Collin Duffy: Not sure about the sales side of the house but I am speaking on the service side. I brought my bike in early December 2022 to get work done, specifically the carburetor, ended up getting the forks rebuilt. I received the bike back in early January, 3-4 weeks from when I dropped it off bc they had one service tech working on my bike and he was on leave. I received the bike with the forks barely bolted and a few of the bolts missing. When I mentioned it to the service department they came and picked it up to right the wrongs. They had the bike for 3ish weeks and they dropped it off at my house only to have the same previous issues I was having with my bike. So 6-7 weeks with my bike and $1,000 plus and it still doesn’t run properly.

Tobacco Road H-D has a 24-hour test drive program that I was able to take advantage of, to make sure my wife was comfortable with the trike, before purchasing. Great experience - would def. go back again, and would very much recommend.
