    Kyle C: This place was as good as it can be, for the situations that encompass needing the services. Pricing was straight forward, information was accessible when needed. Neal has a very calm demeanor and a really nice guy. He may come across as stand off if your looking for an overly excited personality, due to his professionalism, however sparking up a valued conversation or two was done with ease! The turn around time was ahead of schedule which was nice, as well as all of my questions and concerns being answered with full disclosure. I would most certainly refer this place to friends and family, as well as to use again if ever needed!
    Joseph Wezwick: I would highly recommend DNA & Drug Test Services located at 4909 Waters Edge Drive, Suite 200, Raleigh. I was frustrated by the lack of willingness to structure a varied and flexible testing regiment from many testing centers I contacted. When I spoke with Neal he was more than accommodating to work with me to schedule random testing and has been great on follow-up. Neal has provided a very thorough and workable solution.
    Ginny Perfater: Ok, I'm going to try to shorten this a little. My husband and I are trying to adopt. In order to do that, we have to establish paternity, since the mother is not married. I called and spoke with Neil. He seemed a little wish washy on some answers and I got a little suspicious that he wasn't being 100% truthful. I started asking questions about the lab they use and if they back their results with a guarantee. He said they did and that they use the lab that invented the test, Radkin. Well I searched and could not find the lab. I called back to schedule an appointment, after taking to the birth mother and alleged father. Well to look into it further, I asked for the lab they use for the test. This time he said DNA Diagnostics. I had gotten a quote from them of 1600 dollars, so I asked him how they were able to do it for so cheap. He fumbled around and said they cut out the middle man blah blah blah... When I talked to my mom and told her something didn't seem right. She called DNA Diagnostics and talked to Terry. He looked up the company on their data base to see if he is truly a collection center for them, and he is NOT! Beware of this place. His prices are much lower for a reason. We could have thrown 1250 dollars, a days work, and a 3.5 hour drive one way out the window for NOTHING! Be very careful using this place!
    jo clark: This place was very clean, and wonderful folks. They are very helpful in the testing process. I would highly recommend them in doing any DNA or Drug testing.
    Jackson Bowen: Terrible. I have never been spoken to and treated so poorly by a business. I am a small business owner in the RTP. I set up an appointment for one of my employees with NIEL at dna and drug test services to be drug tested (I require all my employees before they start working for me). He told us my employee could come in at 2pm but that he wouldnt be closing until 6pm. She arrived at 2:30 and he was not in his office. She called Niel and he YELLED at her and told her she needed to learn to speak english and not be late to appointments. She speaks english fine but she is hispanic. She called me crying and told me what happened. I could not believe it. So I called Niel, I politely asked him what I was told and he started yelling at me. I asked him why he was yelling and he said it was because people dont know how to "be on f****** time". Then he hung up on me. None the less, I have never been treated like this by a businnes. He is #1 on google search and that is unbelievable. There are many other places that are just as cheap and allow walk-ins for immediate testing. My advice is go somewhere else, or at the very least dont be late to meet Niel.

    Pradeep M: Was really worried about the negative reviews. Came here 15 minutes before appointment and checked in using sms I received while booking. In 2 minutes I got the message saying technician is ready. Went in, gave urine sample and blood sample. Came out in 5 minutes.
    Joel Sigmund: Super long wait. No communication on wait time. Needs improvement of on line check in to communicate wait time and streamline visit. Lab tech was excellent
    Nick Imperato: Waited 15 mins at the front desk after being scheduled for fingerprints. Got told fingerprints weren’t being done there and never even got a call after being told they let patients with appointments know. Lady was nice at the front desk but horrible communication when it came to my appointment after having to drive 45 mins there

    Sha'Quitta M Brown: Amazing experience from start to finish. I was able to check in from my phone & wait in my car until they were ready. I received a text to come inside when they were ready to see me. Upon walking in I was greeted by name by Shaun K. He was kind & very knowledable when it came to the insurance portion. My wait time in the lobby was less than 5 minutes. When I got to the back I was in & out of the chair in 5 minutes tops. The lady who drew my blood was fast, friendly & efficient. I'm a hard stick, but she got me on the first try. Not to mention I felt no pain. Did I forget to mention I was able to get this done on a Saturday?! Overall I'm 1000% satisfied with this LabCorp location. Great job guys!

She addressed the patients before and after me as "Mr" but when it came to me she used my first name even though it is very obvious I am older than her. Not only that, she personaly checked in male prior to me directly but she was very rude to me.I asked if there was a restroom and she said "I don't know". I took it as very racist because I look hispanic. won't recommend this place at all.

    Bobbi Mullins: Avoid Labcorp if possible. I have had a lot of lab work over the last 8 months, and occasionally things go smoothly, but most of the time they don't. For my latest order I've tried to get it done twice already, but they never can find the order even though the doctor's office has placed it in the system and faxed it several times. (This has also happened on numerous other occasions and with different doctor's orders, plus I've seen the same thing happen to others in front of me.) When they finally magically found the faxed orders I waited another 45 minutes while everyone in front of me went through. When she started seeing people who arrived well after me because they had appointments I had to leave because I had to be somewhere else. I had no idea how much longer it would be or how many of the others who had arrived after me had appointments and would go before me. I suggest you get written orders from your doctor (don't rely on them sending it digitally or by fax) and make an appointment. Perhaps that will work better, but I wouldn't necessarily count on it. There was 1 person there doing the job of receptionist and phlebotomist. The other person left shortly after I arrived at 11am for her lunch hour. I suppose when she returned the other one would leave for an hour for her break. So, don't go between 11-1.

    Gabrielle Miller: I would give zero stars if possible. First appointment, they did the wrong test, and insisted I was there to give a urine sample instead of getting my blood drawn. Once we found out this was of course wrong, I had to go back to get my blood drawn. The one and only person working there once again messed up my labs so I still don't have my lab results, and now have to go in for a third time. I have learned and am going to new location. DO NOT GO HERE

    Brooklyn Miller: I usually pass out for every kind of blood draw. These kind lovely ladies distracted me and it was over before I knew it. They listened to me when I told them I normally pass out and didn’t brush me off. Had a great experience.

    David 306: So so lame! My wife's doctor sent me to this location to pickup a fecal sample kit. I brought the paperwork emailed by the doctor to pickup the kit. The door is closed without a window or means to get attention of the reception. I am supposed to have brought my wife's driver's license with me to check in to get the kit.

She told me not to worry because even though the job told me I had 24 hours, she told me that was just a scare tactic and that I actually had 3 days. So I tried to go back within that time period and my registration number expired. They are incompetent at this location. The job then called and said it looked like LabCorp sent that a sample...how??? I didn’t even complete the drug test there! Avoid this location at all costs please!!! They will totally screw you and I’m calling corporate.

    Des C.: WARNING! Do not go here for labs! To reiterate what Alexandra said in her review. What is the point of having an appointment if you're going to take walk-ins before you?! There were 6 people ahead of me, 1 of them had an appt before me. My appt. was at 8:30am and they do appts in 30 minute increments. Five of those people were walk-ins. By 9:15am I left. There were still 3 people ahead of me and then a guy came in with a bio-hazard jug and the lady let him skip everyone, so that was the last straw for me. Who knows how long I'd be there if I stayed. I will never go to that location again!
