Chris Foley: Room was a little outdated, but everything was top notch! Service, food & drink, & location. I'm still not used to the post covid no room cleaning daily thing, but all hotels are doing that so I guess that's normal now.
Charlotte Oakley: Certain employees of this location are not.... The best .I phrase it that way, To be nice..The incidental charge the make you pay over the hotel stay, some people only pay 20 others 50.I was is in the $50 category. And employees slipped up and said something about a $20 incidental hold. That's when I said but I paid $50 everyday. The reason I was checking in and out everyday my vehicle broke down. I didn't know when it was going to be fixed so I had to make a reservation each day so every time I checked in and checked out it was another incidental hold. Then I realized I wasn't getting my incidentals back. They printed up paperwork they cannot show me where they were releasing my money. So almost a month worth of incidentals. At $50 a day.... my truck will finally be fixed in the next 2 days. .and as mentioned in another review this is not good by Hilton standards. But well worth the price line discounted rates . Housekeeping is great people!
Alin Bennett: A really great hotel. Two things were annoying. The wifi is not good. 1) I had to use my hotspot most of the time. 2) they rent their pool out to at least two swim schools. I was trying to relax on my vacation, but had to listen to a dozen of young children scream as they were learning to swim. The latter is a deal breaker for me. I won't be back...

christine: Came for a family reunion was not pleased at all. This might as well be a pet/dog hotel dogs were everywhere no set floor for people who don’t enjoy dogs 😔. Not only did I also get stuck in the elevator for 3 mins the woman at the desk told me it was because of the storm I would think they would shut them all down if this was the case but they also allowed others to get stuck as well after it was brought to the attention of staff. During our dinner session not only did they have the iced tea set up 45 mins before dinner so it would be watered down by time we would have arrived. Also the paid bar left 2 hrs before the time slot was up. You guys also need a better system for your breakfast and have the correct dates when you give the vouchers during check in. Please also work on customer service there was only two woman who made this trip worth while the rest need a customer service course. This overall experience was super 8 value with Hilton prices. I wish I could get my money back. Horrible experience

Dark Seraphim: If you come between 2-4 on a Friday expect a small wait for Check-In. However, the staff is very professional and the hotel itself has been updated within the last 5 years and is very clean, modern and comfortable. Obviously, there's no microwave in most rooms but, there's one available on each floor. Solid Hilton that meets expectations.

England: I decided to stay here for a few days. I haven't stayed here in years. This place needs a complete renovation. Apparently the lobby and restaurant area was only renovated.The rooms are very outdated. The carpet and furniture stinks and gave me a very bad headache. The floor I was on was hot and apparently the air wasn't working properly. The internet services wasn't working properly either.This is not a place I would choose to stay at again. Big dogs were walking around everywhere. They were in the eating areas just very uncomfortable for me. I personally don't like to eat around animals.

Don John: This is probably the worst hotel I stayed in recent years! Too many problems. Let me elaborate:1. At check in, the front desk gave me the keys to a room which was already occupied by an african american gentleman. I opened the door with the key and found him very disgruntled. Went back to the front desk, got new keys to another room. But, I booked a 3 nights stay. The new keys only worked for one night. Next morning I can't open the door with all of my luggage and belongings inside. Went back to the front desk, the black lady went up to 5th floor with me and opened the door. She said I opened the door incorrectly. In the afternoon, still can't open the door. Then another front desk person admitted they mistakenly checked me out already, and reissued the keys.2. One elevator is broken. We have to walk all the way to the end of the hallway to get on an elevator, then walk all the way back to our room which is located very close to the broken elevator.3. carpets in the hallway and room are dirty4. At the free breakfast, someone who looks like a homeless person, came in with big plastic bags. He loaded those bags up with all the free breakfast food, left very little for the hotel guest, and left. That was a white person. The hotel clerks just looked on without saying anything.My advice: Even though this hotel is cheap, avoid it at all cost! Or, you will regret it.

The elevator is broken, the deadbolt on my room door did not work at all. The receptionist seemed bothered I was checking out, and didn't have any response to their being roaches in the room. PLEASE listen to the 1 star reviews because my two night stay was a nightmare!!The room was very humid, smelled terrible and was extremely dirty. My room key stopped working 3 times and the receptionist for that shift was sleep behind the counter. The bathtub was so dirty I gagged when I saw it. The room and whole hotel was humid and our AC stopped working multiple times. At the end I was refunded for one night because this was awful. DO NOT BOOK HERE thx ;).

Francesca Singletary: The manager was very nice. I booked 2 reservations in error and it said I couldn't get my money back. So when we got there the manager was checking us in and we were telling her what happened and she said no worries I'll fix it for you all just enjoy your vacation. We truly appreciate her kindness because times are hard so we really couldn't pay for something we weren't gonna use. We would stay again without a doubt.Habitaciones: Room was very clean
Jocelyn Swindell: Would recommend! Staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to have packages shipped to hotel before our check in date and they held them for me for free. They also let us check out late for only $25 which helped us out a lot.

The front desk staff was rude and clearly disinterested in their job. The hotel charged me more than the Hotwire rate that I booked, claiming that the extra amount was for incidentals. Sylvia McCree: Had an amazing stay over the weekend for an anime convention! Hotel staff happily accepted the arrival of several packages which was extremely helpful as I was a vendor for the event downtown! Brandon Whitley: Not sure how this hotel has 2 stars, when it barely should have 1. Upon arrival of this hotel, we arrived 20 mins prior to check in time. Front desk staff proceeded to tell us to come back in an hour for a different representative since they did not know how to check people in. When checked in, the room itself smelt moldy and musty. The room given had a hardly cleaned handicapped bathroom, where neither of us guests were handicapped, making it completely unnecessary. When asking a simple question of is there breakfast in the morning we get a response of “we got coffee take it or leave it”. And to top off this horrible experience housekeeping decided to take home a very expensive jacket that was accidentally left on the bed prior to check out. Normally hotels put things in lost in found but apparently this is a five finger discount hotel which could be expected from a 2 star hotel. After calling twice to retrieve jacket and speaking to front desk no refund was offered to make up for the stolen jacket or bad stay only “if we happen to find it you’ll have to mail us a box to send it back in” Don’t recommend anyone staying here.
Russell Jimenez III: Don't book anything at Red Roof Inn. I accidentally booked a room for the wrong weekend. Now the hotel won't refund my money after I paid the night that I actually stayed there. So now they are making pay for both weekends. They are thieves and this should be illegal
Eve W: Stayed here this past weekend with my daughters and it was absolutely great! The location is right off the 40 and everything we wanted to check out in the Raleigh and Cary areas was 5-15 mins away. The staff was super friendly and professional. I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman at the front desk that checked us; he was very cheerful, patient, and kind. There's lots of room for parking, the room was clean and smelled great, and the coffee downstairs was pretty good! Thank you to the Red Roof Inn PLUS staff for the great experience.

There is no dedicated dog walk area but the hotel is surrounded by sidewalks that lead up to the shopping center nearby. The staff were friendly and the check in and check out process was easy with my dog. Some guests seemed surprised to see him, especially around the elevator, so I suppose not many travellers have their furry friends with them.The room was exceptionally clean. I thought it was strange there was no fan in the bathroom. I took off a star for location being so close to the airport we heard doors opening and closing at all hours of the night. That was the only downside to our stay was the noise in the hall. The layout of the room was spacious and I attached pictures from the end of my stay. There is a Tire Discount store literally a block away and Several sports tournaments in the area at the time...put a real damper on my stay no apologies from the establishment just referrals to the Tire place.
