Felicia Westenheimer: EDIT: Removing 2 stars because the last time I came here (5/2022) the stylist (light skinned lady with long hair) blow dried my hair to hell & back & then went over it with a straightener way too many times. She also cut off about 3 inches of hair when I asked for a trim. I don’t know if I can come back here again for a blowout, but if I do, I definitely want the other lady that was there (slim darker skinned stylist) to do my hair. I was watching her & she seemed to be very precise & gentle. The prices here have gone up a lot since they moved locations. Like really a lot. If I’m going to pay $75 I’d prefer to at least leave the salon with healthy hair.I’ve been here twice now & I really like it. The prices are reasonable. They’re fast, but they don’t tear through your hair. They offer additional services without being rude or too sales focused. They let me bring my own products if I want & even my own detangling brush. No attitudes & everyone is in a good mood. Very professional. The results speak for themselves, but I think this place is definitely a hidden gem.

Today, I visited my third and my experience lived up to all my expectations plus some. Nimia was wonderful! Her and her team really did an exceptional job and my hair look amazing. The stylist I've loyally gone to for 15yrs will always be my number one! But Nimia is for sure my number two and will become my number one once my main girl moves onto her next exciting career change soon. Because our regular stylist was out of town. They dusty wash her hair, claimed it didn’t need to be washed (I can see the dandruff clearly in her hair) didn’t blow it out, claimed to gave flat ironed it and it looks like they didn’t touch her hair!!! $35.00 for literally nothing. Not a curl in her hair, NOTHING! The young lady at the front says “do you want her to fix it” Yes but unfortunately for us she has her party starting in an hour!! I paid the $35 and it’s a lesson learned NEVER AGAIN! 0 stars do not recommend!

I arrived exactly on time and was asked by a woman as I walked in the door who was braiding a client’s hair if I had an appointment. I said yes at 5:15pm. She said the two other ladies who do hair left like 20 min ago. I said it’s 5:15pm this is my appointment time why would they leave even before the time. She says I only do braids I don’t know anything about it. I said this is very unprofessional. Asked if I could come back tomorrow I explained no this is why I booked appointment for today. She called the owner who said there is an appointment scheduled for 5:15pm for a blow out. That would be me. The lady said the owner is calling the workers so I waited another 15 min only to be told they weren’t coming back so I would need to reschedule. I left work early and drove 30 min for the appointment as I was going out of town and needed it done before I left. I was looking for a salon to go to regularly. The owner did call to apologize and offered to reschedule but the apology did not help me get what I needed or give me back me time and gas money I wasted going there. I would not go there again as it was very unprofessional.

Angel DeMaio: About three weeks prior to 03/20/2021, I booked an appt for cut and color. Although friendly, there was little to no skill. I needed to go to another salon for an emergency fix and I still have a four hour appt scheduled in a few weeks to finish fixing the rest. My hair cut was uneven and blunt cut with no style. The salon that fixed my hair was baffled by the hair cut technique and spent literally 30-45 minutes fixing the cut alone!! I specifically asked for a balayage and got Almost a full color bleach that didn’t seem to be toned and my roots were a few shades light which I was UNAWARE of. Since I spent nearly 20 - 30 minutes in the washing chair, the current salons believes she may have been doing bleach baths without my knowledge. Lastly, I HAD shiny and soft hair but after my experience here my hair was so brittle and dry. I’m lucky I like a short hair style otherwise I would be even more upset. My hair was starting to really get difficult to handle, especially washing it was a struggle trying get all the tangles out. J K: I wanted to share my experience so someone else will not make the same mistake I have. I came to this salon to get my hair done because I was looking for a new hair stylist. It was suggested to me to get my hair trimmed and instead of a trim I got a hair cut. While she was nice, I was not pleased with the overall results. She cut a lot of hair off my head and then it was uneven when I've always had very long and healthy hair. If its anything other than a wash and set, beware. It was so noticeable that even my coworkers said something about how much she cut off. No my hair did not have color and it was not damaged at all. Some hairstylist go way over board. And her prices were too expensive.

Most times, I'll get a haircut and love it in the moment, but find that as soon as the products come out, my hair is back to being a triangle again. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of my cut at this salon -- done by Karen -- which, two weeks later, is still stubbornly curly-bob-shaped (despite my best attempts to mess it up). Best haircut I've ever gotten.I also got a balayage in preparation for some hair coloring, and it is very subtle and natural-looking. I have naturally blonde hair, so it would be subtle regardless, but still. I also got my hair colored, and my request was basically "blue, but I don't want it to become green as it fades." Somehow, that is exactly what they did, and the hair dye is fading to a nice lilac that flows smoothly into the blonde. Simplemente lo evité y me cobró de todos modos por ningún servicio sin previo aviso.Terminé encontrando un salón diferente y pagué $170 por un corte y mechas completas.Bastante decepcionante considerando que era un regalo de cumpleaños y acaba de ser estafado.**** Una semana después, finalmente escuché que me dijeron que dejé un salón sin pagar los servicios que recibí, cuando no recibí ningún tipo de servicio y, de hecho, me cobraron. La forma en que se manejó todo esto es muy decepcionante y ni siquiera se intentó corregirlo.

Kara Snow: He estado aquí varias veces y he trabajado con Abby (aprendiz) y Rhiannon (mentora) y ambas me han sacado del agua. Nunca he recibido más elogios por mi salmonete rizado en mi vida. Las imágenes están a continuación, pero he usado las especialidades de color y cabello rizado de ambos estilistas y no podría estar más satisfecho.
