GEN V: Here we go again with another BMW dealership, I went in for a routine oil change maintenance, mind you I just got my car out of of the shop from BMW Southpoint, where they messed up a routine visit and cost me a pretty penny. So they called in their General Manager from NJ and they checked my entire car throughly. I get a call at work, stating that I have a oil leak and my oil pan has a leak. Never had any oil leaks in driveways or garage until today when I noticed all this oil spill in my garage. They have done something because mind you I just got it check. I am EXHAUSTED with BMW. I will be filing a formal complaint with BMW CORPORATE and the BBB. I have always driven BMW. Customer service is poor, they don't give loaner cars, they are rude on the phone and nice until you take your complaint down.

The person that worked with me pretended he was going to let me see a car that I never saw. He had the audacity to show me a used car and two other ugly cars. He ended up telling me after hours of playing games with me that I would have to pay 18,000 dollars down for a used car that I wasn’t there to purchase or to inquire about. I felt like he was being bias and judgmental because I never got an opportunity to see inside a BMW, get an actual price, and nothing was done or said that led me to believe he wanted to sell me a car. He lied and said he would call me when a car came in, don’t forget there were already over 100 on the lot. I haven’t heard from him to this day. If I could remember his name I would post it.

Since we checked out the internet there were more deals in California/New York and basically no deals anywhere else. We met Greg at Leith and after a brief chat, we felt he was very experienced, quickly knew exactly what we were thinking, and was very patient in explaining the current market conditions. We asked some difficult questions and he answered them in a sincere and professional manner. Although we were not very satisfied with the offer, we were not in a hurry to place an order and could wait until December. Because the X3 is still in very good condition. But I admire Greg's professionalism so I placed the order with him. Professional deserves to get the order。

Travis Penn: Visited this place for other reasons. I had always wanted to stop by this place so I was excited to come there to drop off a bike. Two men from inside came to help me out after I asked for a hand unloading this bike and one proceeded to jump on my truck like it was a jungle gym. After I politely asked him not to, for liability reasons they both relinquished the worst attitude I had seen in a very long time. As if there weren’t any other ways to help. If only he would’ve waited things would’ve gone way smoother. I unloaded the bike with a locked up rear tire by myself, because I’m good like that an extra hand would’ve been useful. Distasteful attitude and selfishness was the least expected outcome i planned for this trip, given the quality of the bikes that they offer. I had actually been looking at a chieftain dark horse on the website the night before that I wanted to get an OTD price on and check it out in person. Too bad and thanks for nothing! 😀

Alex: I recently bought a ‘98 E36 Convertible that looked promising and in good condition from a private seller, but within 3 hours of ownership I had a blown head gasket and messed up cooling system and ended up stranded on the median of I-40. This was my first BMW and I’d researched Indy BMW shops prior to purchase to have a go-to spot, and while a lot sooner than planned, I called BPC and had my new purchase towed to their lot. They essentially did a PPI and diagnosed everything they could find without being able to start the engine. Windows were also locked up and stuck rolled down, so they very kindly rolled my car in and out of the garage every night to prevent further damage and keep my car safe until I could bring a cover over (my car sat on their lot for about 2 weeks). Jackson Blackwell is f’ing amazing and kept in communication with me and was always happy to chat with me extensively about my options and offered friendly advice in an otherwise unpleasant, stressful situation. Also worth noting that as a relatively inexperienced car enthusiast, Jackson never once was condescending or impatient like I’ve experienced at other shops before and I never felt rushed or uncomfortable asking lots of questions. I had a full estimate and inspection report within 48 hours even with an unexpected appointment dropped on them, and they explained everything in detail and also were incredibly helpful working with my insurance to see if anything would be covered—Jackson even offered to start calling my unresponsive insurance agent himself to get this headache off my plate when I still had trouble getting in touch with them after a week.Unfortunately, I decided to have the car towed to my house because the extensive repairs (unsurprisingly) far surpassed the purchase price of and will attempt them myself with a more experienced friend. That being said, if I could’ve, I would’ve had them do all the repairs without a second thought! I will most definitely bring the car in and any future BMWs in for service and any other work, and would HIGHLY recommend BPC for anything BMW-related. They clearly know their stuff and are passionate about BMWs, and are just good people (even the tow truck driver said they’re great when I told him where we were taking it)! Eric Fuller: I went to Euro Performance over the course of several years for maintenance on my BMW X5M. Even though I brought the car in promptly when notified by the cars service monitor, the engine failed just after routine maintenance at 90k miles.During this service, Euro Performance charged me a $450 diagnostic fee to read codes. They did not alert me to any issues. One hundred miles after service the motor developed loud clunking. I took the car to another shop where they pulled the pan and found that the cam and bearings were shot. They also showed me dozens and dozens of code errors going back months which were unaddressed. This mechanic verbatim said "this motor failure was caused by lack of maintenance".I strongly recommend avoiding Euro Performance; the shop manager took no responsibility for the multiple code issues which should have been addressed, and the failure to address these codes means I'm out a $40k motor.
