Freddie with Ivey’s Towing went to the tow yard to pick it up and transport it to a collision site. Freddie called me because the tow yard didn’t have the keys and he wanted to make sure the tow yard didn’t just lose them. I told him we had the keys and I’d drop them off at the collision shop. He towed the truck to the site our insurance’s 3rd party hire told them. Freddie called me and said the collision place didn’t have the keys even though I dropped them off that day. After a long process I asked where did he tow the truck. Our insurance’s 3rd party hire didn’t tell Ivey’s Towing that the collision repair shop had changed. So Freddie said he’d tow it to the right place and call me when he got there. Freddie called me when he got there to let me know he dropped off the truck and that he verified the collision center had the keys. I appreciate how Freddie called from the beginning because he was concerned where our keys were. I appreciate how he kept in communication with me so I knew what was happening and where the truck was at. He’s a sweet country guy that cares and in this day and age it’s a rare quality. I’d definitely recommend and use Ivey’s Towing again.

Based on his location he could not see that my car was pressing against my garage.Additional help was sent to rectify the issue but no further accommodations were made.When towing my car back to my home from BMW Southpoint (where I received nothing but disrespect and lies) - I was quoted a tow rate of $75, but charged $125 when my car arrived to my home.These are unethical business practices. I hope they rectify this type of behavior going forward.I do not believe I will work with them in the future as I am not confident in their honest, transparency nor customer service standards.Update: I responded to management request to call them. Jamie answered and attempted to transfer me. I was told I would receive a call back. The call back never came.

Reliable Protection: My son’s car had to be towed today from Pool Rd to Corporation Prkwy. The tow truck driver was very professional and polite. “K”( the name on his shirt) was there in less than 30 minutes from the time we called in and worked skillfully as to not cause any damage to the vehicle. And he smiled. Have never seen a tow truck driver do that before. Thank you “K” for shining a little light on a troublesome day. I also want to thank the dispatcher for her politeness and professionalism and the guy that stopped to check on my son, Grip, whom gave us the number to call and recommended Barbour towing.

Em Steff: The Tyndall’s, caused more distress than Honda regarding my vehicle. I did everything correctly in the beginning, turned in keys and told them I would be returning for it once paid off. It’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone, one day I called three times and left a voicemail yet I had to follow up again because the call was never returned. Sometimes I would call and be told they’d call me back however they never did. My vehicle was released for a week before anyone informed me even though I had spoke with them during this timeframe. When we were finally able to speak with someone, Todd (owner) dismissed my concerns entirely while calling me a liar. After everything that we had experienced we wanted to speak to someone in person about our concerns. When we went to go pay our fees we talked with Vicki (front office) who simply kept telling us nothing could be done and did not issue a single apology. We did pay the fees and left but not before making sure they were aware of the terrible customer service they provide, which includes staff verbally insulting customers. It’s a pandemic, everything is crazy, there is no reason for anyone to be treating others the way A+ Towing treated us. Please avoid if possible. Carolina Enuol: I have mixed feelings about this company. The lady who answered my the phone was super sweet and understanding about picking up my belongings. Being that I’m pregnant, I called and explained to her how their were certain medications that I left in the car that I NEEDED right away and other belongings I might have in there, so she was able to allow me to pick up my items that very same day. I appreciate her very much for that. I would give her a good rating because I didn’t really have any issues with her 🤷🏻‍♀️ However, the guy who towed my car seemed nice and understanding AT FIRST, but he was obviously giving me false assumptions. He came early Saturday morning before I headed to work to pick up my vehicle. He pretty much caught up to me before I left and had a super short conversation about what’s going on. I understand I was late on my payments and had a risk of getting my car repossessed, however I explained to him how I barely started working because I was off for a while due to COVID. I barely started working that week he tried towing the car. He made a statement and I remember clearly that he said, “I will give you an extension till Monday and to not tell my car loan about the extension. As long as you make the payment before Monday, your car will be ok” and I took his word for it. It was really none of his business whether I was pregnant or not, so I didn’t say anything about it… but even if I did tell him, I wouldn’t know if he would’ve really given me that extension. What upsets me the most is that he took my car while I was at work, after making the statement about extending my tow till Monday. I am in my second trimester of pregnancy and I had to wait outside in the heat for an hour for someone to pick me up due to my job being close early on weekends. The fact that he gave me false hope and decided to tow my car that very day upsets me. Don’t give me false hope saying you’re going to extend my tow day till Monday if I make payment that weekend. I would never wish any women to be in the position that I was in or lied to… and if he has a wife, I would hope his wife isn’t pregnant and not be stranded just like I was that day. He specifically needs to do better with his communication. If you’re not going do what you say you were going to do, then next time don’t say or offer an “extension”. Now you’re charging me a high towing fee cus you decided you wanted to lie and tow my car? Yeah that’s messed up. I get that you guys have a job and need to make a living, but don’t give me false hope. Honestly, I feel like a dedication needs to be made off my towing fee just because he decided to lie. Business does not work by giving false assumptions. If you want to talk to me about reducing the fee, then feel free to email me or my loan company since you have my information.

The young guy didn't know what he was doing , tried to call phone number on side of the tow truck several times to question what was going on , no one answered. The guy could not figure out how to tow car, lifted it up once and placed it back down with right front tire on curb, kept trying to pull while rear tire scraping against curb. Owner of tow company finally arrived and was rude.I had to call AAA to send anther tow truck. L & G arrived and they were great. After explaining the first attempt to tow, the second tow driver told me Lda was also trying to tow as if car was front wheel drive which could have damaged my transmission since car all wheel drive. I wasn't sure if car was AWD or front wheel, the second guy knew by just looking under car. Beware!

james faber: Se extrajo una camioneta pickup f350 de servicio pesado con una caravana grande en la caja trasera de un sitio muy difícil de acceder. Estos muchachos fueron excepcionales. Tomó tres camiones diferentes durante un período de 4 horas y 3 tipos diferentes, incluido el propietario de la empresa. Tan fuerte que rompió uno de los elevadores de su camión. JB: AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I wish I had read the negative reviews here before I allowed this company to touch my car. I had a dead key fob and could not get my car to start so I called AAA. The technician insisted it was the battery even though I showed him that the key warning light was clearly showing on my dash. He tried to jump it but it would not start and later had to be towed to the dealer. The service tech said that my battery, ECM & BCM had all been blown out most likely due to a "backward polarity jump start" meaning the technician hooked up the jumper cables the wrong way. I now have a $3500+ service bill on a vehicle that has only ~20,000 miles on it. I have filed a claim with AAA but they will not do anything without "indisputable proof" meaning I essentially would have to have a video showing the technician jumping the car the wrong way. If you call AAA and they send this company CANCEL. And if you do decide to use this company make sure you VIDEO everything they do. I will be dropping AAA immediately and l will never use this towing company again. You can see the quality of their customer service in their responses to the negative reviews posted here. They are not going to take accountability, but there are too many similar reviews here for this to be a coincidence.

Lynn Davis: LDA showed up after calling AAA. They towed my daughter’s car to their repair shop. Her front passenger tire came off due to lug nuts being loose. They repaired the lugs and replaced the nuts. Great. But they also replaced all the lugs on the driver side front tire also. Which didn’t need replacing only tightening if that. I asked why they replaced them he said because one was broke. Then why not just replace the one lug. He said that my daughter told him too, which she told them to check the other tires to make sure they were tight since the other was loose. He refused to refund the money for the second tire repair which was not requested or needed. AAA needs to drop this company from their services.Servicio:Remolque de autos
