Caroline Zevenhuizen: All the women working in the pharmacy except for Delois have a terrible attitude and treat customers in line like their existence is a nuisance to them. I would rather go to any other pharmacy in town due to my repeatedly negative experiences at this one

Eileen Dawson: Came here to pick up an order for pictures. An employee named Pam questioned in a very rude nasty tone where was my 2 year olds mask. While trying to explain to her the mask policy (children under 11 are exempt) she insisted she didn't want to argue but offered no explanation for asking that question in the first place. Her comment was completely made to make us feel unwelcome. On top of it, during our conversation at checkout a customer verbally attacked us for my son not wearing a mask and screamed obscenities and foul language at a 2 year old!! Who does that! My son was hysterically crying by the time we got to the car from the yelling. The store employees did nothing to diffuse the situation. After shopping in this store many times per week for years buying formula, diapers etc. I will never step foot in this Walgreens or any other for that matter again. Completely unacceptable. And Pam's mask wasn't even covering her nose, so she in no place to pass mask judgement.
Larry Mcdowell: I finally gave up on this franchise due to their pharmacy (dis)service, mainly due to one woman in that department who went out of her way to be courteous to customers. Now I order my prescriptions on line and save 50% of the costs without standing in line!

Abel McLawhorn: Worst pharmacy ever. I have tried three times to get a prescription transferred to this location. Lots of excuses, no follow-up, and zero follow through. Had to drive an hour to another location.

Cameron Village location is much newer/larger/nicer, but this is walking distance for me and everyone knows me when I show up; in fact, the older lady at the front desk usually has a treat for my dog. J S: I still have not had my prescription filled in 3 weeks. There was a minor pre-authorization issue. But, my insurance company never stated saying they received anything. They wanted cash payment and turns out they didn't even take down my insurance card info the first time. I haven't even had a phone call from them in 3 weeks even after calling them twice. I would recommend taking your prescription to a different pharmacy, they obviously are not about customer service here. I got mine filled somewhere else after all this.

Linda Davis: I was more than pleased with the service I received from Kyandrea at the CVS Pharmacy located at 3051 New Bern Avenue in Raleigh NC. She was caring and really listened to the problem with my daughter and helped us get the refill we needed. This is a very busy pharmacy and yet, she gave us individualized attention promptly. I highly recommend this pharmacy and this CVS employee!
Allison Jennings: Reading is fundamental! Went to pick up my Rx Friday, Walgreens told me they couldn't fill it without dosage instructions and they had faxed the Dr. for more info. Waited til Monday called the Dr. nurse said instructions are already on the Rx, even the internet says take only 1 pill a day.Go back Monday, still saying the same thing.When I tell her I called and the nurse said everything was there, then they filled it. Her excuse was it was really confusing to read, I don't think she can read. Asked me to move out of the drive thru, I'm like I will when someone else comes. Tells me it will take 30 mins to fill, took all of 7 minutes and no one ever came behind me. Now I just need to double check I was given the correct pills before I take 1.

Beth Reed: This pharmacy is TERRIBLE. I hope they are just overwhelmed because they have to process the meds from the hospital nearby, but even still no one should run a business like this. I transferred my prescription on a Thursday. Never got a call that it had been processed. On Monday, after I was supposed to start the prescription on Sunday, I called up there. After 45 minutes, I was told the transfer was never processed. I asked if it was possible to transfer and process same day. She said yes and she'd call me back when it was done. I never received a phone call - she didn't even want to take my number! How was she going to call me back without my phone number?? I never heard from the pharmacy. I went up there at 5pm. I waited in line for an hour. They didn't have the prescription I needed. So I was told to wait in another line to transfer it to another CVS. After another 35 minutes. I walked out. I called in and sat on hold for 1.5 hours. No one ever answered. I tried to call another CVS to have them manually transfer and they were unable to. Because the CVS that doesn't have it, marked it as "in progress" no other pharmacy can touch it. It's not slated to arrive until Wednesday. By the time I get my prescription, it will be 6 days after I ordered it. I could have gotten meds from Canada faster! I could have driven to Apex Walmart, where the prescription was, and back 20x over! If I ever do get this prescription, I will NOT be going back to this CVS ever.

I had to call around to see who had my specific prescription & the quantity, as I'd been waiting for it all day from a previous pharmacy. When I called to ask if it was ready, the CSR said it was. I asked why I'd not received a call as I'd been waiting all day. No apology or any type of empathy, she said "Do you get the text alerts?" I said no. The woman hung up in my face as I was speaking. So, I get up & go to pickup just to arrive to a closed pharmacy. I had JUST talked to the lady & she never even said the hours were changing as of today! I had to find out by an employee when I showed up to a closed pharmacy! So, I have to wait another day anyway for my pain medication! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Renee M.: CVS is a great place to run in and grab what ever it is you need. Huge selection of hair, nail and skin care items. Fast service. However, prescriptions are completely separate. This is a busy location and the "promised" time can be an issue. Staff in pharmacy area are not as friendly and make little to no eye contact with customers waiting.

With a sick toddler in the car, I was really worried about the time it would take to get there, get it filled, and get back home, but hat’s off to the team there. tamra griffin: I really do wish I could give a review less than zero but Google won’t allow it. I’ve had THE worst experience with this pharmacy this week. Only 1 person seemed helpful, but the other 3 I’ve encountered have been less than a delight. Just today, I wasn’t placed on hold properly so was able to hear the entire conversation - that included some horrid comments about me -then when he returned to the phone, he proceeded to gaslight me as if I didn’t hear it. I’ve put in a formal complaint and have changed my pharmacy to CVS. Maybe I will have better luck there. If you want basic customer service you will not find it at this location.
