Amy Lieberman: If you're looking for a Doctor with little compassion or sympathy, she's your gal. I received a cursory exam and was about to get a referral for PT when I said no, I would never go to PT without knowing what is wrong. Had an MRI and good thing I said no. I'll be going to Duke Neurosurgery from now on.
Amy Barroll: I have had only positive experiences with this doctor. She genuinely seems to want to help my migraines and is knowledgeable and smart.
Veronica Lukasiewicz: Unempathetic physician.
S: The environment was large. Many people taking numbers so to speak. Multiple people waiting to talk to you at stations, once your name is called, like a hospital admin area, not real warm and welcoming. Felt like a cattle call and a more corporate event than medical office. Including their own pharmacy. Nice business they have there, but, not for me. The doctor was clinical, not much interaction, more writing than talking, a bit disappointing and not what I had hoped for when going to a specialist. I hoped for listening skills, interaction, questions, and a game plan. Left there with an option for one test and no plan. I am being kind. I did not feel I could trust her with that much responsibility for my health.
Marisol Zayas: Hate to do this but doctor was not able to help me, no diagnose and no reference to get answers for a diagnoses and rude !

Deji “ ”: We had an excellent experience with Dr. Naslund and her staff. Dr. Naslund was personable, objective, attentive, and extremely thorough.
Alicia Lewis: HATE TO EVEN GIVE HER A ONE STAR OR HER STAFF. Not good bedside manners. Gave my husband a prescription for oxygen for him to fill himself. This was on Wednesday March 30 2016 and it's April the 8 and it's still not filled right. I tried the following day Thursday called a few places and they all told me the Dr office nurse was supposed to set it all up NOT the patient. Took forever to get an appointment we had to settle for a cancelation with Dr Naslund only for it to be a waste of time and a lot of aggravation. Staff could care less about your concerns. She told him there was nothing she could do for his cluster headaches. We called a neurologists with a private practice called April 6 and had an appointment April 7 and she did look up at my husband and didn't have her nose stuck to her computer like Dr Naslund did. Well this new Dr's goal is to prevent the cluster headaches from coming back. She put him on some meds and in just less then 24hrs they are already getting better. Raliegh neurology is a big practice where you are ONLYa number and really to busy to really care for their patients the $$$$ is all they want. The new DR even called to check up on him not her nurse but herself THAT'S a caring Dr. I feel more pleasure giving this new Dr our money. Good luck if you go to this Dr.

James Caldwell: Helpful, professional, quick. Got me in right on time, actually saw the doctor a couple of minutes before my appointment time. He took a lot of time to explain what was going on to me, made sure I didn't have any more questions, great experience. All of the staff were very professional and prompt from the greeting to leaving. Great experience so far. Thank you!
Big Fish: By far the best Dr in this part of the country. Caring respectful, honesty and about the best in his feild. Works with the patients and shows his compassion throughout your visit. Doesn't waste your time, gets to the point and educates you on it. Don't know what this state would do without Dr Freedman.
Katherine Gomez: They get you in quickly just to take your money. they do not help what so ever. i called back a day after the appointment to inform them that the medication wasnt working and they assumed that i was overusing it even though the prescribed amount was on the bottle. they wrote on my chart that i was calling them everyday with useless information the nurse that answered the phone: jennifer was completely uselss and a complete B_____. Do not come here.
Pamela King: To be such a company, one would think you would do your research..a Patient that has had the Roux-en-Y gastric bypass can not absorb time release medication..I repeatedly informed you of my surgery and yet you put me on time release..without any asking any questions ..You released me.. and in documentation said you would would take care of emergency situations up to 30 days after being released..with going to the emergency room with a leg 3× its normal side with swelling because it was trapped in a small space ,I call as told by the emergency room doctor only to find out you released me and even though you stated you will no take care of emergency situations up to 30 days, you dont..I advise anyone looking for neurology/pain management, not come to this place..they walk in for 5 mins to a appointment and walk out..you try to ask questions and get information, they act like it a big Imposition on them and are really bothered you are even asking any questions on you own health..they dont really care what is going on with you..been fighting back pain for over 25 years and have paperwork to prove it, but that Irrelevant to them..AND our older generation is not in touch with computers and dont know how to work them..I sat there and watch a Receptionist in the pain clinic get very rude with a woman that had to be about 84 and had no clue on how to work the check in computers..The only thing that matters is the bottom line..You can say I am Disgruntled all you want to because I was released, but what it boils down to..we can give you are completely history but you will never read it...and when you release a patient how about sending the lab work with it..because I dont believe it..Never go by the first impression of a place over time the mask does fall off. All about the money..My name is Pamela klein..

Patricia Ryan: I miss Dr. S. Glenn. The only reason I had to leave was because the drive up was too much for me.
jihan issa: I would not recommend a doctor who takes three full weeks to respond to an urgent medical request. According to their website, a 48-hour wait time is expected not 508-hour. In addition, she requested that I rule out other specialties before returning. The experience was very disappointing.
Larry Dickerman: She listens and works with you to establish a care plan.
Flowergirl Brown: Dr. Glenn is a very good dr she is a dr because she wants to help and she will help you. I have been a patient of hers since 99. I wouldn't be where I am today without her help.
Joyce Palmieri: Dr Susan Glenn is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend her because she is caring & compassionate. We have never felt like we were just another patient. She truly cares about her patients.
