Nary Khoeum: The two women here are absolute angels. I’ve gone to a few different locations in Raleigh where the workers are rude but I’m sticking to this location because of the workers. They are so sweet, professional, helpful and patient. They try their best to be fast yet efficient with each customer.

T Scarboro: Lack of customer service. I arrived with a package and the electronic barcode for the Post Office to print and affix the shipping label to the box that contained an item previously purchased that I was returning. I did not have tape when packing the item but I knew from prior experiences at other USPS locations tape is available and the staff will use on items being shipped by customers. Not this location! The clerk stated I needed to purchase a roll of packing tape instead of simply using the packing tape that was literally next to her on the counter. Better service needs to be offered to customers. This was the first and last time I will visit this USPS location.
Richard: I filled out the mail transfer form and it worked a couple of times. Then it stopped working.then I received information that my mailbox at 437 Rosehaven Dr had quite a bit of mail in it and 2 packages. Neighbors took it to the post office and they said they would hold it. One was a prescription. Someone didn’t implement the transfer. I would sure like to get the mail being held. So if you at the post office get this please send me my packages and mail. To 178-2 Amberwood Lane Jefferson NC 28640.
Mike WAtkins: James, the postman filling in is the rudest postman I have ever met. I have been going to this post office for several weeks now and have been charged a certain rate for my packages by the nice ladies who work there. James who was filling in tried to charge me a different rate and when I try to explain it to him he would not hear me. I asked for one of the ladies who work there and he refused to go get her. He lacked any sort of politeness and was very unhelpful.

Glenn Banks: I used to get very good service at this office and I’ve had a PO Box here for several years. Now I get a lecture every time I come in without a mask. Tried to explain that I have a medical exemption to the governor’s illegal mandate. She didn’t want to hear it. She kept repeating “next time you have to have a mask.” She didn’t want to give me my package which, I believe, is a federal offense. So is refusal of service under ADA. Failure to wear a mask isn’t even a state or local offense.

MJ Dancefanatic: Looked up where area code 27604 my location/address is receiving mail. Internet said this postal service. The mailbox doors are being left open on a regular bases. Mail is found on the ground. Receiving neighbors mail on regular bases. Makes me wonder if my mail is being put in other peoples boxes. We have door locks in our mailboxes. Other neighbors have talked to each other about this issue. They say the mailman is being lazy and careless. Please check into the issue.
Mansoor: Nice little post office that I found in this area of the woods in raleigh. Was suprised its still open with all the cut backs post office going thru. Any way easy in and out. A little line with only one worker doing everything and the other @ lunch. But overall its the post office no real point of complaining any ways. Oh ya closes @ 430 monday to friday and closed on weekends.

JESSICA BELINDA GARCIA: Horrible service! As a business professional never have I seen such a nasty attitude from an agency who is part of the federal government be so rude! Michelle who works at the front counter at the location off capital Blvd at the PLANTATION shopping center in continuously cut me off as I was explaining my current situation as a Domestic violence victim and that the court of NC in wake county decided not to disclose my address to further prevent serious issues to continue in the future. She didnt even care to offer help at all nor to tell me to call customer service for my kind of situation. The way she treats others is as if they are ignorant in their entirety! I called the toll free number myself and spoke with management so they could help me and they gave me a solution and told me to go right back with court ordered documents and my passport and 1093 form which i did. Upon arrival, I told Michelle I was back with the documents that I was told to present as per a manager and she cut me off again and told me " I have already been thru this many times its not gonna work, I told u we need a physical address , nope nope its just not gonna work, I dont care what customer service said.. but you can wait for my supervisor to come in a few minutes" so i said thank u and walked out!They dont care about their customers !!! They r there to do a "job" and get out!

They are liars and they TRY to be nice but it's fake. The lady went on and on about why my package was not in the locker so I could pick it up. She had my package in the back, I wonder if she would have given me my package if I did not come to the counter? No, she would not, and she knew who I was and even the lady next to her knew who I was. Oh, when she gave me my package, she throws it down. They need to go into this post office and fired these women. I wish I would have read the reviews before I came to this post office.
Fran Brown: Absolutely nothing helpful about the woman with the braids! She is attitude filled and not polite. It is interesting the man prior to me asked if she was a Christian, and she said yes. A true Christian. Well 🙂 if that is how you represent, several has it correct or do they? She had no sponge water for my envole and proceeded to offer me a unprofessional tiny sticker instead. She also had no date stamp. There really was nothing pleasant about my experience here. Heading to a better post office for some more service!

I went to deliver a letter and asked if I could certify it, then one of the ladies ( the tall obese lady) that work there tore it from my hands and started to scream at me some questions, she was so rude at me for no reason. Christopher Acree: This is literally the worst USPS I have ever used. Constantly either losing my packages, putting them in the wrong mailbox, or simply not arriving at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid to USPS. This is beyond ridiculous this makes three within three weeks.

The girl was rude and skipme for line and asked lady who came after me to go on front on me, maybe this postoffice can find professional people? Ok,23 rd of July my packages arrived to Florida , Miami! They promised 1 week to Europe, now it is still Miami! Avoid this office, please!
Joyce C: I visited this location to send back some items I purchased online. I wasn’t exactly sure which packaging to use and I had difficulty with taping my return label (I brought my own tape gun and it kept getting jammed). Mr. James was extremely patient and helpful. He assisted me with my package and offered to tape it up for me. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I didn’t have any issues during my visit. Also, there was another lady working the front counter alongside Mr. James (didn’t get a chance to get her name) but overhearing her talk to customers and she was really polite and professional as well.

North Carolina Horticulturist: For spending an hour driving around to find a DHL drop off location, I made my way to Custom postal for the first time. Ludwig was incredibly helpful. He was able to not only help me with the DHL package, but he also helped me with a FedEx and UPS package. He was very friendly and gave excellent service.

Brooke Wessex: I’ve been going to Custom Postal for a while and they’ve airways been friendly and great to work with. Yesterday I was returning pillows & the postage was going to exceed the cost of the pillows. They spent over 45 minutes replacing the pillows in separate smaller boxes until finally the postage was less than the cost of the return. While I was there, a gentleman came in with wrapping paper. He was proposing that night and bought boxes for his gifts. Because he didn’t know how to wrap the gifts, Kelly wrapped them for him. And because he was getting engaged, they didn’t charge him for the box. Those two examples are emblematic of their community spirit. Glad to know them and support their local business. Highly recommend!

Molly Adamek: I went here to ship a package internationally because they were listed through DHL and it is local - due to rates they suggested USPS instead. Sure that works, but I wrote down the address and told them the return address and somehow they put in an old address I haven’t lived at for nearly a decade and they put the destination address in wrong. I didn’t realize this because there was no screen to double check like they do at UPS and FedEx locations. So basically the international stuff wasn’t done right (they didn’t have me fill out customs forms) and the package got returned to an address I don’t live at anymore. I tried calling them in case they received it anyway, I had to call the post office and go and they searched but this package is missing. So now I’m out a lot of money and had to rebuy the item and ship it through somewhere else. I really recommend going somewhere where they will let you double check the shipping addresses on the screen or show you the label first before putting it on. This has been a stressful experience and they weren’t mean people so I won’t put one star but I don’t recommend this local place over chains due to this experience.

Tom DiGregorio: I have been a customer and PO box renter since they opened for business.When I go in there I always feel like I am with friends. A great friendly and professional staff. Three years ago myself and 7 other went to Scotland for a golf trip. Kelly more than graciously let us drop off our clubs at Custom Postal so the shipper could pick them up at one location and ship them to Scotland. He did this at no charge to us just as a friendly gesture!
karen George: I've been a regular customer of Custom Postal for 15 years. I use their po box service, buy stamps, cards and fun little gift items you don't find in other stores, as well as send and receive packages there. I know the price of stamps/shipping is a little higher there, but its soooo much more convenient than driving out of my way to the post office to stand in a exceedingly long line. Well worth the savings on my time and gas!The people that work there have been there for years and some decades.They are wonderful and are an extension of my team as I own a small business. Always friendly, courteous, very helpful and knowledgeable.A great asset to our community! I highly recommend them!
Jonathan Denton: I went to this store for convenience but now if given the choice, I would go out of my way and wait in a long line at the PO before I go back.1) I expected prices to be higher, but $15 for an $8 flat rate envelope is ridiculous.2) The main reason I'm writing this review is because Kelly (I heard him give his name to someone) was about as rude a store owner/employee? that I have encountered, and he didn't even wait on me. He was very rude to the Amazon driver who came into his store and then he carried that on to the next customer he helped...because he wasn't wearing a mask. This isn't the platform for that debate, but there are appropriate ways to address people and he failed miserably.
vinyrg1: this store located in my neighborhood and would be very convenient for me to mail ups or usps packages except for one thing... Your pre-shipped labels are never scanned and mailing receipts are not available for customers. i lost two packages this way because i had no prove of mailing package . I much rather drive to Strickland UPS store or Creedmoor rd UPS store to get great professional service with printed receipt

Private Info: . On occasion, there have been some different drivers; most of which were able to deliver the mail without incident. There is a new guy on the route who is beyond clueless. He is easy to spot, as he never follows the route. He makes numerous passes and U- turns, which none of the other drivers have ever done. I filed a complaint after not receiving numerous pieces of mail. I received a rambling, nonsensical VM from a manager at this location, stating the information in the USPS Informed Delivery emails is usually not accurate (despite me always receiving the mail/packages listed on then day I received the notification, before this new guy

Nicole Lineberry-Childs: My packages always say "delivered" and rarely do they arrive. I have a locked mailbox. On the occasion that my parcel is delivered the carrier puts it in a parcel locker but doesn't leave a key. This week it was my medications that were "delivered " but never arrived. I have anxiety anytime I order anything that is shipped through USPS. It's a gamble of my money, time and effort. I never have this issue with UPS or FEDEX.

Christopher Harris: No wonder this is one of the worst rated post office around. Walked in at 4:31 on tax deadline day, still had doors unlocked and doors open, and a few people in line. Went to get in line with the rest of the people and was told "Were closed" Even when I asked if I could just buy stamps I was told "were closed" These sorry workers don't want to do ANYTHING that's they're not "supposed" to and can't even do what they're supposed to do right. No wonder the USPS is dying, one trip into a post office and it's very clear why.
Ely Cervantes: While other reviews have mentioned issues with packages, my review is for the staff that works at the front desk. They are consistently rude and condescending to the people who visit the post office. Today I saw one of them screaming an an older man for walking into the room when there were other people there (keeping safe distancing), I presume he did not hear the first time and one of the ladies proceeded to scream at him adding “did you not hear what I just said”?They also lack costumer service- couldn’t borrow a pen, which I guess could be justified because of COVID, but there are ways of saying things without sounding like you dread being at work. Lastly, someone else showed up with an open package and asked for tape- they couldn’t provide it, and instead of letting her know she could purchase tape there at the post office, they just said with a dry tone “well you’re gonna have to figure that out, meanwhile please move”, so they could assist other clients. Again, delivery.I don’t usually write negative reviews (check my profile) but I have had no less than 4 horrible interactions at this office. unfortunately from now on I will rather drive a little farther to visit a different office than witness staff be discourteous towards other clients, or myself.
Luis Guzman: My Expected delivery date was Friday, December 3, 2021 and by 4pm that same afternoon Friday, December 3, 2021 (the same day) my package was already being returned to sender because according to USPS, my apartment number was not included in my address. I consider this unacceptable and very poor service! Package could have been held and local USPS could have requested more info. and or allow for me to contact or request a redelivery however I was unable since package was IMMEDIATELY processed on the SAME DAY it was expected to be delivered to be sent back!! No excuse...just VERY POOR service AS ALWAYS from the Brentwood Postal Office - 2777 Brentwood Rd, Raleigh NC 27604. PS- I was given a call from some lady in the Brentwood Postal Office that afternoon after I called USPS and a case number was created. When I simply complained to her and was expressing my frustration, she cut me off and said she is not there to baby sit packages...I said that was poor service and she hung up on me. I'm already upset about my package and instead of apologizing and or trying to use good customer service skills to diffuse the matter, she says what she say's and hangs up on me! Someone else and more professional should have called me if she lacked the customer service skills. You only have to look at the Google reviews for that Postal Office address if you don't believe me. To make matters worse, I have to waste MY TIME leaving this feedback. And....I still don't have my package.

El propietario establece las normas.
