Villia Cruentia: I wish I could make this 5 stars but take out tends to be hit or miss. Smaller portions, takeout pizza may be burnt or uneven, or salads with not as fresh ingredients. It is very clear they do not put the same effort into their take out as their in person experience because it is amazing, the food is always better, service top notch & eager to please their customers, and the atmosphere is up to typical Mellow mushroom standard. It’s perfect for a nice sunny day outside especially and often plenty of spacing options that you don’t feel cramped wherever you are from the booths, covered outdoor fire pit seating, the lovely outdoor and play area, or the spacious bar. The food is fresh and with the high quality I have come to expect from Mellow Mushroom. The staff also will gladly fix any issue you come to them with. I just wish take out was better.

Freako Garćon: First time trying this place. THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING!!!! Ky, Seniq, Ladavian, Cianna and Kendra were all phenomenal! They walked me through the whole process, they were kind and hilarious. I told them I usually go to another pizza chain that’s similar and they promised after I tried Your Pie that I wouldn’t , they were right. 12/10 food and service!

I love how Kendra came out to the dining area and asked how our food was. She was very friendly and even went to get some pepper and utensils for me. After deciding on what to eat my sister and I asked the ladies making pizza how to go about ordering food and they did not respond so we proceeded to the register. The gentleman took our orders and was very friendly. After waiting like 30 mins with 6 hungry kids we asked where the food was. Guess what we were supposed to order with the ladies who never responded. So 15-20 mins later we were served our food, however the manager fired the gentleman who helped us while the ladies who ignored our questions went without reparations. Very unfair to that guy and I will not be wasting time at a company who handles business with favoritism. If one was let go let them all go!

I have always found the staff to be pleasant and attentive. If you are looking for a half star better than Pub Grub. This is a good choice.

The service was also terrible, I think you should hire some more people to help. We waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order and when they did, they were extremely short and rude with us. Tim Zarosky: TLDR: Skip this place. Full story below.Kid wanted a cheese pizza, ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni and basil (Margarita was a featured pizza). Was informed they were out of basil, sausage, mushrooms and chicken. Dang, ok, ordered a half pepperoni and jalapeno then. Grabbed a Cheerwine from the fridge. They took my payment and immediately turned around. Didn't confirm time, order, or acceptance. I went and sat down. Got the pizza about 10 or so minutes later. Couple minutes later realized there were no plates. Turned around and they were completely closed up at 3pm. I snuck behind the counter to get plates. Realized a few minutes in I had made a terrible mistake. Canned drink was hot, had to get ice from another shop. Pizza crust was great on the edge, but that was the only redeeming quality. Pizza toppings were under cooked, topping tasted cheap, cheese slid around on a layer of watery sauce, middle of the pizza quickly turned to mush. Even with a fork and knife (again procured from a different restaurant) it was an inedible mess.Sucks as the food hall it is in has a good vibe and a lot of good options. Wish this place would close up for good so that others wouldn't have to forgo the reputation hit this place is more than likely causing.

Kim Kinney: Charged my credit card twice!!! I ordered the evening of 1/28, a very uninterested man took my order and charged my credit card. He then said "The transaction didn't go through." I told him "It said approved over here and I signed for it." He mumbled something, took my order again. For whatever reason that failed too before another woman came over and took my order. She charged my card, I told her "This is the second time you are running my card." She didn't respond. $50 later, the pizza is not very good. Stay home and get a frozen pizza instead!

Not sure the garlic herb cream was on there and we couldn’t do any substitutions (wanted to add vegan sausage) so that it would look like a rainbow (as indicated by our server), which is a very cool concept, but it didn’t actually come out looking like that. Kimberley Fenton: We had our first trip to Trophy Brewing today. We had a couple of personal size build-your-own pizzas. They looked great when they came out but a few of the toppings we'd ordered were missing. We mentioned it to our very pleasant server and she apologized. We ate the pizzas (they were delicious!) and then the server came with our bill. To our surprise, we'd been given 50% off the price of the food AND they gave us pizzas to take home made the way we had originally ordered them. Excellent food, nice atmosphere, and first rate customer service. We'll be back!

Dylan Anderson: Unfortunately, this MOD location was mid.We placed an in app order, and planned to pick up and eat inside.When we arrived, the staff addressed us, we told them we had an in app order, and they just pointed to the other side of the restaurant where the online pickup was. Not super kind or welcoming but wouldn’t have said anything about it had it not been for the quality of the food and cleanliness, or lack thereof, of the restaurant.The bathroom was disgusting and the table we sat down at was also incredibly dirty.Lastly, we were sitting down when our pizzas were boxed and watched them be placed in the online pickup area. We picked them up and proceeded to consume them within a minute or two from being boxed. Despite how quickly we got to them, both pizzas were cold. Both pizzas also had toppings on them that we did not order.If you are in the area and craving MOD, it’s worth driving to a different location.
P Adams: I love the fact that I can see the ingredients before they go on my pizza. They have TONS of different toppings. I ordered a mod, which is 11 inches, thin crust. My friend ordered the double crust, which looks like a regular pizza crust. Everyone enjoyed their pizza or salad. They also had 2 types of tea, two types of lemonade, and fountain drinks.The staff was great! It was my first time and they explained and were patient as I looked over all the toppings.The atmosphere was like a normal restaurant. Everything was clean.
