They started shutting down area's making very crowded to play..My point is yes they close at 10 pmso everything should had been open to ease the crowd. I did say something and was told to call manager tomorrow to complain..I've been calling management for 3 weeks no return phone call..I will never come again frist time last time

April Shanna: As far as the trampoline park goes, it was fine. Kids had a ball. But that damn customer service was trash !! Those little girls laughed and giggle the whole time we were trying to sign our waivers. Then when we were paying for a party of seven, they proceeded to talk and giggle while we were handling business. She missed counted our wrist bands and socks. Like, these establishments should really stop hiring peoples children because they are not adequate enough to do their jobs. Next time there may be no next time !

We booked from 12:30 to 2:30 and were told we'd have an hour in the party room with 15 minutes prior to set up, and were told that we should arrive 15 minutes prior to party time. We did, and were not helped.We were sent to fill out waivers for our own kids and one for ourselves even if we weren't jumping. That part is fine. Meanwhile, though, we have two ice cream cakes sitting on a wire rack that I had to flag someone to please put in the freezer so we wouldn't have a puzzle.Turns out the party room was for 1:30 to 2:30 - that's okay and all, but we did not get our 15 minutes prior to decorate - we were just kind of left to find the room ourselves - it's waaaaay around the corner behind the bathrooms at the end of a maze.The room was big and air conditioned and I don't have any complaints about the room itself.Eventually, our helper came in and brought our pizza and drinks and he served the kids. This guy was a treat - he was friendly and polite and treated the kids respectfully (they weren't that loud, but I imagine after hundreds of kids day in and day out it might get to be overwhelming.)On Easter weekend we'd gone to a party for a child at Urban Air in Wake Forest - I'd *highly* recommend UA over Defy. UA is huge with tiny party rooms but you can rent two. They didn't cut the kids off after "time was expired" (which all in all they only really had an hour to jump at Defy because of the hour for the room).Small facility, relatively clean, HORRIBLE customer service - everyone is like 20 years old and they act like they'd rather not be there at all.

I like Rap and Hip Hop just as much as anyone else, but this was on another level of inappropriate to play in front of children and at children's parties. One of the songs that stood out to me was Teyana Taylor- How you want it.... talking about different positions... it was jaw dropping. They need to fix this.

Rebecca Howard: The staff here is in need of an overhaul. They are rude, impatient, and don’t want to interact with people… which is a problem in a customer service atmosphere. The guys at the front checking bags were the exception! They were smiling like I and my children were welcome… not like we ruined their day by showing up. I went to the cafe as well, same experience. This is the second birthday party we’ve been her (the first was my sons) and it’s not any better. We won’t be back. I will happily drive to Durham for the better experience.
