Jess: Horario está muy mal. Supuestamente dicen que sieran a las 9:30pm y llegamos 15 minutos antes y no hay nadie. Todo está cerrado. Este panadería era muy buena pero ultimada mente perdió su toque.The hours at this business is wrong. The closing time for this business says 9:30pm and we arrived 15 before and no one was there. Sign was shut off, lights off. This bakery used to be splendid, it was my go to. But lately it has lost its touch.

h: I have always been pleased with coming here until the last recent visit. My family and I were buying some of their great breads and we stumbled upon some cockroaches crawly freely on top of the breads. Never again will I come here, I’m truly disgusted with this experience. Once I told the cashier about this problem, she looked at my family and I and simply said “oh,” then later laughed when asked for a discount at least. Again, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Samantha Hernandez: Really bad service! I have ordered cake from here several times and it always disappoints. I ordered a cake expecting to pay the price they told me over the phone. I go in to pick up a cake that is bigger and more expensive when I had told them what I wanted. They try to charge me the price of the cake they made when I wanted something completely different. Just recently i ordered a big $90 cake in person to make sure they didn’t mess anything up. I go in to pick up the cake and I come to find out that they made two small round cakes. They continue to argue with me even though it’s not what I ordered. They expected me to pay that much money on something I didn’t ask for. I demanded a refund or money in return. They gave me $20 back and I kept both cakes. I still don’t think it’s right because it wasn’t my mistake.

irene escamilla: Sólo antes puse una estrella porque no se puede poner 0 estrellas. Para empezar la cajera, Nancy, atiende con una actitud horrible y eso lo notamos desde que uno iba entrando. Ella es demasiado lenta y se le nota que no le gusta hacer su trabajo. Cuando fui adelante para pagar, le dimos efectivo la primera ves y mi amiga estaba preguntándole algo cuando Nancy la estaba apurando a que tomara su cambio, con actitud HORRIBLE. Y nunca le contesto la pregunta a mi amiga. Después de esta experiencia hablé con el manager, Jonathan, sobre esto, y igual tenía un actitud horrible. El nunca pidió disculpas por el actitud de su empleada. Sin embargo el nos hablaba como si fuéramos tontas por llamar y decir algo de SU EMPLEADA. Cuando le dije que la cajera es la cara de su negocio, el básicamente me callo y me dijo que no eso no era cierto. El actitud de los empleados tiene mucho que ver con su compañía! Por esta experiencia yo no vuelo a regresar a esta panadería. Y voy a recomendar a mi gente que no vayan también. Desafortunadamente……………HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

janet argueta carranza: Siempre tengo una buena experiencia aquí, excepto hoy, la señora mayor que recibió mis tortillas tocó un teléfono por el que estaba hablando y procedió a agarrar mis tortillas con los mismos guantes con los que tocó el teléfono y cuando le dije si podía cambiarse los guantes y agárrame tortillas diferentes, se enojó mucho y consiguió tortillas nuevas con los mismos guantes y fue muy grosera al respecto. ¿Qué tal ser higiénico y no tocar los alimentos con guantes contaminados?

Marlen Alejo: Este establecimiento tiempo atrás era bueno, fui a comprar pan el día 06/07/23 miércoles. Yo vivo retirada y anda locamente serca y pace "La Espiga".El pan y todo estaba duro si sabor y sabía ya rancio me compre también unos panes rellenos de queso y jalapeños de adentro estaban enlamados tenia mold. En punto es que tire todo pague $40 para la basura. De mi parte no vuelvo a este establecimiento por que aquí ya no cuidan la calidad del producto.
Crystal Lefoy: Desafortunadamente, esta panadería es inconsistente. Vienes a veces y el pastel de tres leches es genial... y otras veces es el peor tres leches que hayas probado en tu vida con un pastel viejo/rancio que está blando y se desmorona por estar tanto tiempo en la leche. La panadería ubicada en Renaissance Park es mucho mejor, pero me queda mucho más lejos para conducir ahora.
Carlos Hernández: El pan y las empanadas ya no son lo que eran. Sabor suave, caro por pieza de pan y gestión poco profesional. No recomendaría ir aquí y en su lugar ir a Knightdale o realmente a otro lugar. Todo en la tienda que se supone que es fresco, se prepara uno o dos días antes y luego se hace. No son calientes o tibios al comprar.

Y estoy muy contento de haberlo hecho.El café era bueno, fuerte y muy sabroso, la masa de manzana tenía la cantidad justa de desmenuzable pero también tenía un relleno de manzana muy sabroso, y el rollo de canela y pasas era perfecto: no demasiado dulce, bueno también rico y picante.La distracción perfecta para una mañana en la que el terrible tráfico podría retrasarte una hora y arruinarte el día.

Christine Kress: While beautiful on the outside, incorrect flavor and mediocre tasting (at best) on the inside. The worst part was the customer service, when contacted about her mistake the owner had the audacity to blame us and send us tips on how to be a better consumer.. Even when we assured her we weren’t disputing paying for the cake, she still didn’t even offer an apology for giving us the wrong flavor on a $200 cake. I strongly recommend ordering elsewhere.And your response continues to blame the consumer despite having our original order in writing and confirmed by you. I’ll admit I did not think the invoice had to be checked to ensure you were doing the correct thing because our consult was in writing, and you confirmed the flavors in writing. Rather we just paid the invoice and tipped you to ensure the cake was made on time. I would not have left a negative review if you’d have owned your mistake and simply said I apologize. Your response blaming the customer continues to show your lack of professionalism and custom service.

Arrived at 11am to pickup order, was told the order was not ready because it was scheduled for pickup on 17 Sept. Showed my receipt that clearly shows a 10 Sept pickup. This business caters to special occasions, those can't be postponed because of business failures and people rely on you holding up your end of the agreement. Unacceptable to waste time, gas, and plans of your customers due to poor business operations.
