Then the lady started failing my nails as hard as she could. Burning all my fingers. While she was saying short nails wouldn’t look pretty and that I had a kind of ditch in my nails so that’s why it hurt me. She also said my nails shape wasn’t going to look pretty and when I asked her to put new ones she said those were new and she was not going to change them. I thought I was going to find help in the manager but she agreed with the other woman and let me go. Saying besides that if I wanted to get nails done I have to wait. To see if I find a place. This is something really bad and disappointing . MY FINGERS ARE ON FIRE!!!ESPAÑOL: ha sido la experiencia más horrible. Tuve una cita con una chica que se enfermó y nunca me avisaron. Se me hizo de muy mal gusto que ella tenía TOS muy frecuente y nunca uso tapabocas mientras me trabajaba. Segundo; pedí que me pusiera color mash mellow en mis uñas y como ella no lo encontró, se sentó y sin preguntarme o consultarme si yo quería otro color empezó a ponerme el color blanco SIN YO ACEPTARLO. ( como negociante ella debe de preguntar al cliente por educación por lo menos. Tercero; cuando me va a cortar las cutículas, saca un alicate de su gavetas SUCIO, al parecer con cutículas de otras clientas. A lo cual yo reaccione de inmediato y le pedí que porfavor lo limpiara o me buscara uno nuevo/ Limpio. Yo personalmente trabajo en departamento de la salud y esto es muy asqueroso ya que puede infectarle o pegarle cualquier enfermedad a una clienta con algún instrumento de uñas sucio. Not Really: I am a new customer , and Diana did my nails , she did them exactly like the picture . I’m from New York so when I moved here I have been tryna find an along that makes me feel at home . And this place definitely did that . When I came in they had the bachata music playing and the vibes were very friendly . The atmosphere is relaxing and serene, creating the perfect environment for self-care. I have found a new salon and will definitely be back. They were nice from the time I walked in until I left.

Magen DeMare: Came here about a week ago for a dip mani and pedicure. While the pedicure was great, I’m rather disappointed in my nails. Only a week in, and the dip is chipping near my cuticles and separating from my nails. My nails are natural, and I’m concerned with how flimsy the dip is. I’ve had natural nail dip on for 4+ weeks at a time which felt much stronger, with no chipping or cracking. Additionally, I booked with Tracy however was passed around a total of 3 technicians throughout the process. I had made it explicitly clear the style and color I wanted, but left with something completely different because the nail technician was insisted on doing things his way. While the style of my nails had grown on me after a few days, the condition they’re in after such a short time is a deal breaker. Hayley Headings: Always double check the prices they give you. I always get the same service and am charged a different amount almost every time. The last time I went I compared the price to their pamphlet after I left and saw they had just over charged me.
Jordan Patterson: Village District Nail Spa was recommended to me by a few friends and I have loved getting my nails done here. Lynn has done such an amazing job with exactly what I have wanted the last several times I have visited and I would recommend her to anyone. I will definitely be making Village District Nail Spa my go to nail salon!
Kristen: I used to go here a lot due to the location. I noticed that whenever I would get an acrylic fill-in, I was charged differently each time. The last two times I came here, I was charged $46 and $53 for a fill-in. I can understand if the nail tech had to replace a broken nail tip, or if I wanted multiple colors/designs, however this was not the case. I kept the same nail shape and asked for one color. I checked the website out of curiosity and noticed that acrylic fills cost around $30. I was overcharged the last few times I came here, and I'm very disappointed to know that I was taken advantage of. If you try this salon, check their website for prices, and don't be afraid to speak up if you feel you're being overcharged! I wish I had spoken up sooner, but moving forward I will no longer support this business.

Nail tech was rude and noticed her demeanor/interaction with another race was completely different. Came in a second time and booked an appointment for two. They ended up overbooking while having me sit and wait for 20min to tell me they would have to get another nail tech which would take another 20min. So I ended up leaving. Communication at this establishment needs some work and you’ve lost a customer for the life of this business. I came in and agreed to fix it for me but I can tell they where insulting me because she spoke in her language and laughed at me. How rude.

Beautiful Kee: I got my nails done on Friday Afternoon, by Monday morning i have one nail my gel polish is just about completely off. I received a Gel overlay on my nails , eyebrows & gel polish on my feet for all of $78. The shape at first i loved, but now that i look back the shape can be a lot better on my nails . A different lady did my feet and did an AMAZING job. No complaints at all. I would only go back for my feet, nothing else. However very clean.

Luego me cortó las uñas sin preguntar y no las cortó rectas, las cortó curvas, me puso esmalte en la piel y no me lo quitó, pero logró no cubrir completamente la uña real. Rachel: Stay away from this nail salon! The technician ruined my nails and broke three of them, so I had to go back the next day to have them glued. The same technician didn’t even glue my nails in the correct spots. The staff was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable while they talked and joked in their language. The technician was extremely forceful with my hands and brushed the dust off of my pants (upper and lower legs). Very inappropriate and zero personal space. On top of it all, my service was not listed on the price board and they definitely overcharged me. Never stepping foot in this salon again.

On the the price list it stated it would be $18 for polish change. My friend got a full pedicure without polish. Her total was $35 and my total was $45. How? I only got a polish change. I would’ve paid $25 but $45...no! The lady told me the pedicure is $65. She told me the charged me to take the gel off and apply the new gel polish. My issue was the price list never specifies if the $18 is for regular polish or gel polish. That’s bad business. Shady! False advertisement! I will never refer anyone to this place. It cost me more for a gel polish change than a full set of nails.

Franchesca Tong: My new favorite nail place! The vibes, the decor, the actual nail “bar” look was amazing. The privacy curtains by the pedicure chairs made it seem like I was in a private room. Staff was super friendly, Kim took on the challenge of my feet which hadn’t seen a salon in almost 6 months! I loved every fun, relaxing moment and the prices?!?! The prices were so reasonable, they are the best in town! Don’t bother going anywhere else! Even the beautiful dogs that lay about are so well behaved and so chill it makes you want to spend the whole day there. Make an appointment though because this place is what nail salons should be like and once people come here they always want to come back! My sister in law is pretty picky but absolutely loved this place! We will be back for sure!

Jennifer Royall: I’ve been to this salon twice now and had a good experience both times. I don’t ask for anything fancy; I prefer simple gel mani. Two people I work with separately recommended this salon after I complained about a poor experience somewhere else. I’m so glad I came! Their prices are posted inside and you can save 3% by paying with cash. I had different technicians on my two visits and had no communication issues whatsoever. Very peaceful atmosphere and music, too.

faith o: it was hard to understand with how heavy the people I spoke with's accents were when I first came in. I asked for a French tip pedicure, they said $22. I sat down, they never ran the water. I didn't get a foot soak, scrub, massage, anything. I wasn't offered any water or wine. She painted my nails with some low quality looking polish. Only the tips were painted and the rest was left raw, which looks horrible to see the bed of the nail. Most other places will do a nude/pink color base. At the end I was charged $25 instead of $22, which would be fine but I wish I never paid anything for this. It's been only 5 hours and it's already chipped without me doing anything rough to it.

My fingers were nipped quite a few times by the nail file/drill, the paint was brought up onto my cuticles, and there was a small hair embedded into the paint on my nail. I didn't notice until later and there can be a language barrier at times (which is no ones fault). Some honest mistakes but I still feel that my nails were not really checked to make sure they looked the best they could. However, I will say that the employees at Pretty Nails are very kind and I generally feel they try to do a good job and it is why I gave higher stars.

Eiman Newcomer: but I don’t want anyone else to waste their time or money at this place. I went in for dip powder on my natural nails and asked for tips on 2 of my nails that had broken. The woman told me they looked fine and proceeded not to put tips on. She also nicked my skin several times with the electric nail drill and didn’t seem to understand how that was painful. She would laugh every time I would pull my hand back. There was also a communication barrier as she could not say the price I owed at the end and instead had to write it down. Three of my nails broke within two days of getting them done and the dip powder is cracking off the other nails.
