A black gentleman walked in and sat down form me and got instant service me how ever I was told I would have to wait for a table as the waffle bar was closed apparently only close for whites. Will never be going to a Waffle House ever again.
Veretta West: This was one of the BEST Waffle House establishments I have been to. Everything was cooked to perfection! Our server was on point and made sure we had everything we needed. It was busy! And rightfully so.

Javoris Little: Good for the most part but this location be going light on the hasbrowns for some reason. On several occasions I've asked for double or triple hashbrowns and the gave me a single and a half.

Dylan Bouterse: Valentine's Day, lazy husband. Need carrot cake. And it's SUNDAY!So I start the usual Google Maps search looking for open bakeries on a Sunday. Called several places that were open with no luck for carrot cake. By chance found Balcazar, open, but they didn't have any carrot cake. Never fear, they offered to make one and turn it around in 1.5 hours! I was assured the baker made excellent carrot cake. As you can see, I had very little choice but to go with this option. So I place the order and tell the wife we have success! (with fingers crossed)I arrived right on time to pick up the cake (6p sharp). The very nice lady that took my order over the phone was excited to see me. She even wanted to take a picture of me with the cake before I left. She was very sweet (pun intended). Ok, that's all well and good, but was the cake good? My wife and I both LOVE carrot cake, and know not every carrot cake is created equal. Such is the case with this one. IT WAS DELICIOUS! We may have to drive past 10 other bakeries to get to Balcazar, but I guarantee we'll be back!

The salsa tasted very fresh. I had to dilute their mojito but I'm not holding that against them! They could use some fans on the porch in the summer months, but we probably shouldn't have chosen that with it being over 90 outside.

Dulce Ledezma: and the meal looked amazing but when I tasted the chicken it was salty and I could only eat it with rice which ran out really quickly. I thought I could gobble it down but I couldn’t finish the rest and I was too full to order anything else. My sister could not finish her meal either and we both ended up going to the bathroom after we ate because it did not sit well in our stomachs. Also when we first sat down at our table, they immediately gave us drinks but when they left, my party of four and I looked at each other because we didn’t order drinks yet. They had giving us drinks of water and came later to ask us for our drinks so we ended up with a lot of cups in our table and barely any room to eat.
