When I came in I really hadn't done anything with my hair and almost 2 years. Anne Lorichon: I am usually pretty petrified to get my haircut and for that reason waited a whole 2 years before my recent visit to Little Shop of Hairdo’s. This was the best haircut I’ve ever had, by far. Shaina was very straightforward about pricing (which didn’t change come time to swipe my card), checked if I was happy with any adjustments made during the cutting process, and made me excited to do my hair again! Everything was ‘tolerable’ by that I mean; some obvious eye rolls from the stylists were made towards my scared son the first visit and a small cut on his ear was given at another visit as he tended to move a lot when he was younger, but yet the stylist never told me. Kathy Voshell: I was so disappointed in the results of my granddaughters hair cut. I could have done a better job and I have zero experience in cutting hair. Her hair was uneven and looked like a 5 year old had cut her hair. Luckily my granddaughter is only 2 so it does not bother her. Then when I found out how rude they were it mad me mad. There are other places people could go to get a better hair cut with friendly staff.
Erica VonCanon: Awful experience. The woman who did my daughter’s hair barely interacted with her at all which seemed so odd as a salon that works with kids. But worse than the customer service was the actual hair cut. I asked that my daughter’s hair stay as long as possible and just to trim it and make sure her bangs weren’t covering her eyes. Less than 5 minutes later (no blow drying and she cut her hair almost dry), My kid ended up with the worst haircut I’ve seen in a long time.
