priya raj: (Position was for onsite engineer role on Malta, NY or Burlington, VT )Horrible experience with this company interview process itself, then can imagine how it is going to be working there.At least try to keep people who could interview well or know to present your company well.I was thinking whether to post it or not, but then decided to post since it may help future candidates a bit at least.Interview got scheduled, usually they mention who is interviewing or in the video call details interviewers are mentioned. Interview videocall join link was sent by a person working in the company, may be point of contact or HR from india , no mention of interviewer . Then when you join the interview you (Hiring manager or team) usually at least introduce themself and tell what you they do or about the company or so, 2 interviewers didn't even do that also, after joining.They were even late for interview by 14 minutes, that can also be understandable if they were busy with something, but have at least basic courtesy to apologize for it, before starting or even just say something about it, when the other person was waiting on the other end wasting there time.They just started, without even saying hi, felt for the sake of asking they said ,tell about your resume. when i was giving introduction, they were pretending to be least interested in it, and were keeping on turning of their video. Then don't even know, what to ask, and then asked something just for the sake, their job description was different, but asked something else, that may be ok too since technical role they can ask whatever they feel like.They again keep on turning off their video, as if I'm so much annoyance to them. Their attitude says it all, may be it is working for them as well in the company.I have given some interviews, this is my first experience this way treated so horribly.I'm trying to join work force after a break and I may not be the perfect fit for the role also, but when you do interview you represent you and your company, and if you are not interested to do interview don't do it in the first place or at least learn basic courtesy taking interview for US people or US based clients.
