Fred Wolfe: Vidrio seems to be an artist's palate from the decor to the food that is served. From the moment you walk through the giant wooden front doors, you are bombarded with an array of colors and textures. There was purposeful attention to detail around every turn. The food was simple, wonderfully prepared and delicious. The presentation was beautiful. It is the perfect place for an upscale dinner that everyone will enjoy. Highly recommend when you are in Raleigh to pay this place a visit.

I guess that was our fault because when we got there most of the menu was out and we had little options to choose from. I ended up only eating the small plate cheese board and Beef Tartare. Which was delicious. The restaurant is beautiful, but we were disappointed with our visit. We waited a long time before being seen although we made reservations. I think our experience would have been better if the restaurant and kitchen wasn’t so overwhelmed. We decided not to order any entrees and skipped dinner. My tip- if you have a special dinner make an early reservation

The only downside is they do not offer anything other than bottle water if you do not drink.This Is a great atmosphere for adults: friends night out, date night, or business lunch/dinner!
Daniel Hutchinson-Kausch: Great for instagram, terrible for food. This is what would happen if a restaurant hired an interior decorator as the chef. The place looks amazing, but the best I can say about the food after two visits is that it seems safe, if entirely unenjoyable to eat. The only food that tastes any good is the dessert tarts, but they come the size of an average cheese cube, so the enjoyment is only momentary and not nearly long enough to forgive the utterly mediocre menu of appetizers and entrees, the vast majority which I have had the displeasure of tasting across my two visits.

Michaela Vaporis: Horrible service. I first reached out to this company at the end of Sept after they were recommended to me by Glass Doctors (a wonderful company that unfortunately didn’t have the product to take on a project I wanted). After having a productive conversation with Larry Nida on the phone and via email over two days, Larry said he would get me a quote. This quote never happened. I followed up with him via email three times over the past month plus and once via phone when I spoke with him. Still, no quote or response saying anything at all. Very unprofessional. If a company is doing so well that they don’t need any new business, maybe just say so to begin with and save everyone’s time.
Kemuel González: Do not do business with Binswagner especially if your sales rep is Thomas Strickland. He will not reply or do anything! I got a quote and called to schedule an appointment (that was on June 15th) it took me a week to get Thomas on the phone at first I thought they might just be busy which is fine I understand that but that is not the case. Thomas schedule someone to come out and take measurements (they came on June 28th) . After the measurements were taken the person who came out to measure said that the entrance to our shower would have to be changed to match what we wanted to have installed. That was an inconvenience but we were able to talk to our contractor and get it situated. We were able to get it fixed and they came out to re-measure around mid July. It is now August 16th and I still have not had Thomas reach back out to me I attempted calling the office, his personal number, and even e-mail and they will not answer. The office staff will cover for his incompetence they have told me that people leave early on Friday and that they work from how to call their personal phone which he does not answer. I strongly recommend not to do business with them. All we wanted was glass for our shower not too much to ask for.

With kids, I wanted piece of mind knowing my table was protected from crafts, spilled foods and all else that kiddos use a kitchen table for. I am very happy with my purchase. The glass top looks great and protects my table. The whole staff was amazing from sales to service. They could not be a nicer group of people. They were also one of the least expensive places I called. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Rosa Madero: We needed to purchase 4 panels for a China cabinet that needed glass replaced. Glass is excellent quality and very well done. However, on the phone, their customer service was lacking. Poor interpersonal skills. When my husband went to pick up the glass, I sat in the car and watched the gentleman walk out right past him and to our car without saying anything or showing my husband the glass and placed it it in our car along with the receipt and walked away. Mind you, he had just stepped out to deliver glass to another vehicle and he spoke with them for about a minute. I know with Covid-19 less talking and less interaction is necessary etc. but I've not had an interaction quite like this. Again, the glass is very well done. Customer service not so much.

David Medlin “OldManBoomer45”: I've been using this company for years now for windshield replacement and couldn't be happier with the level of service provided and the professionalism provided by the technicians that have done the work for me. I just had two windshields replaced and was extremely impressed by the work ethic of the gentleman that did the installation. He called to confirm the appointment and timeframe, he was here on time and was done with both vehicles quickly. If you need your windshield replaced through your insurance company or paying out of pocket, the prices are excellent and the service is second to none. I will most certainly be using them in the future as they have a customer for life. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Thank You for taking such good care of my vehicles! I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Ron Hazelwood: Had used them twice prior before today. Had a 10:00 appointment and at 11:30 she tells me that the wrong glass had come in and that they would have to reorder. Instead of asking me if the put in the one with the bad bracket and let me come back Friday, she keeps me there another hour and a half making me VERY late for work. Brian: Damien (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was amazing! The order originally had the wrong glass listed, so he worked with me to schedule a new time to come back out. When he did come back out, he did a wonderful and careful job taking out the old glass and putting in the new. He didnt rush and made sure every step was done correctly, even explaining to me steps I waa curious about. In addition to being great at his job, he was just a pleasure to be around. I felt comfortable and was very pleased with the work - I will happily use this company again in the future (although hopefully I wont need to)!
