They were terrible. They had a very sour taste as if something had gone bad in the batter. They also had a strong canola oil taste, and smell. Sadly though, cold cream cheese is on the side and not easily spread with a plastic knife.The above was served on a styrofoam plate.All in all, the food while tasty, was not what I hoped for based on the glowing reviews of others. Hopefully they'll switch to more environmentally concious serving and dining ware.

I went up to the guy and asked about it and he said they ran out. Then I realize my soup didn’t have croutons like it was supposed to. I asked him about that. He said they ran out. Then I realized there was only one cookie in there instead of two, I asked about that he gave me the other cookie. When I got home, I realized the sandwich order was supposed to be made with the baguette, it was made with a completely different type of bread, because I guess they ran out. My issue is if you run out of something don’t just make my food with whatever you feel like it, you need to let your customers know when you’re out of stuff and ask them what they want the alternative to be not just assume. If that was the case, I would’ve ordered a completely different sandwich because the bread that they picked out for my sandwich made the sandwich taste nasty. it’s ridiculous! I spent over $30 on this order just for it to be all wrong.

Either way the time on the website was misleading and inaccurate and it's clear that the dasher ended up takin more orders which ended up detouring them.
