Tasha King: I own several investment properties in the Triangle area and my regular cleaner wasn't available so I found Pro Cleaning online and reached out and they made the process so easy. I just went to the website and requested a quote and they emailed back with it and didn't try to up sale me or keep calling me as I was getting quotes from other companies.They not only quoted a great rate but for the service I received I would have honestly paid more, so I tipped the cleaner well as we did our post clean walk through. I was very happy with my experience and will be reaching out to them again when my next tenant moves out. In the mean time I now use them to clean my own home twice a month. I'm very happy with their service and would and will recommend them.I felt guilty for leaving my previous cleaner, but Pro Cleaning offered a better rate with better service, so I had to do what was best for me and my properties.

Scott Riggs: . She said they had no liability, though she didn't deny causing the damage, and told me to "color it in with markers myself if I wanted it fixed." She then took my invoice copy and refused to give it back. Legit mentally unwell. We ended up calling the cops to due to her threatening and unstable behavior. She proceeded to lie to the cops face and claimed "she lost it". Lots of doomsday babble mixed in. She seems unhinged.They made no attempt to correct the situation or stand behind their work, and with such poor quality I am not surprised. I ended up having to pay actual professionals to repair the damage done by Ace, but the rug will never be quite the same. Avoid at all costs. We had our entire office prepped for the work to be done that day. For him to not show up really put us in a bad spot. He offered to come the next day (Saturday) I explained to him that we would not be available to let him in so we needed to come up with another option. He then hangs the phone up. I called him back 3 times and texted him with absolutely no response to this day.We operate a successful service company and understand that things do come up. But a GOOD company makes it right when things go wrong. This company left us in the wind.Called another company that showed up within 2 hours to take care of our job. Don't waste your time with Picazo.
