She said the unit has been serviced on a regular basis and she is very pleased. This is unlike the last company we used at her home. Thank you for being conscientious. It is appreciated.

This last time they did not put in any toilet paper and we ran out the day after they "cleaned" it. Low liquid levels let things pile up and it ends up stinking and attracting flies. In addition, the hand sanitizer is empty and hasn't been filled in over a month.

Wake Forest Market Manager: This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had in taking over the management position within the organization I work for. The billing information is confusing between Readilite & Barricade, Inc. being on the actual invoice, but then when you call it is United Site Services? From what I can gather, they do not offer customer support 7 days a week and use a variety of call center options to route callers. I've called multiple times during the week and experienced an inconsistency of people knowing where to look in the notes or understanding the communication/instruction being provided. Calling on the weekend is a waste of time. They have some answering service picking up the phone, yet they cannot actually assist you. I would rather they have a voicemail system instead that notifies you of operating hours and allows you to leave a message. It's 2018 and I can't find the information to pay the bill online?! Now that I have researched rates for other portable restroom services I also know they are charging at least double the rate I can get with another company, which is primarily why I am going to be taking our business elsewhere.

I tried a follow up by email to both staffers but received no response. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for work.

International Minute Press Printing - Raleigh: I met a business associate at this location who uses Office Suites Plus services and found the facilities and staff to be top notch. There is easy parking and the facilities are clean and modern. I also had the opportunity to meet with Cheryl, the site manager, and was very impressed. If you need temporary office space or are looking for virtual office space, I would definitely recommend considering Office Suites Plus.
Arron Brisard: I have been at Offices Suites Plus for about 2 years. The Manager, Cheryl is very accommodating and very professional. They have a great team in place, Marie and Moriah are great with our clients who love them both. If you are looking to give your business a professional atmosphere then this is the place! Their facilities are professional and well laid out. The recent renovations make it stand out. I have been very pleased with the very affordable technology package we are currently using. Great people, great facilities, great price is a good recipe for any successful business.

Kimberly Davenport: To start, I am in a 3 year old 60+ unit single family home neighborhood near Micro, NC. I have been a customer of GFL Environmental out of Wilson, NC for 2.5 years. In that time, I have found that a truck comes on our designated day about 66% of the time and they sometimes come as late as 2 days later, only after someone calls them to give them a nudge. Also, they come at a huge variety of times during the day-as early as 6 am or as late at 330 pm. Today is a holiday, which, according to their calendar, means they should pick up tomorrow and not today. However, they arrived this morning. Most of the neighborhood did not have their cans out, as we had all likely paid attention to GFL's holiday calendar.Secondly, their fees keep going up. For me, the fee has increased from $75 a quarter to $91 a quarter. They do not even take recycling in my area, so I am paying a $16 increase for garbage only, which is picked up at any random date and time. There are quite a few choices in waste removal in my area. GFL needs to step it up if they wish to keep customers and expand their services to the many neighborhoods popping up around.Thank you for reading.

Mark Salah: If I could leave zero stars I would. Constant increase in fees. I tried to talk to them about this and was rudely spoken to. Immediately cancelled service and was given a run around to even get the trash container picked up. I cancelled service in the middle of a billing cycle and never asked for a refund, and then was charged a removal fee. Paid it just to be done. When I tried to call about it the woman was rude and laughed at me because she thought it was funny I was being charged. Never again and will never recommend.
Christina: These guys come by whenever they feel like, no notice if they’re changing our trash pick up day due to a holiday or for whatever reason they feel like. When they do show up they leave my trash cans strewn about afterward. One day I was in my car about to leave and I saw them literally hit my can and send it twenty feet ahead of them on the road, the only reason they got out and retrieved my can was because they know I saw them do it. Unacceptable.

I get a notice in February that I am being sent to collections for unpaid services from January to date even though I have not had any service since that time. The Garner office staff is as bad as the trash pick up service. Karen Stevens: We are locked into a 2 year contract and they increased the fee's 52%.. no notice and then pointed to the fine print in the contract. We have a new charge called a "site fee". WARNING... read all the fine print. The first page they type out on increase first 12 mos then no more than a 5% the next two years.......BUT the fine print allows them to call increases different names so they can jack the price up.."site fee". Inconsistent trash and recycle pick up, as well as garbage ALWAYS scattered around our neighborhood! What are we paying for? I've never had to pay for trash/recycle pick up in my life and it's the worst service we've ever had. Not to mention, after days of trying to get ahold of their NON EXISTENT customer service in regards to the website not allowing us to log in to pay our bill nor receiving a call back to simply pay over the phone - we ended up being 6 days "overdue" and what shows up in the mail? A BILL FROM DEBT COLLECTIONS. FOR GFL. What????? We're not even a week late due to their shotty communications/website and they send it over to collections. Why not just cancel us?
