Cedric Thrash: Terrible experience….Actually the past few times the guys barely washed the vehicle. They don’t dry good. I tried to show the guy the errors, he wants to argue. I just left and called the manager, that could not identify the staff worker. Will not be coming back. Service has changed within the last year. Sad because they seem to be a good business but not so good staff.

H G: Paid $75 for a wash, the people were in a hurry to get out, so they smeared wax all over my car and didn’t buff it. I had to spend 4 hours to clean up the mess they created. Sketchy place in general, avoid if you can.
SWick: Owner has very much a lack of business experience. I showed up for a car wash and there were cones out, he told me it would be 20 to 25 minutes. I left for 30 minutes and tried calling before heading back. He picked up my 3 phone calls, did not say a word and hung up. I figured I would give it try considering it was well over the amount of time he has said, only to come back and him tell me it’ll be another 20 to 25 minutes. I understand being short staffed however this was a lack of communication. My suggestion get with times and have a place customers can look (website, social media) that will verify before driving there if you are and aren’t taking cars.
Crystal Hernandez: If I could give this place a ZERO I would, my husband took my car for me to get cleaned and waxed, and left a HORRIBLE JOB!!!! They had an attitude since the start, we told the manager about the service and employees and how horrible of a job they left all he did was give me 15 dollars off what I paid but honestly it looked 100x better before I brought it. Taylor: I paid for the full detail service in order to get my old car ready to sell. Before the service, Jerome was great about communicating what services were recommended and with schedling. He did a very thorough job on the interior, which I was mostly concerned about, but on the exterior as well. He was more than happy to answer some questions I had about what I needed to get to correct some deep paint scratches. The system X diamond ceramic coating worked beautifully on both of my prior cars. A Lincoln navigator 2016 and a Porsche 911 turbo S 2012. The cars remained spotless. The whole time I owned them. I just purchased a 2023 Lincoln navigator the same color black. Kentrell also recommended a light tint to the windows which looks perfect. The process took 2 1/2 days but the car looks amazing. I don't know why these cars don't have this application from the factory. It looks 1000 times better. I really appreciate Kentrell Jackson's expertise, he is a master.

Dustin Smith: Hands down a master craftsman at his trade. I wish I could adequately put into words our most recent experience. Cam and his team do EXCEPTIONAL work. We had a family emergency with 1 qt of spilled ice cream we did not realize had rolled under the front passenger seat. Birthday party grocery run. It was one of the most foul smells imaginable in a vehicle. Cam and his team somehow fit us into their slammed schedule. I could clearly see he could relate to where we were , desperate. We were leaving for a 6 hour trip with a newborn and two children. A job very few to none would want to take on. He not only targeted the source but he took out the front seat, carpet and trim pieces. The finished product is beyond any expectations we had. The smell is completely gone and smells worlds cleaner and better than before this incident. We feel our children are going back into a very safe environment. We are now on our way to Tennessee for a family vacation. If you have a high end sports car or just a disastrous situation like we did Johnson’s Mobile Detail is where you want to be. Thank you, this meant the world to our family. Well maybe, but there was debris left under the mats that wasn't noticeable until I lifted the one on the driver's side. Bummer! Staff was friendly. You spend more time in the wash cycle, than having any detailing done on the inside.
