Not sure what the music is in the lobby; but it was not very pleasant. In error, I place my order without adding my free medium fry through the mobile app. They were unable to cancel my order and supply me with a medium fry. I spent so much time and money there on my lunch breaks until the management knew me. Again I know the error was my fault but the only way they were able to accomplish and get to where they are now is by the money that was spent from their customers. I would think they would have better customer service and recognize when to bend the rules. I've been there numerous times and seen management give free drinks and free fries for lesser reasons. For those who gave me great service, I would like to thank you. As for the rest; an eye-opener.

We went there after a tour on NCSU the service was horrible and the staff especially the manager was rude. .our order was for eat in with a table number 37. They put our food in the to go section. The order was wrong. My son waited to get tea and so did my husband.

Aaron George: The store is open but the app is closed. This store is notorious for being the exception to the rule. What rule? Service. If you can't provide full service then just close your doors and windows. Plenty of other exceptions for service in previous visits but that would be a novel.
