Avi Lune: I hired Jason Rios at the last minute to transport my dog. He went from Raleigh, NC, to Louisville, Kentucky, to DC all in 1 day! He's a former trucker, so he said he was used to this!He operated on short notice, understood the situation, and was most adaptable, easygoing, ready to go, and all the things. He listened to all the details, took care of my precious fur son, sent pictures along the way, gave me updated ETAs, and arrived at the exact moment. He unloaded and even set up some items for me as I had a broken leg. The price was reasonable, especially with all the baggage/things my dog had, including but not limited, to two 42-inch crates, a ramp, and multiple bags of items. My dog is a Labrador Retriever.I got quotes from about 20 different pet transports before contacting Jason. The other pet transports would only have given the private pet transport attention and carried all of my dog's items for an astronomical amount of money. Jason offered more and his price was reasonable. He even walked my dog when he got to my place after setting up his crates. He saw my broken leg and didn't hesitate.One extra thing. I forgot to give Jason Rios the exact address of the pickup location. I woke up in panic mode at 7 am, realizing I had forgotten to give him the address. I thought he might have stayed in Raleigh and did not drive because he didn't have the address. I realized that it would be reasonable that he didn't go without having the exact address. I texted him, and he said he was already on the road and still left at 1 am as he had planned and was a few hours away from Louisville! Jason said, even though he didn't know the address, he knew he had to be in Louisville by 11:30 am and would wait until I woke up in the morning to get the exact address!If I ever have to do another Pet Transport or something similar, I will reach out to him. Triangle Pet Sitters may not be a big and fancy company, but they are a great little company! I wish they were nearby; I would hire them for more work.

Katie O'Shaughnessy: I have a super senior dachshund with special needs and he’s my world. He’s 14, has had IVDD surgery, epilepsy, and is deaf. He takes medication daily and has to be carried up all stairs, etc. Needless to say I’m very particular about his care and usually only have family members or close friends watch my little dude since he has so many quirks. I had to take a 5 day trip and was agonizing about finding a good pet sitter for this extended time away. I called my vet for recommendations, scoured Google, and was freaking out. My husband found Melissa and called her, and after meeting we felt comfortable with choosing her services. Let me say that Melissa is AMAZING! She sent so many pics and video updates and I could tell my boy was having a blast. My dog ended up chewing his feet because of seasonal allergies, and she sent me pics and videos of his paws and washed his feet and applied medication after we talked about it. She also noticed my dogs IVDD was acting up and kept an eye on it (it ended up being OK he was just tired). Melissa absolutely went above and beyond, and did so much more than was originally anticipated as far as medication and care. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about animals. I cannot thank her enough and we have officially found our pet sitter!

While my husband and I went to Ashville they sent us at least 10 photos and 2 videos. My pups looked so happy. They have a fenced-in yard and a screened porch that my pets loved sitting and playing in. They have kept our dogs several times and will stay with them in the future.

I was looking for someone who was professional and had good reviews. Phoebe's Pampered Pets definitely came through. Sheena (an RVT like the owner) was wonderful. One of our cats who usually hides when strangers come over didn't hide, which was really nice to see. Phoebe's was very professional; they checked in a week before we left and sent updates while we were gone. I'm a very happy client and will use them again.

We have an older JRT and a younger Amstaff with 2 very different personalities and they both love them! We use both their mid-day walk services and overnight pet sitting and it’s a big relief to know they are in great care at home where they are comfortable in their own environment. Communication is great and they are super helpful answering questions. I 110% recommend them for your pet care needs.

Kabloom!: Melissa took excellent care of my 15 year old tonkinese cat and kitten. I cannot say enough good things about her and her company. She was very professional and had the most thorough form she filled out during the consultation. She is extremely conscientious and quickly developed rapport with both pets. She administered subcutaneous and oral medications and was able to update us about our pets' condition during our vacation. She even offered advice about my medication set up and drew me a diagram after my return. Melissa is a class act!

Katie McFadden: One of my cats had a complete urinary blockage and had to be rushed to NCSU Vet Hospital about two weeks before my husband and I we going on an out of the country vacation. I was very nervous to leave him home or board him at a vet's office since we've never done that before, but I am so glad I found Melissa and Phoebe's Pampered Pets! She came highly recommended from NCSU Emergency Vet Hospital and she provided us with the peace of mind that if something were to go wrong with our cat, she would know what to do since she is a registered vet tech.Luckily both of our cats were fine while we were away and our very skittish/not friendly cat even came out when Melissa came to visit. We received once daily email updates while we were away, which included some cute pictures of our cats. Needless to say we will definitely use Phoebe's Pampered Pets as our go-to cat sitters whenever we are out of town. I would highly recommend them if you have sick or healthy pets. I almost forgot to mention how reasonably priced pet sitting services are!

I asked my Vet for his recommendation and he enthusiastically recommended Melissa. Melissa came over to meet us and immediately calmed all my fears. Pepper(the dog) immediately took to her and I knew he was going to be in great hands. Melissa visited Pepper 3 times a day, took him for walks, playtime in the yard, administered medicine. We received daily updates and pictures which we enjoyed thoroughly. When we returned home Pepper behaved as if we had never left and showed no signs of stress at all. Sandy Weinstein: I called over 16 local pet sitting companies. While most did not return my phone calls, some did. I was surprised that some did not pick up after pets, some could only come in the early morning or late in the day, some said I was out of their area but would call me back with other companies to call, some said they would call me back but never did, etc. Melissa was very responsive. I have never used a pet sitting company so I did not know really what to expect. Melissa came over for interview and to meet my 3 girls, MiniatureSchnauzers. The girls loved her at first sight. She was very gentle with the girls and very thorough with her work. I was scheduled to have surgery and needed someone to check on the girls and brush their teeth. Melissa left me written updates on the girls. I am at home recuperating and Melissa is still helping with the girls. She shows up on time. She has helped me with doing their nails and brushing their teeth. I like that she is a registered veterinary technician. Her rates are extremely reasonable and she has a very good price structure. I will continue to use Melissa until I get better. I like Melissa as a person as well. She has a wonderful attitude and is very loving to the girls. I will use Phoebe's Pampered Pets in the future.
