ChadW0505: Professional Touch hizo algunas reparaciones menores de revestimiento/molduras, pintó la casa/la terraza, mucho calafateo y pequeños trabajos de molduras en mi terraza, y la tiñó. La calidad del servicio y el precio fue genial! Hubo algunas fallas de comunicación en las primeras etapas en torno al inicio/finalización del proyecto, pero Fernando respondió rápidamente y cualquier problema que mencioné lo manejó sin dudarlo. Elegí el equipo de Fernando porque tenían un precio competitivo, buena reputación y me dieron algunas ideas para mi plataforma con un trabajo adicional de recorte que la hizo lucir sobresaliente. I told him we had a 3:30 appointment and I scheduled my day around that time. He said he had an emergency which is why he called/ text me.OK, but not allowing even 30 minutes for me to respond to unexpected contact; while just showing up at my house hours early before any confirmation is not on me. Without further explanation at that time he said he let me know, I don't except an emergency and I'm being cocky. Excuse me??Questioning what is going on, being confused and potentially annoyed at the last minute switch with little explanation is not cocky... it's valuing one's time. Based on his attitude i told him where he could go with that approach.He then proceeds to text me about explaining and rescheduling. Not the first texts, not his phone call and not when he spoke. NOW he offers next week, now he tells me his wife has a health scare, now he says he's leaving town. OK again, but shouldn't you lead with that information? He had three chances to simply let me know what was occurring and how he can proceed. Missed opportunity at every turn and not someone that can be relied upon for business communication. Look elsewhere as we've seen multiple qualified and professional painting services.Ultimately since it turned out to be a family emergency, I am factoring it into the rating (which is why I didn't give 1 star

They arrived on time each day and cleaned up daily before they left. They were also very careful of our new appliances and countertops.
