Collin Duffy: Not sure about the sales side of the house but I am speaking on the service side. I brought my bike in early December 2022 to get work done, specifically the carburetor, ended up getting the forks rebuilt. I received the bike back in early January, 3-4 weeks from when I dropped it off bc they had one service tech working on my bike and he was on leave. I received the bike with the forks barely bolted and a few of the bolts missing. When I mentioned it to the service department they came and picked it up to right the wrongs. They had the bike for 3ish weeks and they dropped it off at my house only to have the same previous issues I was having with my bike. So 6-7 weeks with my bike and $1,000 plus and it still doesn’t run properly.

No issues here.However, he forgot to collect the plates, and when he called them about this a few days later they assured him it will be taken care of (i.e. they will return the plates to DMV). Great, good deal. But it was not taken care of _still_ even though he called three more times (each time was either put on hold for a very long time after being reassured that this is being taken care of and could he just please hold while they check on this, or promised to be called back - which never happened). Today on the phone he was yet again assured that it’s being taken care of today/tomorrow. We shall see. (UPD: nothing happened. Ugh.)So please remember to grab your plates right away if you are selling your motorcycle there.UPD-2: The plates issue was resolved, so the real problem was communication. Added one more star for fairness.

Atlas Wilson: Came in to get helmet advise I haven't rode a motorcycle since 2004, Jerry help me patiently with all my questions. It took an hour and it was close to closing time and he was like no rush. I left and came back the next day and he recognized me, he was counting his cash register money, stopped what he was doing to go get the helmet box and made sure everything was there. They got me a rate that was as good as what I could have done on my own without all the hassle. The asking price on my barely used bike was below market value and they all went above and beyond to make things easy. The parts department was equally as good as the highly professional sales team, 100% committed to providing everything I needed without once trying to pressure me to spend more. More dealerships should be like this.

I had a battery issue that we found on the day of purchase. The staff quickly replaced the battery which at the time we assumed was the issue. I got the unit home and continued to have a battery issue. I took the machine to local dealer who identified the issue. I sent the staff at Triangle the quote for the repair and they were very quick to respond and take care of the issue. This has not become my preferred dealership for future purchases. They did not ignore me and went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy. Thank you TPS for holding yourself to a higher standard than many others! Charged me $400 over the correct value for a moped repair, and claimed it was a “math error.” Claimed to replace my throttle cable for $80, but he just taped the broken one which broke and I had to replace myself (these only cost $30). DO NOT DO BUSINESS HEREReply to his comment: why then was I charged $80 +labor for a throttle cable if you did not replace it?
Basil Walkes: I bought a new bike from this store and in less than a year old the amount of money I had to put into this bike, I would have been better served buying another new bike.I had kit installed for better performance. The kit would have worked if it was properly installed. I brought the bike back because the RPM's was way out of wack which was only going kill the bike. At a full stop the bike RPM would be over 6000 RPM. Mr Ramiro would say it was idling too high. I then took the bike to another shop because I was getting no where with Mr Ramiro. It ended up costing me $1,100 to get the working properly. Not a good shop for repairs

Joe Saintomas: Shout out to Tobacco Road HD. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and cannot ride my Harley at this time. I was concerned about getting my bike inspected so I called Tobacco Toad HD and spoke with Service. They came to my house, picked the bike up, took it in and inspected it and then returned it. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience. I cannot recommend their Service Dept. highly enough. Thank you so much for helping me!

Shaneeka Moore: I finally got a little free time out of my busy schedule to gain the knowledge and my motorcycle license the correct way so I was excited to attend Harley Davison Academy. The instructors were great, I met new people….. the first 3 days went by great but the last day it rained! and that’s when my nerves kicked in but I did OK even though I was soak and wet than around 4 o’clock the rain stop but it was puddles of water on the ground and on the last and final test in order to pass I slid in a puddle!! and failed the test!!Yes, I’m giving the Academy 4 stars because I learned a lot but the last day was a safety hazard to me and hopefully in the near future, they will come up with a better plan for when it rains also they told me that I had to retake the whole class and I refuse to pay another $325 and at the same time they made me feel like a complete failure so I refused to show my face again.No Thank You.

Charlie McDarris: Bought a set of tires from 4-Wheel Parts. Included in the purchase was free tire rotation. I called to schedule but was told they aren't honoring this and I would have to drive to Virginia Beach or Charlotte 4 Wheel Parts for rotation. Asked what they charge and they said $149. OUCH. Called AAA Auto Care and they rotate tires for $19.99 and balance and rotate for $60. I won't be going here in the future.After spending a boat-load of money with 4 Wheel Parts for new suspension, tires, etc., I now feel abandoned and a bit scammed by 4 Wheel Parts. I certainly got the impression during my phone call that this new group has no interest in working with prior customers.
Scott Danielson: I was hoping to get an estimate and then some work completed by Total Off-Road, which used to be 4 Wheel Parts/Performance. Sounds like they’re under new ownership?I wanted only a few items that were bolt on or plug and play, so not a huge ticket… but still business nonetheless. It was obvious they didn’t want my business… considering they added about 50% above MSRP on the items specifically on top of labor and miscellaneous fees. I had to follow up with them several times and each time being told they would call back… and never did.I think the average consumer knows how retail works now… MSRP is what customers should pay for items or they can simply buy directly from the manufacturer. However the retailer can buy it usually wholesale, which is at a discounted cost… so they can turn around and mark it back up to MSRP and make a little money. Then add whatever labor they generally charge. I know this, because I’ve worked with other shops in the area and even “4 Wheel Parts” in the past.It’s unfortunate when owners or management are unaware of business being pushed away.Wish them the best, but I’ll just take my business elsewhere.
Robert Schwachenwald: I have a lifted Titan XD, had some alignment and shaking issues. Even with stock tires, Titans have a slight vibration felt around 40-55 mph, well known on the Titan Forums, I took the truck there, ready to purchase a full suspension redo, James took the truck in for an assessment, worked up a scope of work, well below what I thought I needed, I was skeptical, had the truck for 5 hours, I picked it up, immediately realizing a difference. 2 weeks later, the truck is perfect, all speeds. All for an 1/8th of what I though I was going to spend. Well worth the cost of the assessment, which they credited back to me once I accepted the quote. Great work James and Team!

Zachary Leasure: I stopped by 4 Wheel Parts after Toyota told me they could not look at my front steering and suspension on my 4Runner since I had an aftermarket Icon Stage 6 kit installed. I was hearing some clunky noise from the front end and wanted to ensure it was not a CV joint or bearing/bushing that went bad.The crew at 4 Wheel Parts is knowledgeable and helpful. Both Aaron and Dave assisted with setting up an appointment to have my vehicle inspected.When I arrived, the mechanics took my vehicle for a test drive them put it up on the rack to complete a full inspection of the front end. When they finished they called me over and walked me through their entire checklist of inspection items. No issues were found, everything was in working order, and they kindly refunded the service fee since nothing needed to be repaired.They inspected all the wear parts and the current Icon set up I have installed. They said if the noise gets worse to come back and they will remove all the skid plates and do a deep dive.I was satisfied with the customer service I received and the knowledge of the staff and mechanics. Some 4x4 shops are Jeep, Jeep, Jeep but 4 Wheel Parts was knowledgeable about Toyota as well, which was refreshing to see. I would recommend anyone to this 4 Wheel Parts.
