Tom Wright: Recently TLS has had extremely poor quality products and service. My company ordered 36 Yards of Topsoil and 10 Yards of 57 stone. Both orders were no shows on the delivery day and I had to call only to find out their tandem dump trucks were all broken. I HAD TO CALL, they did not inform me or anything so I could repurpose my crew. A cancelation would cost us nearly $100 in fees for their mistake. This will be the last time I use TLS for personal or business projects......they are extremely inconsiderate

Creative JLA: On 2 March 2022, I contacted this company via their form to purchase more than 150 bales of pine straw and more than 8 cubic yards of mulch delivered and installed.The gentleman that called me back totally gave off that high stress, high pressure sales vibe and to be honest extremely rude - with the pressure that I need to hurry and make up my mind because he not only didn't act as if he didn't have much time to speak to me me but there might not be anything to buy because customers were lined up across the city to clean out his inventory within the next moments.He provided me a total number quote but when I asked him to break it down line item by line item he acted as if he couldn't be bothered and was very evasive in his answers - trying to talk around the numbers. When I finally received the numbers I was asking for after what seemed an uncomfortable struggle of simply asking for him to break things down - I told him that I was waiting on a few more quotes and would call him back the next day.I received later that day quote from several other area landscaping supply companies and found the prices of the other companies significantly lower. The next day the same gentleman from Triangle Landscape Supplies called me back and I told him that I was no longer interested and I received a very condescending and rude tone back saying something along the lines of "well good luck with that" and then he hung up. Simple put this guy was very rude and I would never do business with a company who employed someone with such a unprofessional demeanor no matter the cost.Keep this in mind when considering Triangle Landscape Supplies in Raleigh for your next Landscaping project.

Sarah Jansen: Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I stopped by the Raleigh location off Gresham Lake Rd. Brian was at the front desk and greeted me. I was looking for rock for driveway and pathways. He took my dimensions and double checked my math which was great because I was a bit off. He pulled up pics on his phone so I could see what the different gravel would look like. As we were discussing delivery, Brian looked up my house on Google maps and informed me that my driveway was too small for delivery and there were utility lines in the way of the dump truck. Peter Samarga: They aren't the cheapest in town, but they sure are the best. I used them for mulch as well as miscellaneous garden stone. The folks who work their a very knowledgeable and professional.

Gator Bear: Poor quality and small load. We used these guys in a pinch to finish a local job. BIG mistake. Very poor soil quality overall. Too many large sticks and wood chips to be productive. The load was also way too small. Compared to our normal vendor the 5 cubic yards was just over half the size of the other piles. With the premium prices they charge I would not expect to have to perform an initial inspection and then a secondary inspection once the load is delivered.

I contacted the business owner shortly thereafter (days) to report the issue hoping that they would exercise good customer service and do something to compensate for the poor quality product, but ultimately the end result was only a "thank you for letting us know". We are now nearly 9 months later, and with expected mulch breakdown, the amount of garbage being exposed is perpetual, and I am continuously walking the property and collecting what I see. For me, I will chose to not purchase from this provider in the future.

Joseph Wang: We ordered 10 cubic yards of 50-50 soil from this company 8 days ago and scheduled a delivery for today. In the early morning of today, I called this company for checking, a manager told me somebody in my home called them to delay the delivery, due to this they will not delivery until the next Thursday (7 days after). Nobody of my home called for delaying the delivery. I told the manager more than once, he insisted this and gave me a wrong number that never belongs to us. Then he said even without the mistake, they can’t deliver the soil before the next Thursday and “suggested” me either cancel my order or accept their “offer”. I told him I need to consider it. Afterwards, I called this company, but my calls were suspended for times and I failed to contact them till now. God knows what happened.

It is clearly evident on their website as well. I already spent a considerable amount of time tyring to set up an account only to be met with this type of behavior. I called and tried to have a meaningful conversation regarding their policies. I was told they did not want my business and thus I moved on to using a different company. Their portrayl of events it fictitious and not accurate. And all of our paperwork is and was in order. I have no desire to speak to your owner, especially after you caustic response and personal attack in your google response. You have multiple negative reviews in the last few months and it is telling.Rude, Ignorant and Condescending. Do yourself a favor and shop at a more reputable landscaping distributor or Southern Stone Supply they are much cheaper, easier to work with  and they have exemplary customer service.   TLS is nothing but rude, with zero customer service skills. And their Apex yard is empty, lacking inventory. It looks more like a wasteland than a landscaping yard. I found my supplies for more than $50/pallet cheaper.  I spoke to a person named Brian who did nothing but speak over me, and ignore everything I said. This place is rife with ignorance. And they do not care about your business.   Shop in a place where you are respected and treated decently, never settle for less.  What took me numerous phone calls and angst with TLS and it was never completed, took me 5 minutes with Southern Stone Supply.

Jenny Patterson: We have only ordered stone from this company but both orders were dumped in a pile spilling everywhere. The first time left us with lots of broken stone. We were assured the second delivery would be different. We have a mountain of stone and twisted metal instead. They may be fine for other services but we are NOT going to be using them for stone again. Going with other companies that neighbors use who deliver the pallets of stones standing upright which is the state ours were purchased in prior to delivery. They don't seem to have the proper equipment for this type of material delivery. This delivery method works well for rock piles and mulch which the company also carries but not for stacked stone. I'm sure the company does well with the other loose materials and deliveries but I cannot speak for those since I do not have that experience.

Shelba King: I was very pleased with the customer service at Triangle Landscape supplies in helping me choose a boulder for our complex. They delivered and got the boulder in place in a timely manner.I highly recommend doing business with them.

oliver massey: I had picked up a load of river rock (happy with product) but ended up leaving with multiple damaged areas to my NEW truck, which my truck did not have a single scratch or dent to it when arriving there.I also had grayish-blue residue marks on my paint but was easily removed, which was caused by stone residue/dust on the forklift and/or pallet rubbing against my truck.After notifying TLS, Peter (owner) had reached out to let me know that he had reviewed the video footage and cannot see how his staff could've damaged it.I had explained that a member of his team was kicking the pallet, while the forklift was going back and forth over my tailgate. I had asked the employees to stop and not worry about the remaining stone stuck, but they were persistent to get all of it.I had provided Peter with an estimate from a local auto body shop, he had said he would accept responsibility for only $200 but not the whole amount; he said this was out of good faith.Peter had then texted me an image of my truck leaving that day and stated he couldn’t see any damage. It was an angle view and far away.I had then requested multiple times for full payment of repairs so Peter said he would check with his insurance company, which he did not, but instead, he had sent me an image of "new" signage stating TLS is not responsible for any damage from the loading of stone and soil products into pickup trucks, cars, etc...Peter told me that I should’ve check my truck before I had left and then they would’ve accepted responsibility…pushing blame on the customer, as he did to another customer in a review below.From my experience, I feel this business is not customer focus and this issue is still not resolved.

Randy Owens: I've bought mulch and stone from these guys for years at their various sites. I mainly shop the Apex site now. Never had any issues. Always good quality material and courteous employees. I particularly like that the Apex site has now paved the loading yard. Makes it cleaner for access and just an overall better experience!

Kenneth Buchanan: I just had 5 CY of slate #57 rock dropped off and am extremely pleased with the entire process. If you're in the market for stone or mulch, look no further. Their onsite selection is huge and easily to get to via Google Maps. The order process was seamless, and the delivery experience exceptional. I was notified when I ordered it, and then a week before the delivery, of what to expect when they arrive. It amounted to, "no cars in the driveway, please." I was prepared as directed and the drop-off took less than 15 minutes. The few employees and/or managers and/or owners that I interacted with were all extremely courteous, personable and knowledgeable. This was a great first purchase from TLS and they have earned my business for the next project, whatever it may be!

Anne Ross: Called today for mulch delivery this week before the rain hits next week and was told they were booked until next week. But Mike spent some time with the schedule and was able to work me in for saturday! I got their triple shredded mulch a couple years ago and it was beautiful, so I know I'm getting a great product and they are easy to work with. Highly recommend.

TJ Montgomery: I have not shopped at this location. I just want to say from a potential customer of looking at your website and looking at google reviews of how you handle issues I am going to the other place to buy bulk mulch in Apex. Attached is a screen shot of your customer service, if this is the kind of customer service I can expect if I had an issue then NO THANK YOU!

Entré para obtener 3 y 1/2 yardas de piedra 57 y estaba cargado con un balde de 1 yarda cúbica que estaba 1/2 - 3/4 del camino lleno cada cucharada y solo 3 y 1/2 cucharadas fueron arrojadas en mi remolque. ¡Obviamente no tenía suficiente material para terminar mi trabajo y tuve que perder tiempo y dinero volviendo a conseguir 2 patios más donde volvió a suceder lo mismo!

John Sykes: El propietario, Jeff, entregó personalmente mis materiales de jardinería a mi casa. Superó mis expectativas al entregar una piedra de paisaje muy pesada en el lugar exacto de mi propiedad. Fue una experiencia muy buena. SarahJ Lang: Vine hoy a buscar mantillo y estaba ocupado. Había una línea, pero pasé rápidamente. El cargador fue muy profesional.
