schin62: I went in for a fridge but I needed a smaller size than the trend these days (i.e. most of the "normal" fridges are too big for my space, at least the french door style is). So I was unable to find one in the store that I liked and would fit in my current space set up. The ones I did find online and went to see if they had, were not available or in network...Despite my challenges finding a fridge that would work for me the staff was nice and helpful. They tried finding a fridge in the style I wanted but we're unable to as mentioned before the smaller fridges in the newer styles are not as common. The store had a variety of options as well.I didn't really look at too much else while I was there but the store looked clean. The parking lot is big so no issues with finding a spot to park in.

Isabella Freeman: The worst customer service experience of my life. I made an online order back in March, it was damaged during shipment and returned to the wearhouse. I had to call and follow up on the order instead of someone contacting me to let me know, refund my money or ship a replacement. When the second order arrived I received no notification. When I called to inquire I did not know I’d be making 3 long phone calls where I was placed on hold for nearly 30 min each time and promised return phone calls that never happened. It’s almost June and I gave up on the whole thing and got my money back. This was absolutely abysmal service and I will never order a product from Home Depot online again.

Stephen LaFon: I spoke with Max at Hampton Kitchens this afternoon and even though he was not able to help with my project he spent time with me explaining what I needed to do to move my project along. Max gave me names of people who could help me and he explained the process I should use. I was very grateful for his help. I would recommend him.
Rory Mackin: They took time to give some design ideas and places to get other options. Seemed to be interested in my best interest. Friendly, helpful and hopefully honest. Didn't ever feel like I was being sold anything.
Krystal Greenhaw: We had some major kitchen upgrades planned and started to work with a few companies. Max was absolutely fabulous with communication and just walking us through the steps. Professionalism and the communication was great. Unfortunately we had something else in our home that caught our attention and needed the priority and we had to stop moving forward on our plans for upgrades and instead focus on some repairs completely unrelated to our kitchen. If we ever need work in their area of expertise again they'll be the first of my list to call. Especially during a time where this work is so busy it's great to find a company that's so invested in their work, customers and has a great communication!

While at our home, he practiced all the requirements of social distancing and took time to wipe down the cabinet before he left.
