Matt Sharpe: The mechanics are great. Getting a video of what's happening is nice. The problem is the scammy pricing. I was told on the phone and in person the service would be $180. They then tack on a $26 "shop fee." I had already paid and I asked to be refunded. I was told it's a fee on all services and they can't take it off. I spoke to the manager and he said he could give me a credit for next time but couldn't refund me. I told him I have no plans to return and would like my money back. He didn't seem to care at all. He told me to "have a nice life." Customer service is so terrible now it's sickening.Also the guy in front of me was complaining about pricing and when I left I told a woman checking out to watch out for surprise up charges. She said she had the same issue. She was told it would be $500 but then became $800.

Mike Fox: Was in the market for a 3/4 ton truck and started watching the Enterprise Car Sales website. I found a truck in TX that fit the bill. I contacted Chris at Enterprise and the process began. From start to finish, hands down the BEST vehicle buying experience I have ever had.Chris started with verifying the truck was still available, it was. I was able to initiate the process over the phone and Chris took care of everything on a Friday afternoon. The truck was trailered from TX to NC and arrived early. (Props to the folks that move those vehicles too!)Chris called me and let me know the truck was in early, but that was an issue. I am two hours away and my ride was arranged for the original scheduled delivery date. Chris stepped up again and was able to get me a rental from where I live to drive to their location. Away I went.They were putting the finishing touches on the truck when I arrived and pulled it around after about ten minutes. Absolutely what I wanted in every detail. I was a bit hesitant at first buying a truck sight unseen, but this one was a homerun. Chris offered a test drive, but there was no need.The paperwork part took about 45 minutes. That's right, I didn't sit there all day going back and forth. Enterprise has no haggle pricing. My truck was $2k less than KBB pricing, and about $22k less than a new truck with the same options. Chris reviewed the four add-on extras Enterprise offers. He was not pushy and didn't try to talk me into anything. (I did get the tire an wheel coverage, go buy an 34" E rated tire, the program is less than one tire. Good insurance in my mind.) All the paperwork was complete and that was it.A quick trip out to the truck for a photo and I was off. A two hour drive home with me smiling from ear to ear. That was not the end though. Chris has contacted me several times just to follow-up; as has Derricus. Awesome customer service!I can 100% tell you that I will not ever buy a new or used vehicle at a regular dealership again. This process has demonstrated that it can be easy, stress free, and that there are great people out there like Chris, Derricus and the team at Enterprise Car Sales - Raleigh, that are willing to go the extra mile and provide outstanding customer service. Was interested in a car and the carfax showed no issues, but the vehicle had been repainted on the front bumper and dealership couldn't tell me why, plus mechanic found a substantial oil leak. Customer service was good though. Very nice and helpful but just be advised do your research and get these cars checked out yourself.

Regresé al concesionario, primero me dijeron que no había autos en préstamo disponibles y luego apareció uno mágicamente. Llevé mi auto el 3/6/23 No recibí mi auto hasta el 17/6/23. No hubo llamadas para dejarme saber exactamente qué estaba pasando con el vehículo. Llamé y me dijeron que el vehículo estaba listo, nadie podía explicarme qué estaba pasando o por qué no recibí ninguna llamada. Cuando recogí mi vehículo, el mismo problema pero sin luz de motor. Parece como si la luz del motor se hubiera borrado, pero el problema sigue ocurriendo. Me dijeron que condujera el auto y regresara si el problema persiste. Hoy7/12/27 He estado llamando una semana seguida sin devolución de llamadas. Estoy tan agotado y estresado con la profesionalidad de este concesionario. ¡La razón principal por la que fui a un concesionario certificado para evitar ser estafado! ¡Puedo decir honestamente que esta es la peor experiencia de mi vida! ¡Ojalá tuviera a alguien que me llevara! ¡POR FAVOR, TOME SU TIEMPO Y PRESTE ATENCIÓN A LAS RESEÑAS! Mary Collins: Service is the worst! My car came home more damaged then when it went in. Took over a month to make a new key fab, then my vehicle had to come back 2 times after the initial drop off for repairs that were not done correctly the first time. When picking up my vehicle the third time, there was leaking antifreeze all over the ground under my car, greasy fingerprint marks all over the vehicle, white paint/caulk spilled on my floor mats, my dash was ripped from them replacing my key fan and anti theft sensors and never repaired. Key fab doesn’t work properly to this day. Manger of service was difficult and very unprofessional to work with. Replacing a key fab took almost 2 months without my vehicle and over $3,000 to have my vehicle come back in worse shape where I’ve paid another mechanic over $2,000 to fix damages made by Range Rover service dept. see photos attached. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND WILLNEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS SERVICE LOCATION!!

Every time I reached out to this location, I had a good interaction. They were understanding and patient with me when having to get my Title due to NCs 15 day rule before sending it out (which is just crazy to me when the DMV verifies all the info in the system in the first place). When I physically went up to the location and when I needed to retrieve something left in the car, both times I had a great and quick interaction. ThankYou.
Carlos Ordonez: It has taken me some time to write this review, if something bad happens once I can let it slide; but this Copart in particular is completely flawed. The vehicles are not advertised correctly, the title arrives a month after picking up the vehicle, and the customer service is abysmal. That is the kindest way to call it without using profane language. Phone rep's hang up randomly, and they belittle you saying "It's not their problem" What type of customer experience is that? With my experience of purchasing vehicles all across North Carolina, this is by far the weakest, immature, unprofessional Copart in North Carolina. I would not call this Copart a business. Do yourself a favor a purchase from a competent branch, your time, money, and stress levels will thank you.

Limpie el lote diariamente y cierre las puertas de los vehículos. Eso ayuda con los peligros de tropiezo. Mantiene una gran cantidad de agua fuera de los coches también. La ubicación de Durham se gestiona mucho mejor.
