An'gelique Spencer: We moved from Durham and absolutely love Kekes in Durham. We tried a new location this past Saturday before leaving for a long road trip to Florida. We purchased 3 tires and by the time we got home, one of the new ones replaced was already reading a really low tire pressure. We reinflated it after not spotting any nails or cuts and began traveling. We were stranded for hrs while we were traveling because all mechanic shops were closed and our brand new tire was yet again low. We had to stop every hr to make sure we had enough air. Eventually we had to stop and get a hotel in Savannah GA because it was going on 2a with small kids. We finally got a mobile repair company out to the hotel only to find out that the tire valve and stem on the tire replaced was broken and that it what was causing the leak. Yet another cost we had to incur. Overall they gave us great tires but the extremely quick workers and mishap of theirs cost us more money and missing our resort check in time slot.

Stlucianews Mbc: I don't take lying lightly. I had a rental from Hutz car rental that needed a patch. When I got to the car rental the ask me to take it to this tire shop to get it repaired. I told the young man that I was paying for the repair, but he insisted he had to go through the fleet service. I kept telling I am not here for the car rental. I'm here for my own and I will pay from my pocket. He kept telling me he has to go through the car company which he knew was not true. He wanted to change the car company 150$ which the car company would take off my credit card. I left and went back to the car company who called the tire and told them that what the young man was trying to do was wrong. The tire service then lied and said they never told me that. Tire discount will try their best to up sale you. Be careful. 60 minutes had a show about up sale.

Rachel Powell: This is specific to the six forks road location. Tyler is the reason why, instead of replacing all of my tires and buying a wheel, I took the one replacement tire (for a flat, so no choice) and left. John was awesome when I first arrived and Jason was very respectful when I decided to leave and not replace the other tires. Tyler needs a manners class, and a semester long course on how to talk to customers. I'm hoping this isn't a gender thing, because he seemed completely fine with all the men in the store. Do better.

Ryan Magoon: My new wheel got dropped and bent and I was promised a new one. That was 2 months ago. I called a month after and was told they were checking on it and would call right back. It’s been 3 weeks since then. The incompetence and lack of professionalism by the manager has been astonishing and embarrassing. This is in addition to my tires being misinflated, all 4 wheels recieving minor damage, and my car being taken in 20 mins after it was quoted to be finished, on top of having to come back multiple times, and I still don’t have my 500$ wheel replaced so my car shakes violently at highway speeds. Go anywhere but here
