my floor mats, my dash was ripped from them replacing my key fan and anti theft sensors and never repaired. Key fab doesn’t work properly to this day. Manger of service was difficult and very unprofessional to work with. Replacing a key fab took almost 2 months without my vehicle and over $3,000 to have my vehicle come back in worse shape where I’ve paid another mechanic over $2,000 to fix damages made by Range Rover service dept. see photos attached. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND WILLNEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS SERVICE LOCATION!!

Shawnice Johnson: I was not buying a car from them so my experience is completely different than the other reviews here. CoPart is who my insurance worked with when my car was deemed a total loss. Every time I reached out to this location, I had a good interaction. They were understanding and patient with me when having to get my Title due to NCs 15 day rule before sending it out (which is just crazy to me when the DMV verifies all the info in the system in the first place). When I physically went up to the location and when I needed to retrieve something left in the car, both times I had a great and quick interaction. ThankYou.
Carlos Ordonez: It has taken me some time to write this review, if something bad happens once I can let it slide; but this Copart in particular is completely flawed. The vehicles are not advertised correctly, the title arrives a month after picking up the vehicle, and the customer service is abysmal. That is the kindest way to call it without using profane language. Phone rep's hang up randomly, and they belittle you saying "It's not their problem" What type of customer experience is that? With my experience of purchasing vehicles all across North Carolina, this is by far the weakest, immature, unprofessional Copart in North Carolina. I would not call this Copart a business. Do yourself a favor a purchase from a competent branch, your time, money, and stress levels will thank you.

Shelley Valhos: I bought a 2023 Sante Fe Hybrid yesterday with Southern States, but the ONLY reason was because of the sales person, Terry McLean. Upper management did not help me with pricing, and at my first visit to the dealership, a different sales person that I talked to did not even try (I can only assume because I drove up in an old car and mentioned I was a single mom they figured I wasn’t going to buy, never followed up or anything). That salesperson also told me wrong information about the model, so I went back later just to get a picture of the sticker to go elsewhere. Terry saved the day and provided me with additional options for my budget, and did anything and everything above and beyond for me, including taking a cloth and detailing some of the parts the detail team missed. Ultimately I went with the car that was most expensive, because I know he exhausted his resources for me and it was the car I wanted from the moment I walked on the lot. Terry is an asset to the company, I gave him a big hug for his help! This review is only 5 stars for him, he’s a very compassionate human and I hope people ask for him specifically when you go in.the dealership experience otherwise would be 2-3 stars, in my opinion.

Although your calls are answered, most of the time, you may not be able to count on the information provided or directions given. Arrived twice to have a simple tire repaired and was turned away both times. I was even told to take it to Discount Tires to have a nail removed. The tire warranty process is cumbersome and not a same day process. No one in service takes ownership, With the exception of a seasoned Salesman taking ownership of the situation, my challenge would have continued. He took ownership and facilitated my tire repair. He is the only reason Southern States Hyundai received a TWO rating.

Incern the service advisor had after I was told by them to bring my car in fir a check of a recurring warning i am receiving to fill the coolant on the hybrid power inverter. I had already filed a report on this in warranty problem and had been told at that time to bring car in if it kept happening.So i brought it in yesterday after calling ahead.When i arrived the service advisor looked up my file said “I know what you mean, but we cant see you until August. We are short staffed and thats the best i can do. You could bring it here on a weekend but chances are se wouldn't get to it.”I read that this is a frequent issue with the hybrids. Ive had this car for 22000 miles, love the way it handles, comfort, cargo space erc. That said: If hyundai and their dealers or even if its just Southern States abuse their customers and don’t care about after sales warranty service Ill dump my car and return to Toyota.I am angry.Thanks for reading,
Daryl Parker: Sometimes my wife’s drivers door on her 2022 Santa Fe won’t open after putting the car in park and shutting the ignition off unless she rolls the window down and opens it from the outside. It’s a huge safety concern. The service department was too booked to address it originally so we are the risks and scheduled an appointment a month out.When I showed 15 mins early for the appointment today they never looked at the vehicle and I was immediately told that the only way they could look at it was to leave it a day or two which I wasn’t prepared for since I had not been told at the time or any point in the follow up process leading up to the service. I asked for a loaner car but they said they didn’t have any. I asked to escalate it and he said we could but after 45 mins waiting around no one came to talk to me and I ended up leaving with no follow up appointment.

Sandrel Barrow: I took my car in the day after Memorial day because my engine light came on and it was driving funny. I got a call from Q, 2 days later, saying my car was approved for an engine replacement. Although the wait list for a loaner was a bit long because of other people car's having engine related issues, I was given one a week later. To make a long story short, I got a call from Q, which by the way is great, today saying my car is ready, 16 days later for pick-up. The people are great and I'm going to continue having my car serviced here.

We were told a simple six week turn around for the repair. Cool!! Since then we have had to call and get updates when the service advisor clearly knows it’s his responsibility to keep the “customer” informed of the process. Ok, I get it, your busy! A returned phone call or better yet the same method of communication that was used when the vehicle was dropped off…a text message would be sufficient enough to satisfy a simple inquiry! Now I’ll have to wait another 6 weeks because of this review. Southern States Hyundai Service Dept. do better!

Jeff Hunter: Just bought a new 23 Sonata Hybrid herePros: The sales team (Terry and Mayra) were both incredibly helpful in getting everything done fast. Terry was very professional and answered all questions I had. I would give them five stars.Cons: The finance guy was very high-pressure when it came to adding on coverage. I eventually did, but I went with the lowest option with a reduced warranty mostly because they didn't offer stand-alone GAP coverage. Additionally, I had brought my old Sonata there that was disabled, and because the hybrid battery died they only offered 500 for it. That's fine (even though they'll undoubtedly profit at auction), but to rub salt in the wound they just charged me for the diagnostic on it, meaning I only netted about 70 bucks. I can't undo the sale at this point, but if I could I would just to take my business elsewhere. That said, at least the sales commission went to a guy I appreciate.
Ass Hat: I bought a Hyundai from here and a few months later, the paint started to bubble up and peel off. Found out it was a defect in the white paint for a lot of Hyundais from the same year and they said we had to contact Hyundai ourselves and that they should cover the cost to get the car repainted but there was nothing they could do and their collision center was closed bc they had no employees for it. Went to Johnston Hyundai in Cary and they took pictures of the paint issue and sent in a report to Hyundai for us and heard back the same day that they would cover the cost to repaint our car.Also we went here to get our free oil change and tired rotation and the paperwork said they put air in the tires but they didn't add any air. Also, our free oil changes never show up in the computer and they have to call Premire to confirm the two times we've gone and we are supposed to have 2 years of free oil changes.
Marcus Reynolds: The sales department is outstanding. But, the service department is hands down the worst I have ever dealt with. I bought a brand new Genesis in January and have had a couple of problems that are covered under warranty. But getting these problems fixed have been an absolute nightmare. The first problem with my parking sensors took over two months to get fixed with several trips to the dealership. This was not a staffing issue, but rather a communication issue — something that could have been avoided. I am currently going on two months for a current issue and who knows how long that will take to get fixed — same issue with communication. There is a major disconnect between all departments and service advisors. It’s a shame because the sales department was top tier and the car is freaking awesome. But, the service department has made me certain that I will never purchase another Genesis, or anything from Southern States for that matter.
Satish: I booked a service appointment for my hyundai tucson and got serviced with oil changes and other things. They informed me that they didn't have recall component and Ac component and they will contact me later. They didnt contact me. I called them twice and they said it is available in March/April. Today(05/11), I visited them by booking appointment and now they are saying they dont have components. what a waste of time..I will never visit them again. Very irresponsible service center.

Michael Smith: Car buying as it should be. Was searching statewide for a Ioniq 5 Limited. Other dealerships were tacking on anywhere from $1-$4k in dealer add-ons. Southern States gave me clear pricing, no markups, super easy buying experience with as much done in advance to make the dealer visit short (ish, 2hrs) and simple. Also well below other Hyundai dealerships in fees. Definitely HIGHLY recommend for treating customers with respect and NOT getting ripped off.

L Y: Should tell every customer at drop off how long the appointment is going to take. 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous.Update:On Friday, June 9th, it was discovered that the drain plug had not been adequately tightened by the technician who performed the oil change. This resulted in a complete loss of oil on the highway. In response, the vehicle was promptly towed to this authorized dealership for inspection. Following their evaluation, the dealership confirmed the absence of the drain plug and conveyed their intention to install a new plug, replenish the oil, and assess for any potential leaks.However, to my dismay, the service department manager refuted any association between the missing drain plug and the issue at hand the next day. Moreover, they declined any responsibility and proceeded to carry out repairs under the terms of the vehicle's warranty. Subsequently, I have been subjected to pressure to accept the return of the vehicle, with claims that tests have been conducted and assurance that everything is in proper working order.Given the untrustworthy nature of the service department and their refusal to acknowledge their role in damaging my sole means of transportation, I have taken the necessary steps to escalate this matter to Mitsubishi corporate. It is disheartening to find myself in this situation, as I have always held the Mitsubishi brand in high esteem. I earnestly hope that Mitsubishi will demonstrate their commitment to customer satisfaction, assist in rebuilding my trust, and rectify this unfortunate incident.
Hans Kindsgrab: Beware of the extra $750 charge for "required" Lojack security system at time of sale. My neighbor just got his waived, but our salesman claimed it could not be done. I researched the used car on CarGurus and its said it was good deal, but after the excessive fees for LoJack and Dealer Documentation fees it was not a "Good Deal". Just beware of the sneaky ways all car dealers use to increase their margins by tacking on fees. I don't intend to purchase another vehicle form them again unless the Lojack "add on" fee is waived as my neighbor was able to negotiate.

Joseph Parker: Legit the WORST location ever. Despite having a reservation I was unable to receive a vehicle. The gentleman at the counter “attempted” to help with a few unnecessary questions. When returning with several rental keys he informed me that those cars were reserved for people who made the reservation before me ??? Didn’t make much sense and now I have to go through the customer service channels which we all know is unpleasant.

Erin Fenton: The car that I received reeked of smoke. They told me it was the only car left - take it or leave it. I let them know that I will just take my personal vehicle on my work trip. Once they realized that I would not take that vehicle, another clean vehicle magically appeared. They wasted over an hour of my time.

Amber Cays: I rented a van and when I got it home to pack found vomit on the floor. The car was dirty inside and out. When I called I was told to go to the car wash and they would reimburse me. The manager blamed it on another location. When I emailed customer service with photos, I got a response that had nothing to do with the issues. Then they offered me one free day of rental. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I'll spend the extra money and rent from Enterprise in the future.
Zach Jones: Hands down the biggest crooks that work here. I rented a car for the weekend. Filled the car up before returning it. Left the receipt with the keys. Now they are trying to charge me for gas. DO NOT USE AVIS!!

The gentleman was rude who checked us out and the gentleman checked us in wasn’t clear about the details of our rental and didn’t provide clarity as to wear we needed to return the car. Gratefully we were only visiting and will not use nor suggest folks to use their service again.

Ann Weaver: Reservation was at noon (booked a week in advance ) .. showed up and I was informed they had NO cars available and they would have my car in 2 hours. I call back at the 2 hour delay point .. there is no new information.. no car .. and I get referred to a call center .. where I wait on hold for 20 minutes and then get disconnected .. at the three hour delay mark .. I call back to see if there are any updates or cars available.. there’s no update no supervisor nothing .. nothing they can do for me .. that can’t even cancel my reservation on behalf ..Honestly what they should of done was call RDU avis airport and sister locations to see if they had a car and I could drive there to pick it up .. or call Enterprise or other companies and pay the difference in the bill.There was zero customer service
Nicole Smith: I booked a vehicle with Avis and had confirmation email and all. Then I call the location when I am on the way to say I will be a little late due to traffic for the guy to tell me that location does not have any cars to rent. I tell him this is for a funeral and I need to get on the road to get to my mom's funeral. The guy tells me the only location that has vehicles is the airport location and only customer service can change the location (since I booked through third-party). So i head to the airport and when I get in line I call customer service and wait for 28:33 minutes to speak to someone for the representative to tell me he can change the location but I would be responsible for the price difference of $200. After explaining that is not good customer service he tells me he can transfer me to customer service, I ask him what can they do different from him and he responds he doesn't know he doesn't work in that dept. After going back and forth with him I just hang up on him call the location I was originally supposed to get my vehicle for and tell them to cancel since they have no vehicles. This location and the call center lack serious customer service skills
Muhammad Wajahat: Nothing bad to say about the staff, but Avis needs to not take reservations if the location is out of vehicles. I booked a rental for pickup on Monday and sold my own car, turns out they don't have any cars (they let me know the morning of pick up well before time), so I am now left without anything.Then I called support, and asked them to give me another location which has the car, they gave me Glenwood location, modified the reservation and then few hours later, I get a call from Glenwood location and they don't have any vehicles either. Apparently there is a big shortage, but at-least the support people and the website should show this?Now the only place left is RDU airport location which is 25 minutes away, I have been trying to call them and no-one is picking up. The only thing I can do is take a taxi to the airport and check if they give me something for the next few days, and if they don't have anything either then waste an entire round-trip to the airport. Surely in this day and age we can do better?Kept getting emails on confirmation either so it is not the website but their whole system. Unfortunately, my company has a corporate contract with Avis so I can't book any other company for the business rental.

Susan Stephens: Over the last 3 months I have been renting a car from here at least once per month. I usually have a great experience but today was not great at all. The man behind the counter was rude, not helpful, he didn't even any effort to assist. He acted like I was bothering him and I left without a car, even though I prepaid. I asked if he could return my money and he flicked his hand at me and told me to call customer service "they would help". Like I said typically it is a great experience but this was so bad I won't be back.

jainul patel: I booked a rental for a day and when I came to pick up the car, there were no cars available!!! I could not find a rental nearby. On top of this, they are not ready to make any adjustments or not helping finding me any alternatives. Worst experience ever with Avis.
Jessica Butler: I booked this rental 5/22/21 for 7/17/21 and received a phone call the day before that I would not be getting a car. Ahmad called me and let me know I would not be getting a car due to shortage. I should have known before Friday that I would not have a car. I really think I should have had this car already considering I booked it almost two months in advance and not get a phone call the day before I go pick it up that there are no more cars available. Worst of all I kept getting emails telling me to pick up the car on all day on Saturday. Why would I keep getting emails after I received a phone call notifying me that I will not be getting a car. I will not be renting from you guys in the future ever! I want you to delete my account from your system. I will stick with Enterprise Rent A Car. I'm glad I also booked with them as a backup since they had plenty of cars available. I understand there is a shortage of cars but I deserved a call well in advance before Friday. When I told this to Ahmad he said that was cool and have a good day! No customer service skills whatsoever. I bet the nice reviews on came from his friends and family. Ahmad needs to take classes on customer service skills.
Peter: I dealt with Ahmad from reservation to pick up to drop off. Cannot say enough about his courtesy, knowledge, and advice. It was a great experience all the way. 100% satisfied.

Nos cuidaron, pero casi nos perdemos los servicios funerarios debido a nuestras fatigas y cansancio, casi nos quedamos dormidos. POR FAVOR, hágale saber a quien sea que el alquiler de atención está disponible las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana para que no se le mienta a nadie más. Estamos muy molestos.
