While you can find frozen ravioli and pastas from Brooklyn, canned tomatoes, breadsticks, sausages, cheeses, pre-made pastas for dinner, homemade gravy…a lot right!! It’s not just a grocery store!It has a full fledged deli counter with sandwiches, cold salads (Octopus!?), desserts and more!! While you will spend $18-20 per person for a lunch (meal, side, drink), it will be well worth the trip!

The number 4 is my favorite from their menu and recommend it if you like spicy. My husband and I ordered sausage and meatballs for Christmas from their catering menu. The meatballs were moist and the sausage was tender. Chefs kiss! Would order this again as a special couple nights of dinner so we don’t have to cook. Great staff as well. We love this spot!

joeg816: I have only been here a few times but if you are looking for great Italian cold cuts, cut by professionals, this is your place.Everything is sliced razor thin, handled with reverence and properly separated with wax paper. This is very rare for this area. You definitely can't find it at any supermarket.Their cold cut prices are quite reasonable and dare I say, seem a bit cheaper than NY/NJ somehow.Their fresh bread is also outstanding.The also have some good looking cakes, cookies, sausages, Italian sodas and Pastosa ravioli (which seems kind of expensive).Very friendly people in a European themed shopping center. Their hours are kind of limited so check before you go!

DJ Thesis: I love Publix and am always happy when I get my food, but this store in particular has a hard time with getting online ordered subs out at the time they tell you they will. 5 minutes is not a huge deal but 15 minutes after the time is a bit ridiculous and I've had that happen multiple times.
Dave: Staff is super. Prices are generally very high, but if you know what to buy here and what's on sale, you can do alright. When on sale, cereal and cereal bars can be very competitive.

Mansoor: First time visiting. Located right before 540 on Leesville Road. The parking lot is small I will say. The store is clean and nicely stocked. It is what Harris Teeter used to be before being bought by Kroger. They also have self checkout option besides the traditional checkout option. They have some store program compared to the other grocery stores as well. Would visit again.

Katie Foxx: Cute little bakery with lots of outdoor seating. Nice place to grab a little snack and meet with a friend. The croissant was flaky and buttery. The cinnamon roll however was lacking a little bit. It was very nice and fluffy, but needed more filling. Was more of a sweet bread with icing then a cinnamon roll. Nothing too special about the coffee or chia tea latte. Just your average run of the mill type of drinks. However, I would like to go back and try their other breads. They had baguettes on the wall that looked delicious.
Jackie Tingen: Two words.. Brownie bites. I think those things are my favorite part about Yellow Dog. Don't get me wrong, I've never had anything here that wasn't short of amazing, but I don't know what they put in their brownies, they are one of the best things I've ever eaten. Being that it's right next door to my favorite ice cream place (Two Roosters) makes it so convenient to pop in and pick up fresh bread and other goodies for the week. I also love that they deliver to my local farm stand in Benson (Smith's Nursery) so that I don't have to go all the way to Raleigh all the time. Do yourself a favor and stop in sometime. You won't regret it!

Too much to eat in one setting for me.If my father-in-law hadn't brought me here, I probably would have never given it a shot - you could drive by it and not see it among the other businesses in that small plaza.Indoor seating is limited, and noisy, but there are plenty of tables outdoors.

They especially like their dairy and cheese items which --although they are essentially comparable with dairy products at Food Lion and Harris Teeter-- they price dairy items $1-$2 higher at Whole Foods, presumably so they can keep these items for THEMSELVES!Priced for Hot and Cold Buffet items (entrées, sides, soups, and salads) are as high as if you went to a restaurant. Most of these items are fresh and tasty, but the last time I went, everything was much SALTIER than usual. Pick carefully because some items get dry and stringy under the heat lamps.Nice indoor and outdoor cafe areas.* Make sure you have the Amazon Prime app on your phone, so you can get your Prime discount at the register on selected items, because just putting in your phone number or your member ID number at the register doesn't seem to work like it used to.

One of my favorite things was getting the only vegan sandwich at the sandwich station. They curtailed the hours to when I'm never there citing lack of staff... maybe pay people more? Then I finally am at the store during those select hours but now they make you fill out a custom form even if you just want different bread. And on top of that they just don't have the bread (regular sandwich bread) Anymore. Just shut the stand down if it's that much of a hassle. Clearly the employees hate it and management thinks it needed to be tweaked.Other than that as one of the only major chains that carry new or consistent vegan items they always seem to be out of everything I buy. I guess this just isn't the store for me anymore.

Llegué aproximadamente una hora antes de programar mi recogida. El pastel estaba listo pero el pollo no. Pregunté si se podía hacer, pero el asociado me dijo que se estaban quedando atrás. La dulce señora que en realidad estaba cocinando salió y me dijo que dejaría el pollo y lo tendría listo. También había un gerente caminando para asegurarse de que todos fueran ayudados. No obtuve ningún nombre, pero recogí el 1 de julio alrededor de las 3:30. Gracias a todos los que ayudaron. ¡el pastel y el pollo estaban buenísimos!
