Mark Bitleris: I have spent what seems like the last couple of months looking for the right Bronco. Anyone looking for a specific one will know the pain of having the right one just out of reach (or waiting many, many months). I have dealt with pretty much every dealership in the area and while everyone was friendly and helpful, Mitch Anderson became a fast friend from the moment we stepped on the lot.Wow, what a great experience. Not overly attentive or pushing a particular vehicle he wanted to sell, Mitch listened to what we said we were looking for. While not having any vehicles that matched our description, Mitch did have something similar and dropped what he was doing to take us for a test drive. We left. Over the following weeks, Mitch checked in every now and then to provide updates and sometimes had a possible match. When a new Bronco came in, Mitch reached out straight away and was super flexible with scheduling our visit to come see it. Unlike other dealerships who sheduled an appointment when one came in but ultimately sold the vehicle before we got there (all in the same day!), Mitch held onto it for me.The whole process at Capital Ford was great. Everyone we dealt with in the process was super nice and approachable, even the other sales folks who'd just stop by for a friendly, welcoming chat. Amy N: I just bought a 2012 Ford Fiesta from Capital Ford 5 days ago and I have already been back at the dealership 3 different times, within those 5 days, because of something wrong with the engine when I accelerate. It is still not fixed. Not only did I wait for 3 hours, the 2nd time I was there, but I waited just for them to tell me they can’t fix it that day but they can on Monday (yesterday). I go to pick up the car yesterday only to have it do the exact same thing it was doing when I first drove it off the lot last Thursday. Needless to say, this is extremely frustrating, especially since I live almost an hour away in Harnett County. I feel like this has been a total disregard of my time and complete lack of customer service.

As soon as we saw one we were interested in, we received NO service for a while. Mitchell Anderson walked right past us and helped a couple a few cars down while ALL his coworkers sat in front of the dealership and didn’t bother to assist us AT ALL. We yelled at this point asking for some service on a vehicle as nobody answered but just sat there and looked at us. Mitchell came back and first thing he asked was “How much do you make, I’m not here to waste my time it’s business not personal”. Never judge how someone may look as you never know what their agenda is with a vehicle. This was COMPLETELY unprofessional and unacceptable.

Zach Bradt: AVOID! I purchased a Jeep Wrangler, and was assured everything was fully operational and there were no issues with the vehicle. Within 5 minutes of driving it off the lot onto the highway, the Jeep was rocking back and forth, and the sound in the car was incredibly loud from the wheels. Come to find out, they sold the Jeep with different size tires and different types of tires. I contacted Raleigh Auto and explained the situation - they offered to pay half of the cost, despite their obvious error (or snaky tactics). Then the check engine light went on, and needed more work done (2 weeks later). Again, another issue a week later - a sensor had broken. To top it all off, the shift cable completely ripped (twice!), and so I was stuck in a parking lot waiting for a tow truck.They are not trustworthy and are willing to sell cars (and lie) that have major issues and in need of repair. Stay away.

I bought a 2018 Maserati Gran Turismo prior to seeing the car in person, or driving it. I live in Tampa, flew in and first met Carol. She was terrific! From the time I got out of my Uber until I drove away, I felt incredibly welcomed. I finalized the paperwork in less that 2 hours and drove the car back to Tampa over two day period; so I got to know the car very well... Carol, Lloyd Sr, Lloyd and Peter were all wonderful and a pleasure to work with. I love that car and would highly recommend doing business with this family if you ever have to opportunity to do so.

The MDX needed your typical maintenance things such as tires and brakes, and it was almost at the mileage for the timing belt, so I decided to have that done when I first purchased it. I also purchased a TSX, and the only maintenance it needed was brakes. I live 3 hours from this dealership, and it has been worth the travel so far. I highly recommend checking them out. But you need to understand this is a buy here, pay here, and they only accept cash. The dealership and the cars are not perfect, but they are priced below other dealers, and their vehicles are nicer. Both cars are running great!I look forward to continuing to do business with you in the future.

The buying process was smooth and easy and the car looked in great shape but two days after we purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on. We took the car to a mechanic and was told the engine was full of sludge and would need a new engine costing more than $13,000.00. We notified the dealership and they asked to bring the vehicle back for their mechanic to inspect. We contacted them multiple times the first week and received no updates and asked to speak to the owner. We were told the owner would call us and we haven’t heard back. We were told three or four times we would be contacted back and never were. We bought a vehicle two weeks ago and still don’t have a resolution or the vehicle. We will provide an update if anything changes.
