Kelley Dowdle: We really enjoyed the True Crime & Curious Tales tour with Tricia. I am fairly new to the area, but my friend is a native and we both learned a lot about Raleigh! Tricia is an engaging and fun guide, even during rain storms! Her delivery is so good we hardly noticed the rain or the time passing by. We will definitely do more of these tours!
Lovelyplays: it was fun and every interesting.
Lauren Gaspar: Had a friend in from out of town, and this looked fun. It totally delivered. 100% recommend one of these tours if you are local or from out of town. Tricia was fun, informative and really great to work with. I will definitely be doing another tour!
Anne Taylor: Tricia is a wealth of information about Raleigh. I took the Downtown Murals & Public Art walking tour and was impressed with the details she gave about each installation. I highly recommend her tours.
Margaret Tyson: Positivo:Calidad,Profesionalismo
Lisa Pearlman: Tricia is a fantastic tour guide!! We throughly enjoyed learning about some of the art and murals around Downtown Raleigh!! We loved this tour so much that we immediately signed up for her next 2 tours!!!Servicios:Visitas guiadas de la ciudad,Visitas guiadas privadas,Visitas guiadas grupales
Cate Schreder: The tour was a perfect way to get more information on Raleigh's history and some of its hidden gems. The tour mixed old and new landmarks, was full of interesting facts about the landmarks and the people behind them (as well as a ghost story for each place). I'd highly recommend it!Servicio:Visitas guiadas de la ciudad
James Walter: Absolutely loved this. Tricia was fantastic!! Highly recommeded!Servicios:Visitas guiadas de la ciudad,Visitas guiadas grupales
Amanda Colley: Great tour!
Rylie Demeule: My husband and I participated in the Haunted and Twisted History tour for part of our first anniversary, and we are both glad we did! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the area and its interesting facts and history. Plus, as the tour was "Pay As You Want", it provides people of all budgets the opportunity to enjoy a historic, factual experience. My husband enjoys history and I enjoy ghosts, and this was a great mix.
Gary Franks: I'd recommend to you (or anyone) to get out of the monotony of your regular routine and enjoy one of these walking tours. These tours are not just for tourists and Raleigh newcomers. I have lived here for over ten years, and after taking this tour, I realized how little I knew about this city.Tricia clearly knows her content, never stumbling in delivery, and yet at the same time improvised based on the current dynamics on the street. (During one of our stops, a festival was in progress.) Also, Tricia told stories with a cadence that held everyone's interest. Given that the tour is 90 minutes long with no obligation to pay, I expected some members our of 20-person crowd to drop out as the tour continued, and yet everyone stayed until the end. Tricia obviously has a strong background in public speaking and/or stage performance. The only caveat I would mention is that if you are considering the Ghost Tour, don't compare this ghost tour with one from another city. Come on, cities like New Orleans, Philadelphia, and Boston have way more sordid tales to tell. However, as an entertaining means of walking around and hearing stories about Raleigh, this option is one of your best choices.
Missy Northup: Quick trip to Raleigh for the weekend. Glad we went on the Haunted and Twisted History Tour on a beautiful Friday evening. Tricia kept our interest while showing us the various historical spots in a several block area around the Capitol. The history was informative and the haunted aspect was interesting. It’s a refreshing concept that it is pay what you want. You won’t be disappointed.
Rachel thompson: Wonderful tour with a very knowledgeable guide. Tricia is a treasure trove of information about the Oakwood historic area. We learned so much and had a lot of fun in the process! Definitely worth 5 stars!

Richard Hull: We really enjoyed the Trikke Tour of downtown Raleigh. The Trikkes themselves are a unique and fun way to get around (especially on a hot day), and our guide Todd was knowledgeable, engaging and helpful throughout the tour. I recommend this tour for all these reasons.
Margaret Gardiner: It was amazingly simple to ride and extremely interesting.
kelley royer: The tour was so much fun and our guide was fabulous!! Highly recommend this to everyone !!!
Maricris King: Todd and Sandy were amazing! Super informative tour and we covered a lot of ground in Raleigh. Got lots of practice on Trikes before going out on the streets. Highly recommend! It was easy to get used to and lots of fun. It was a super hot day but Todd made sure we were under lots of shade for story time.
Peter Ncanywa: One of my favourite ways of learning about unfamiliar cities is by going on guided bike tours. I stumbled upon this company while searching and had absolutely no idea what a trikke was - nor how to pronounce the word. It was a most welcome surprise! Not only do Todd and Sandy run a friendly and professional experience, they are incredible knowledgeable. Todd’s descriptions and stories of the history are so vivid, you can see them happening. He knows his stuff and is a great guide. Add this to your to-do list!
Sarah Sedei: We did this for a work team building excursion. This was such a unique experience. We learned about the history of Raleigh as we trikked around downtown. They give you a water and take pictures of your group at different spots. We had a great time. Definitely recommend!
Maureen Gilchrist: Had a great time on this tour with Todd - learned a lot about the city of Raleigh AND the trikke's were so easy and fun to ride!! Highly recommend this to you and your family or friends!
Asia King: We loved this tour! We had a great time learning more about downtown Raleigh from our tour guide Todd. Our group was made up of a mix of folks who both knew the area/had lived here for years and others who are new to Raleigh. Everyone learned something from this trip and had a blast hearing the stories and laughing at the jokes. It was an amazing tour and we would definitely use Carolina Touring Company again.
Kenny Bacdayan: If you're looking for an electric bike or scooter, this is the place to visit! Great selection of products, and very knowledgeable staff to answer your basic or complex questions. I made a reservation to rent an electric bike, and it was such an easy process. I prefer electric skateboards, but if I ever wanted an electric bike I'd buy it here.
Laura Glatz: My husband and I were gifted a tour of downtown Raleigh on the Electric Trikke tour with Carolina Touring Company. The owner Todd (and our tour guide for the 2 hours) gave us training on the trikkes (it's so easy!) and was a wealth of information on the history of Raleigh. We were able to cover a lot of ground and learn about the area. Highly recommend and would take one of their others tours in the future.
Pritesh Patel: Our family of cousins wanted to reunite after experiencing 2020, and we found the Trikke tour to be that perfect event. We had a group of 10 and met up at Union Station to get rolling. The station had plenty of hourly parking so factor that in if needed. The Trikkes were all lined up, basic safety instructions from our guide Todd, a few practice rounds and we were off!The Trikkes are much easier than a Segway, though I recommend people try both at some point. They are both fun! This is my third tour of this type through Raleigh and I learn something every single time. On this occasion we took the the Raleigh Untold Tales Tour and it was fantastic. The stories you hear are extremely interesting and you get to take some nice pics with landmarks along the way.Net is, the Carolina Touring Company is awesome and provides an exceptional time for all audiences. So what are you waiting for? Get rolling!
Shelly Ryder: We did the trikke tour on a Friday morning with perfect weather. The trikke's were easy to learn and are a lot safer and natural feeling than a segue. We did the Historic Oakwood tour, which included parts of downtown Raleigh as well, including a spin through the Capitol and a photo opp. A good part of the tour was on dedicated bike lanes which made me feel safer among traffic. Oakwood Cemetery is beautiful! I could see coming back here to spend more time enjoying the grounds. Todd is an excellent tour guide and clearly loves his work. Although I've lived in the area since 2006, I learned a TON of new things. Didn't know we had a replicate of the Liberty Bell for example. I plan to do another tour in the future -- it was a fantastic experience!Servicios:Visitas guiadas de la ciudad,Visitas guiadas privadas
Tim Hackett: We had a lot of fun! Todd, our guide, was terrific. Very knowledgeable and funny, he had lots of interesting stories
Ryan Whitt: Great experience! I am a Raleigh native and took my in-laws on this tour to show them around. The trikkes are a hit! Super fun to ride and easy to get the hang out. Todd, our guide, was great and had a lot of good insight that was very interesting. Highly recommended!
Amanda Bernardina: Loved our scooter tour of Oakwood today. Our guide Todd was extremely knowledgeable and the scooters were a ton of fun to ride. I've lived in Raleigh for 27 years and learned a lot about its past and present while on the tour, so this tour is great for locals and visitors alike.
April: Fun ride!
Patricia Pepper: We had a fabulous time this past weekend with Mimi in Raleigh learning about our home city!!!! Ryan was also a terrific host. Strongly recommend for friends, family, locals or tourists. Thank you Mimi and Ryan.
Dave Allison: Yes, better than Segways! These machines are delightful to drive. Expert training in 5 minutes. The tour was Historic Oakwood and very very insightful. Headphones so ya can hear the guide, but still hear traffic and talk to someone. Highly recommend this experience!
Angela Langston: So much fun! Our tour guide was great! What a wonderful way to get to know Raleigh 👏🏼
Sirisha P: Very well organised . Our guide was fantastic. He was very patient go ensure all the people are comfortable with riding.Over all it was fun! I would recommend people to take this ride.
