Ben Henshaw: Took my car in for rotational and they did not rotate one side because one of the tires was "bald". That is not how I would describe it, but the tread was worn quite a bit compared to the other tires. This was not explained to me when the car was returned, but just written in the back page of my paper work in the "notes" that nobody reads. So I had to bring it back the next day.These tires (Goodrich) were rated at 65K miles that I bought from Costco and somehow one tire had gone bald in less than 20K with regular rotations (and another one was close behind). The wear was even across both tires so it was not an alignment issue.They offered to replace the tire for me since it was under warranty, but since I bought the tire on special I still had to pay $85 for the replacement (difference between sales cost and regular cost). So be aware, if you buy a tire during a sale to save money, it could bite you later on.I opted to replace the "bald" one and the other one that had excessive wear, but that one was not bad enough to be covered (I guess), so it was $256.00 to replace two worn tires under Costco warranty that were rated at 65K with less than 20K on them. That doesn't seem like much of a warranty to me. Will not be buying tires or getting service done at Costco again.

I was treated like a criminal at check out by a rather rude and pompous woman for using my dad's membership while he was sick at home and physically unable to come shop. I live under the same roof and its just ridiculous that a NUCLEAR FAMILY UNIT cannot use the same membership card. I was made to feel embarrassed and ridiculed in front of other shoppers for using a membership card I've been using for YEARS without question. This new policy is making my family unit reconsider using Costco in the future.

Kelley: The staff is always super helpful. The store is very clean. The selection is typically good, though they are often out of gluten free items. Their inventory is inconsistent with some products, or there's a cycle I haven't figured out yet. Some prices aren't terribly less than a general retail market, though most items are less. As long as storage isn't a problem, Costco is the way to go.
