OfficialCrescent: Absolutely terrible experience. The most rude staff with no compassion. They close the pool (that servers 1,000+ residents) for a group of people who don’t even live here. They don’t pay the pool, we the residents pay it, and they get payed to close the pool so they can earn more.
Lora Greco: Would not allow us access to our community pool on Mother’s Day. Would give them zero stars if that was an option.

The summer is so much more fun when you get to work at the pool with amazing members and a great company to help you learn and gain work experience and skills. They work extremely hard year round to ensure all operations run smoothly and safely during the summer as well as the less busy seasons. AMG prioritizes safety, cleanliness, continuous improvement, and more. I can’t imagine a better working environment!
Hannah Spainhour: I worked for AMG for three seasons as a lifeguard at Greenway Club and pool attendant at Bedford and had so much fun! I only stopped because I went to study abroad over the summer but would definitely recommend to anyone for a fun summer job! My managers were always kind and helpful and the schedule was super flexible. The pools I worked at always were cleaner than my neighborhood pool, so I can definitely spot AMG pools now. Overall, I had a great working experience with AMG! :)
Laura Swanson: Last year our neighborhood pool had to close for the majority of the season due to a lightning strike. AMG was our pool management company. Despite our contract stating refund terms and the VP agreeing to it when signing, AMG did not honor the contract and majorly screwed over our pool in the refund we should have gotten by several thousand dollars(they gave us a small refund but not the entire amount due). I would not recommend using them for pool management.
Jen Jank: Best management group out there! They have been an excellent management group to work with. I would have to rate this a 5-star-review company for many reasons.#1. They are good with keeping their promises, ensuring a wonderful neighborhood pool that is clean, in great conditions, wonderful lifeguards. The lifeguards are amazing (especially at Bedford and Greenway Club). They are professional and nice! Never once had a problem with making sure they were keeping everyone safe.However, one con I do have. When I was a lifeguard many years ago, we were able to have bikini swimsuits for lifeguarding so we wouldn’t get a weird tan line. I've found out that AMG does not have bikini swimsuits for female lifeguard, just one pieces. I do understand that they are trying to be modest, but it is no different than having a male lifeguard with their shirt off.I would LOVE to see AMG introduce two-piece swimsuits this summer season for their female lifeguards. I know how it is to have a weird tan line, especially in the summer time. I have spoken to other members at Bedford and Greenway Club about this and they all agree.

Horrible customer services after not getting our phone calls answered for about a month, we finally got an answer and took them another month to come out and open our pool after they would say they were coming and never come. Finally came and did half the job and then left, and came back another week later to finish and still did not finish left dirt all over the bottom. It doesn't end there, after paying them to do the opening and being told we could swim Saturday, checked our chemicals and they were still off and had to go pay another company $80 for chemicals that they already were suppose to have done for us. Then they charge is $800, for a job that was not even completed. Please stay away from this company!!

Amanda Durant: Independent living is great and my father had a beautiful apartment there in South Village- great maintenance staff, wonderful dining area and staff, beautiful facilities and lovely residents. But if your parent has dementia, which he had early stages of that were clear from a cognitive test they administered to him, a test which my sister and I did not see until after he moved in to Independent Living, please educate yourself about what the long term will look like for them and ask to take a tour of the health center. He had some really nice years in South Village, which we all enjoyed, but it was very harsh and confusing for him when they no longer allowed him to live in his apartment and he was suddenly in a shared room at the health center during lockdown. Also read Being Mortal by Atul Gawande.
Cheech Esposito: My mother was in the health center for a week before she passed. The nurses are all very caring and polite. However, the assistants are not so. Actually saw one throw her arms in the air and say Lord help us! when she was sent to retrieve a lift for my mother to use the toilet in her room. The staff at the front desk needs a few classes in how to talk to visitors. One told me that I needed to tell her I'd already signed in (I just had) because "this is second shift...this ain't first shift". Seriously? People coming to SHC are in a bad state usually visiting a sick or dying loved one and this is how they are greeted? Another one was worse but it'd take too long to address here.

Jason Brown: We just had our pool replastered including new pool tile by Aqua Operators. We could not be happier. Tim made sure everything was done right and working properly. Tim was very responsive and communicated with us throughout the process. We have used a couple of different pool companies in the past and never been happy. We are glad to find a company that does great work and stands behind their work.
Charles Sanders: Nothing is too hard for them and the work is not done until it is DONE 100%! If you ever have to call about an issue they immediately resolve it to your satisfaction! Management does not hide from their clients, instead they are proactive at resolving an issue even to the point of coming to your house, if necessary. I HIGHLY recommend this company for all of your pool needs.
Martin Pena: Aqua Operators has been servicing our pool for the past 2 seasons and I highly recommend their services. We are a community of over 260 homes and we have 2 large pools (one for wading and the other Olympic size pool). The employees of Aqua have exhibited a high degree of professionalism and respond to our requests for additional services in a timely manner. Water quality is always crystal clear, and Aqua has made numerous recommendations to our HOA Board that has saved us money with no compromise in services. Cost is always a consideration when selecting a pool management company and their costs for services has been "more than competitive" with other pool management companies that we have used in the past.
