Sue Johnson: We bought a used sofa and chair whose interior cushions were worn out. We sent them to AFC and got them back today. I’m including the after and before images of the sofa. You can see it now looks almost like new! Three cheers and five stars!

Next day I get a call telling me they can’t make it and to pick another day so I tell I can’t and to cancel. Then the guy tells me how this is all my fault as the site doesn’t guarantee appointments then hangs up on me before I could say anything! This is obviously an unprofessional business and am glad I will never use them and I will go out of my way to always never recommend these people!

Charity Johansson: Excellent experience! When a flooring store in Chapel Hill refused to trim a large area rug for us because it would be too difficult, David said yes. After we scheduled it, it was an almost immediate turn around and very well done. Very professional and positive interaction! Highly recommend.
