Alina Smirnov: If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE EVER. Rude, clueless employees, overpriced by a mile, and the entire place smells like dog urine. Dogs are returned reeking of the urine odor, dogs spend no time outdoors, and they are kept in cages most of the day when you pay for daycare so your dog doesn’t spend all day in a cage at home. Management does not address owner/customer concerns and hides behind lies they cannot back up even though they have cameras (which only work a small fraction of the time). You’re better off leaving your dog alone at home than bringing them here- they’ll take better care of themselves there. And have more fun.

That makes me think they didn't even use it to provide him comfort. Never bringing our pups back here.Worth noting it's Dogtopia the company messing up here, not the workers - because they over intake and under hire. We learned that turnover is almost constant at this location, but they still take on what seems to be way too many dogs.If you are considering dogtopia I should ask you to reconsider until they fix their clear issues!

Adam Bowker: At first, I had a good experience here. My previous review was 5 stars. My dog seemed to love it, most of the staff was nice, etc..As time went on, I noticed things here and there that should’ve been red flags but I (regrettably) ignored them. Notably, I regularly saw the staff appear to be extremely inattentive on the cameras (seems like the rooms have a TV that’s more interesting than the dogs?) and I saw my dog handled more aggressively than necessary (yanked/thrown by the collar in order to correct behavior).I dropped off my dog early morning on 11/5. Around 11am they called to say his eyes were red, he was acting like they bothered him, and he threw up. He was placed in isolation because they suspected it was kennel cough. Unfortunately I hadn’t checked the cameras that day so I don’t know what was going on prior to this. When I picked him up his eyes were blood-red and he barely tolerated being touched/held. We went straight to the emergency vet and they found he had popped blood vessels in both eyes, indicating some trauma to the face, and some blood work readings in his liver that could indicate trauma there as well.I understand anything can happen at a dog daycare, especially with a dog as small as mine (~10lb, 4.5 months). I also know my dog gets very excited around other dogs/people and plays hard, and his behavior may need to be corrected from time to time. However, I’m extremely curious to know what happened that caused blood vessels popped in BOTH eyes and potential liver damage — was he just playing too rough? Did he run into a wall? Was a staff member unnecessarily rough with him, as I’ve seen on the cameras in the past? If my dog was being watched, how come no one knew about this trauma, and instead they just assumed kennel cough and put him in isolation? I emailed Dogtopia to ask for the video footage from that morning and followed up again 4 days ago, and have received no response, 10 days since the original email. I can see they’ve opened it 4 times.Maybe they don’t have the footage? If not, why not just tell me that, instead of opening my email multiple times and never replying? I’m beginning to think my dog was not cared for properly (just not watched, or a staff member being overly-aggressive) and that the video footage makes that clear, so I’ll never see it.Maybe I’m wrong, and the video footage would clear things up… I wish I could find out.

Juan Ortiz: Great place to have your dog stay as they get to play with other dogs and you can watch them on your webcam, but I have multiple complains. The main one is that both of our dogs came out sick from different things. One with a bad cough and eye problems while the other with a pretty bad rash in her stomach. Both of which they did not say anything about. As extremely expensive as it is, I was expecting better care for my pets. Hard to find a place for boarding that will keep pets as healthy as they were dropped off.

I was disappointed by other places for doggy dayplay in that the dogs mostly spend their time in kennels with only about 2 or 3 hours of actual play time. This is not the case with Dog Diggity, fortunately! The dogs get to play! All of the staff I've interacted with there have been awesome! My Jack LOVES Dog Doggity! We've also used their grooming services, which have been great. I highly recommend bringing your fur baby to Dog Diggity!

I have been taking my dogs here for almost a year and they love it! Staff is friendly and gives you a report on how your dogs did for the duration of their stay (well most of the time 😉). No where easily visible on the website did it say you need to download an app and upload the shot records. Luckily my friend told me I needed this. Apparently my records didn’t show the bordetalla shot I needed, so they charged me an extra $20 to give it to him there. Another thing not easily found on their website is that don’t allow anyone under 21 to enter the back where the dogs play. We brought our 3 year old daughter. My husband and I had to take turns being in back with the puppy and up front with our three year old. Another con is the back really smells of dog urine. Great concept, but badly executed.

Jeremy Knox: We absolutely love bringing our dogs here during our short and extended vacations. The resort is very flexible, professional and loving to our dogs. Leo and Max love it so much that they rush the door when I open the car door to let them out. When we pick them up, Leo never wants to leave. He loves it that much. I highly recommend Dog Holiday for your pet boarding needs. In the past 3 years of taking our dogs here, I have never witnessed any of the negative things posted in other reviews. The only suggestion that I would add is a way to book or reserve a spot online.The list of dogs is always long here when we check our pets in so it is definitely a popular place to bring your pets.

Janet Miller: Keily (the owner) is fantastic with the dogs! My pup loves it here because there are no kennels and the dogs can interact with other small dogs all day! At nap time, there are lots of different choices of where the pups can sleep! I highly recommend this daycare and boarding so that your pup can have attention all day while you work, when you have an appointment, or just want your pup to have some fun!

Beth Dalsing: Little pup lounge is amazing! Our two high strung dogs are actually comfortable there and we know they are very well taken care of when they are there. It’s the only place where we don’t feel guilty leaving them overnight! The place is clean, has tons of fun areas for the dogs (and no crates!), a fenced in yard, a great human-dog ratio (your dog is not just a number here - the owner works hard to make sure she gives them each the attention they need), very sweet gentle dog clients, a very knowledgeable staff, and treats (as long as the owner says it’s ok). Plus, the pricing is great. ***Note - they are currently accepting a small number of clients.

London Oliverio: If you are looking for daycare/boarding for your small dog in the Raleigh area, I cannot recommend Little Pup Lounge enough. Keily provides a safe, clean, and fun environment for these dogs and my miniature dachshund absolutely loves her!

I’ve boarded him at other places before but have never had an experience quite like this. Not sure what exactly happened while he was there but I won’t be taking him back. The one in wake forest is so much better.
