Stephen Higgs: Very unpleasant experience. First they gave me the wrong bill (ridiculous tax rate of 20%). I was told to call the manager to fix the bill. The manager promised to call me back the next business day. No call at all. Five days later, the bill department tweaked the bill so the total amount is the same yet with the lower tax rate. Once they sent me the modified bill, they threated me to pay the bill within 15 minutes, otherwise they would send it to to collections with a lien. Someone came out during the initial call and made some observations, opened up my ceiling with the water damage, provided a few tips; however, nothing was resolved when he left. Christopher McKenzie: There's nothing not to like about Drew. He was early (he called first to make sure that was okay), professional, and communicative. He diagnosed the issue (slow draining sink and gurgling toilet) in a methodical and logical manner. Drew was upfront with his pricing and tried the simpler procedures first to keep costs down. He even identified a small leak in my crawlspace and fixed it at no additional charge. Ultimately, he fixed the issue and I learned something about my house during the process. Fantastic service.
