He was determined to find the problem, because it affected the lights to my kitchen, and more importantly my radon blower that I had installed under my house. They quoted us half the price of another electrical company (whom might I add told me they couldn't go into detail of what they would do since I didn't own the house yet?? very sketch) and when they came to do the walkthrough they were able to explain to me everything they would need to do which made me feel so much more comfortable in working with them already.They were able to schedule us immediately after purchasing our home so the electricity would be working and safe for us prior to moving in, and they were finished in only two days! When a couple outlets didn't work they came back and found that some of the breakers were just off. They were so responsive and Jessie (the main electrician) was so nice and did such a neat and good job moving everything. Giles was the electrician they sent to check the plugs and he was super friendly and nice, he explained to me more about the system and ways I can trouble shoot in the future which I love because I'd rather be taught and informed than always have to ask for help.We enjoyed working with them so much we asked for an additional quote for getting can lights installed in our kitchen. Eric came back out to give the quote and also explained the breakdown of everything and placement for lights. Jeff was the electrician who came to install my lights and he was also very nice and he walked through everything I wanted and placement of lights. He checked with me on the lights the whole way though and Ethan (another electrician) came to help on the second day and fixed some GFC outlets that were being tripped randomly (not their fault something prior). There was a slight misunderstanding about the switches at the end but Eric called to check with me after everything was finished and made sure we were 100% satisfied at the end which I really really appreciated.My husband and I plan to do more light work on our basement in the future and we definitely use them again as well as recommend them to EVERYONE! Seriously cannot go wrong. I feel like we met almost everyone on their team and I can't say anything bad about them really, they're all amazing and so nice. Jason Melendez: Duke Energy uses them for their wiring/repair. Unfortunately, they are the only company used in the area, so unenrolled in that program after dealing with Tidal. In the span of 2 months trying to get a project completed. Duke made a work order and no communication for a month. Called Duke they finally sent someone over. They took over 2 hours checking into everything and explaining what I wanted done. They gave me a quote then I called to schedule the job the following week. A new electrician comes to do the work, but doesn't and takes another 2 hours to analyzing the job and gives a new quote doubled the original and leaves. Called to get a written quote, they send a third electrician the following week. He comes takes a few photos and leaves, then finally I get a written quote that is more than tripled the original. So I am gladly taking my business elsewhere.

Trove Magpie: One and done. I unfortunately cannot say anything good about this company other than the technician that showed up was courteous and handled our two simple items without issue. That's something but not enough when I told the representative when I initially scheduled the appt. that we were looking for a new electrician both for ourselves and our rental properties since our long-standing guy retired. After not receiving a bill for over a month and a half I finally called to see what the issue was. I was given an amount over the phone and was shocked at a bill for over $200 to reset a hidden GFCI and replace a wall switch, way less than one hour's work. I asked for the invoice to be emailed to me so I could see the itemization, having never paid rates such as that. The invoice arrived the next day and was not itemized so I immediately replied to the email requesting just that. When I had not received a response for over a week I called again. I ended up paying the bill when I called back but what a train wreck. This is definitely not the new electrical provider for us. I was told their rate is $190 for troubleshooting . There was no “troubleshooting”. I merely had two lights not working and that’s what I told them when I called. As a business owner myself I don't have the time for chase folks down to pay them money AND I do not have the desire to deal with overpriced, sub-par service and such poor customer service.Servicio:Reparaciones generales

CRG S: Beware.We contacted this company for an EV charger install. The job was paid for through my company. I will say that everyone with the company was very nice, but the end result is an absolute aesthetic disaster (see picture). I was assured by the person giving the estimate that the project would be visually acceptable. I would argue that running a line across your front door (and the entire front of the house) is an absolute non-starter and should not have been suggested in the first place. Would you want this (see picture) across your front door? Multiple neighbors have commented on it and the work has become a bit of a joke in our neighborhood.On the day of the install, when it became apparent what the end product would look like, my Wife and I asked if they could bury the line. The installers replied that they do this type of work all the time and that it would not be a problem but that it would cost an additional 2-3K. Furthermore, they said that they couldn't change the plan once it had been submitted to the city as the inspector would approve the plan as written. The inspector came, and it was approved.The end result was that the installers assured me that they would call me back to arrange burying the line. We are now ~ 6 weeks post install and I have not heard anything from the company. If 2-3K additional funds will be required for a reasonable aesthetic result, the company should be upfront about that. We would not have agreed to the work if we knew that the end result would be such an eyesore.Again, everyone with the company was very nice but the end result is really problematic. I would appreciate an effort from the company to make this right.
