The young man who helped me was patient and made suggestions that I initially thought I wouldn't like; but I kept coming back to them after smelling others. He wasn't the least bit pushy and genuinely wanted to help find something I would love. Mission accomplished.

Eric Diefel: La Parfumerie is a great business. They really care about their clients. I ordered a bottle of Sospiro Vibrato. It showed up and the bottle was damaged. I could tell it was a factory error from Sospiro. Not the fault of La Parfumerie! I contacted them and Viktoriya was on it! I had problems with my email. Viktoriya called me directly. She rushed me a new bottle immediately . I received it quickly and just love the juice. Couldn't be happier with the customer service

I had my 4 year old with me running around the store and she was as cool as a cucumber and even gave her a sample perfume which made her day. kelly Wiblitzhouser: a gem for seasoned niche perfume lovers AND beginners. Don’t be intimidated if you don’t feel fancy enough to go in. Cole was so welcoming, he really took the time to get to know my taste, and recommend things outside of my comfort zone which I appreciate. Definitely ask for him when you go. They don’t pressure you to buy anything just to make a sale, they truly want you to be happy with what you purchase, and they are happy to make you a small sample to take home to make sure you really love something before buying. Will definitely be returning. Check them out!!

I was in awe when I learned this store was in Raleigh, NC, only a little over an hour's drive from me. It’s also important to know that my skin can get very oily. Just before an after party I would spray my brush with the setting spray and tap my face and it would look as if I just put on my make up! Giselle is half my age, young, stunningly gorgeous and NOT the least bit condescending which was my biggest fear walking into this appt. She openly took all of my comments and ideas into account and another coworker even jumped in excitedly to help us!! I walked out after an amazing hour of girl time with amazing products, tips and tricks, and can’t wait to share pics with her from my big day 💗 If you need advice or a lesson, Giselle is your girl out of any of the RDU area locations.
nic nic: All the workers here are lovely! Haven’t had too many ask an irritating amount oftimes if I need help, or followed around the store. As a shy, quiet black girl that’s important to me. They always have good stock, very organized and clean. Four stars because the hours aren’t the best. Open late, close early. :/
Sonshy9 Womack: This Sephora was different...and U know with change, it's not always positive so excuse my thoughts... no place to sit, makeup is tried on you while u stand in middle of aisle. Too me kind of chaotic because U have to keep moving out of another person's way...lady that was helping us, saw 1 of her friends (A guy) and brushed us off to another person for checkout.
Mema Nena: I went to purchase perfumeI had the worst experience! the sales girl that got the perfume for me was so unprofessional and sarcastic.she even told me how much she hates perfume because the smell of perfume brings the bugs. why is she even working in a Sephora if she hates perfume? she also tried pressuring me to sign up for a credit card there all very unprofessional in that store they all have a bad attitude I would give 0 star if I can.

Annka Duke: Of all of the Sephora in RDU, this is the one to go to!! Was stocked, clean and had incredible service. If you can go see Tori she was incredibly patient with my Auntee and I. Color matched her, gave her options and even encouraged us to look at the foundation in diff light. She’s extremely professional and knows/understands makeup and application and is super friendly.

Samantha Jones: The staff here are extremely rude! Including the manager! They always ask if you need help, but when you asked for the help they don’t help you! I came here and one of the black women working just lifted her head and eye to take me next to be checked out. As I was checking out the women had an issues because I put the products on top of the counter where her computer was. So the lunatic asked to put them at the bottom so she could get them…. Not sure why I was completely confused. Well she had an attitude because I told her if she could put my change and receipt on the bag (I had put hand sanitizer and I didn’t want to touch any money) well she just stared at me didn’t say thank you or anything was smiling and looking at another fluffy black girl next to her. The “manager” called me I had told her my experience and she didn’t want to hear it and said she could get a few free items delivered to me since I had a bad experience & I told her I didn’t want anything free to just get her staff together & she went on with the it’s not free product…… if it’s not FREE why are you saying your going to send me a free items? Any professional manager would of emailed me saying it was nice speaking with you blah blah blah but in this case she didn’t they don’t care. This is why they have bad reviews staff and manager don’t care about the customers.
Lyndsey Campbell: Staff always ask how they can help, but they really don’t actually care. Still nice to have this location in The Village District.
