I was seeking a service because I recently had knee surgery and I’m struggling with crutches to clean my home, while planning to entertain guests coming up soon. They quoted me promptly and scheduled a time with me. Now due schedules they had to book a different time with me the day before which was fine with me. They showed up, and because I moved my bed downstairs because of my surgery…they tried to say I had an extra bedroom than I had quoted which was untrue. Then they said they didn’t allot enough time for the clean….so due to my surgery my house was not clean and I was embarrassed in front my guests. So basically I was SOL. I tried to reach out several times before my guests arrived and after as well and no response at all was ever given to me.
