Sydney Kinlaw: The club sandwich was fantastic and fresh. The meal was large enough that my husband and I were able to split it and feel satisfied. Our children’s meals included the entree, juice, fresh fruit, a cookie, and miniature dinosaurs. We will be back the next time we go to the museum!

Julia Robertson: Good stuff first - the young man at the register was friendly, efficient and polite. The bread was good. Otherwise, the word “minimal” comes to mind. The panini had a bare tablespoon or so of pesto on two pieces of bread with a couple of yellow tomato slices on top. A few pieces of unidentified greens were scattered on the anemic tomatoes.. We were starving and ate it, of course, but this was so not worth $10 a pop.

Aidan's Livestreams: Came on a school field trip. The turkey sandwich was decent which is the only reason why it’s not a one star. The smoothie which cost 6.50$ was horrible. The cookies were rock solid and were hard to bite. Brownies tasted like dirt and had no other flavor. Would not come here, food is overpriced and not worth it at all.
John Beere: Had lunch while visiting the museum expecting generic bland food. Quite to the contrary. Good choices on the kids menu and the adult food was excellent and reasonably priced. We will be planning to eat there on our next visit to the museum.

Olivia Dorsey: This place is absolutely beautiful. I have been at a few other coworking places before but this one is by far my favorite! I love the natural light and all the plants they have. There is plenty of meeting rooms and general seating areas. The staff here is absolutely amazing and always go above and beyond! I would always recommend this space to anyone looking into coworking spaces.

David Moushey: We used the backyard event space for a small graduation party. It was quite nice, friendly staff was working hard hosting multiple events simultaneously. We managed a quick peek at the upstairs deck and it had really nice views. We had food catered in and everything went well.

Bekah Nelson: While the venue is fantastic, parking is a nightmare every time I go. I want to love it but unfortunately access is limited because no one can park and therefore meetings are next to impossible here. Beautiful space that has become too crowded and overgrown the lot.
Christy: I will be back even for personal use. The atmosphere was fun & the front desk staff helped me so much to get settled in. She was happy and even though she was working, she took time to physically show me the dishwasher, the coffee and office space. The place is lively and I love that they allow pets.
Caleb Keller: My experience with the Loading Dock was fantastic. The facility offered everything we needed for our conference--and then some! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our conference came off seamlessly, which rarely happens (and since we have them quarterly, I can say that that rarely happens!) If I lived in Raleigh I would seriously consider becoming a member of the Loading Dock community.

US Composting Council: The US Composting Council has been a tenant of The Loading Dock for years now. Not only does the company legitimately care about its clients, but the staff are just the nicest people.This is a excellent location! The building / amenities are fantastic.Office Space - quite and spacious and lots of modern tech.Warehousing - sold out for now but expandingCoffee - 10/10 they brew coffee from Gabi's Ground (another tenant)They host fun events for members and have a full kitchen and event space. Cannot say enough good things about these folks.Establishments In the same building: Wilson Eatery, Hummingbird Cafe, Lynwood Brewery, Mister Pompadour's barber shop. All within a 1 min walk.Also.. Dogs are welcomed! so that is pretty cool.

Ashton Bazer: A great place to work and have meetings in a fantastic downtown Raleigh location! I enjoy the 24/7 access to the gym and building that my membership gives me. Unlimited cold-brew on tap, kombucha, and views of the growing skyline.
Linda Paulson: We held a 2-day team meeting at this location. It was GREAT! The facility was open, bright, and had spacious common areas (including outdoors--check out the view in the pict!) for us to do some 1:1/group breakouts. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Shout out to Alex Taylor who helped me book our conference room and answered all my questions leading up to the event. As a newbie to WeWork, he helped me navigate new terrain. All the staff stepped up to make us feel at home and this extended beyond our trip. A huge thanks to Kelly Williams, the Community Manager, who helped us coordinate another WeWork conference room (at no cost) with a different facility to make up for a minor tech challenge we had at our original mtg. location. The customer experience is exceptional! I'm a WeWork Fan, as is our team!

Dustin James: The downtown Raleigh Industrious is in a great location. Deven Dale, Operations Associate immediately welcomed me and provided a great overview of the space. The space is calm and quiet and I was able to work in the common area effectively.
Sean Marimpietri: Industrious is the best-designed workspace I have ever encountered. There were complimentary bagels, cream cheese and coffee in the morning. There are comfortable chairs and desks with a thermostat and adjustable lighting in each room. There are other rooms for meetings and rooms for a quiet/focused environment. The bathrooms are very well kept with everything you need. All in a central location in downtown Raleigh, Industrious is a very comfortable space for work.
Rebecca Murison: The best place to work ever!I worked at industrious from 2018 until the pandemic. I absolutely loved every single day there. The space is right and full of light and the people are friendly. There's always snacks. There's always something interesting going on. It's such a wonderful place and I miss working there.
Christopher Papadopoulos: I enjoy working at Industrious for a few key reasons. For one, there are private phone booths for me to take calls as I am on the phone 24/7 running my businesses. Second, they offer complimentary coffee and food to fuel me throughout the day. Lastly, the staff, deven and Brooke are wonderful.
Davis: Honestly, working in the Industrious office has been my first experience in a shared-space working environment. This said, my feedback could not be any more positive. The work space is very clean and the offices are awesome. Further, the collective dining area is capacious and consistently filled with fresh coffee, refreshing beverages, and tasty food items (included in the lease!). The icing on the cake, though, is the staff here. Deven and Brooke are top of the line in terms of doing their jobs fantastically and being pleasures to spend time around. If you are currently like I was and have never before worked in office space such as this, I encourage you not to hesitate. Choose Industrious Charter Square; it will be a decision that you will not soon regret making.
Tabitha Hunt: I cannot say enough good things about the team and the space at Industrious Charter Square! First off, the space itself is GORGEOUS and in a very convenient location in Downtown Raleigh. Additionally, they offer a variety of community events and goodies for members - on a recent visit, they had breakfast from Lucette Grace, snacks in the afternoon, and happy hour towards the end of the day. Considering I was in back-to-back meetings that day, I was grateful to be able to pop into the kitchen for a snack and get back to work (and a glass of wine at the end of the day was very welcome!). Brooke and Deven are also INCREDIBLE and do an amazing job of making the space warm, welcoming, and a place that I look forward to coming to. They're both so friendly and accommodating and go out of their way to make sure members have a great experience. Thank you so much!

Our team met for an offsite and could not have found a more comfortable or welcoming place. We had everything we needed from white board markers, sticky notes, snacks, and drinks, along with a bright and cozy space to be in. Tara Kelly: On my visit to Raleigh this week, my workspace arrangements fell through at the last minute on a day that I had several virtual meetings scheduled. I was so fortunate to get connected with Deven and Industrious in Charter Square. On short notice, Deven was able to meet with me, give me a tour of the beautifully furnished, fully equipped and airy office space that is Industrious' Charter Square location, and then showed me to my "office for one" in time for me to make it to all of my previously scheduled meetings. I really appreciated the quality of the workspace with plentiful outlets, strong wifi, and office enclosures that allowed for taking meetings without headphones. Additionally, the Industrious space at Charter Square comes with all the amenities of a high-end office - stocked kitchen space, complimentary coffee and tea bar, very clean and comfortable restrooms, and conference and meeting space that can be booked for larger meetings and gatherings. This was such a serendipitous experience and I very much look forward to my next visit to an Industrious space in the near future!

Breakfast every morning, snacks every afternoon, a clean and tidy work space, happy hours, and little touches that make the place warm and welcoming.
