Ivan Colesnic: Lisa that works at this location is the MVP, a problem solver and extremely polite on the phone. Employees like Lisa should be cherished. No one seemed to care to solve a service issue for me before Lisa and the gentleman that connected me to her, hire more Lisas.
Jeremy Colon: Had a gas leak out at the meter. They came out and fixed it within an hour and relit my water heater on the way out. Super friendly and knowledgeable technician!

Rob .T: The idea in 2016 that this company requires you to wait at home ALL day for a service call is ludicrous. Then, they do not show nor have any apologies afterward. Call back Friday and finally someone shows. We should rid ourselves of monopolies and have choices in who we do business with. Zero stars.
jackson paul: Please save yourself the time and money and don't send them your security deposit. I have been trying to start a service with them and scheduled for 1-5 on the first day and they came at quarter to one and when I was there at 1:10 they couldn't send someone back out. Then when I went to have a call ahead (where they would call 30 minutes ahead of when they would be there) I got no phone call and called them at 330pm this afternoon I called them find out that they have already been to my house and that they were sorry but there was nothing they could do about it. My recommendation find someone who can at least be there when they said they'd be there or at least rectify when they mess up.

Gordon Jones: Called to get gas turned on. Was told they would schedule it 8 days later. What a joke. They can sponsor arenas but can't get enough crews to turn gas on.

randall paulenich: We had carbon monoxide leak on fireplace log apparatus. They came within the hour. Tested and re confirmed our belief. Heading to store today to look at new apparatus. If they're as good with their service going in we should be pleased with their service going out. I will write a follow-up.
Samantha Meany: Had a service call about a suspected leak, they came and shut off the gas. I was at work so I had to wait until I got off for them to come back to turn it on. I called after work and told them I had only 2 hours before I had to leave for another job. After 2 hours nobody had come so I called and they said they put the date in wrong for the order and that it wasn't even scheduled for today. Wasted 2 hours. Then they tell me that they only can do orders from 8-5 so I had to wait until the next day. Next day, after work, I call again. The lady tells me that they CAN do orders at any time and I didn't have to go the whole night without gas. So now it's 4:30 and they were supposed to be here at 2:30. Wasting my evening AGAIN waiting for them.

Ross G: I'm not sure of a reason why anyone would be here who isn't an employee of Dominion Energy, as it is gated and you must have a legitimate reason to be here to be buzzed in.PS- Call 811 before you do any digging, so you don't end up on the news, and with a hefty bill...or worse. 👍🏾

Terry zheng: They can turn off your gas without notifying you at any time, because their company's mistakes can turn off at will, very poor service
Daniel Pugh: Horrible customer service. Charged me for a house I sold 3 months ago. When I caught it and told them not to bill me, they said my final bill will be a month from now. Can't you bill the people who live there and not me?
david lively: Psnc has the worst website left on the internet. You have to reset your password every month just to make a payment. Unless you want to pay by phone which of course will cost you $3.50 for the honor of accepting your payment if you can find your 13 digit account number before the phones automated system hangs up on you.Or you can, I dont know? Find somewhere that can draw a check for you and make a payment at some window someplace like this was 1958 and you work in a coal mine or something.It's just unbelievable how difficult this place has made it to pay them.I always pay early, God I cant imagine the nightmare it would be if you were ever late or missed a payment.Nightmare.
Geoffrey Lassiter: 1st time ever using PSNC Energy and I will say I already "HATE" their service smh. I just moved into a house which has gas heat and the weather here is in the teens so the house has been in the 30s-40s. I called to get service connected on Saturday but of course they don't do service calls on the weekend, so Tuesday(1-2-18) I was set up with an appointment window from 1-5 and gave contact information for any issues and was told that someone needed to be here, okay fine I made sure that was done, but after the day went on it's about 4:50pm and I still have yet to see anyone show up so I call and I'm told that the guy had already come and turned the gas on but yet I was here during my window and he didn't come then nor did I receive a phone call of any sort. So I go inside to check the heat and okay it's starting to blow but then I went to see if the fireplace was working and it's not so I tell the lady on the phone, and after several apologies she puts me on hold then returns to say that they have a tech that will be out within the hour. So it's now 10:03pm and the tech just arrived smh.
Brian S: I have called them two winters in a row trying to get a quote on a new fireplace insert. The guy in the Cary office who is responsible for this job function should be fired.
Harold Frazier: Classic monopoly experience. We drive up to the house the morning the gas is supposed to be turned on at 8:45 AM. Waiting for a phone call from him that never came, we decided to drive on over and sit in the house all day long to be sure we didn't miss him. The technician is driving away as we pull up. We call PSNC to request he turn around since we see him driving away. They say they cannot communicate with the driver. "Sorry, but you'll have to reschedule for another day. Monday through Friday, 8-5pm." Despite me admitting that I will have no hot water and no way to cook any food for over a week, they refuse to call the technician and state that I'll have to be in the home from 8 until 1 because you never know when they'll show up. I request a phone call prior to arrival. They agree they'll do that, but if you request a phone call, the window of potential arrival times expands to 8am-6pm. Amazing how in the 1300's, milkmen were able to keep a better schedule than these goons. A low-life monopoly company filled with bureaucratic automatons who could care less about basic service.
