He was always available via phone and even helped continue to modify my quote for the best price for my budget.Tina, who took care of the invoice and scheduling, was great at communication and patient as I had to mail my insurance check to my mortgage company and wait for it to be returned.Jenny, unsure of her exact role, felt like my personalized consultant and checked in on me each day to let me know when the guys would arrive and when they were finished. She was readily available to answer any questions or concerns and made me feel very comfortable through the whole process.And finally, Margarito and his two helpers did such a fantastic and QUICK job. I had glue down hardwoods removed and replaced with LVP on the first floor, new carpet on the stairs, carpet removed and replaced with LVP on the second floor (2BR incl. closets), as well as LVT in the guest bathroom. They were professional, clean, and considerate of my belonging. All of that hard work took only TWO DAYS and looks absolutely amazing. Total upgrade!I really cannot recommend American Dream enough and I am so beyond thrilled to have found them.

American Dream was definitely the right choice for us.

Doug Blackley: Called for an estimate and they sent out a professional named John. They charge $25 for an estimate which I think is just to keep "tire kickers" away. The estimate experience was worth the $25 even if I hadn't chosen them to do my project. John was extremely knowledgeable and personable and made me want to do business with American. The workers arrived when promised (although I was Leary due to my recent experience with contractors) and proceeded to survey my project. They too were very pleasant to work with. They got to work and finished the project to my satisfaction and left the area spotless. I was extremely happy with the end result. I highly recommend American Dream Flooring and Tile to anyone in the market for new flooring as well as repairs. They're top notch.

American Dream sells and installs flooring, they do not manufacture it. However after visiting my problem floors . American Dream came through fought with the manufacturer and replaced everything. I called and was told it's on back order and nothing I can do about it. I told him they would have known this when I ordered it a week ago, not just the day before it's to be delivered. Isabella Freeman: The worst customer service experience of my life. I made an online order back in March, it was damaged during shipment and returned to the wearhouse. I had to call and follow up on the order instead of someone contacting me to let me know, refund my money or ship a replacement. When the second order arrived I received no notification. When I called to inquire I did not know I’d be making 3 long phone calls where I was placed on hold for nearly 30 min each time and promised return phone calls that never happened. It’s almost June and I gave up on the whole thing and got my money back. This was absolutely abysmal service and I will never order a product from Home Depot online again.

RICHmike: Took 50min of being in the store to buy a grill. We stood at the front of the store for 35min waiting on RICH the manager to grace us with his presence to unlock the grill. I'm not sure how this gentlemen ever became a manager. Thank you for the rest of the staff that tried their best to help us. If I were homedepot I would greatly consider retraining RICH on proper customer service. He went so far to say he tried to come to the front, yet my wife stood there waiting the entire time with out him coming.

Rita M: I have been a customer of RH since 2017, having furnished 90% of my primary residence in Durham and my vacation home in SC with RH furniture and decor. In the last month, I furnished a guest bedroom with RH furniture after moving my daughter’s existing furniture to her new apartment. With the RH Members Program, I received 25% savings on everything, which made the products more affordable than the regular pricing (and not more expensive than Pottery Barn and Arhaus brands). Over these past 3 years of shopping at RH, I have been extremely pleased with the customer service, delivery and quality. In the few instances where there was an issue, RH resolved it immediately without giving me any trouble. The delivery process is consistently easy - always on time and efficient. The delivery team was even efficient delivering to my vacation home in SC where there was no good parking for their truck. I was a nervous wreck but the delivery team handled it all with poise! I have had issues at other furniture retailers, but never with RH, so I will always be a loyal customer. My only suggestion to RH is to consider going back to offering more traditional furniture styles - they seem to be moving too much into the modern and contemporary style, but that doesn’t appeal to everyone. They need to keep a mix of styles.

Will Blanton: We bought the St James Dining room table in antiqued grey oak finish. Great looking table. After just a few months of using it the finish began to come off. When I contacted Restoration Hardware about the issue they referenced their care guide which basically says do not buy this table if you are planning on using it for anything besides looking at it. They did agree to sending a repair kit but the finish continues to come off. The finish on a table this price should be more durable, simply sliding a plate makes it come off. You’re not living up to your brand promise RH, everything about your stores, pricing and website says top quality products. The products do not stand up to that promise.

Daniel Marcus: Whatever you do, DO NOT order appliances from Lowe's.The delivery company usually doesn't call either to confirm the day before or to give a delivery window, calling is a joke; "longer than normal wait times" is the norm, usually over an hour. They broke two dryers in a row by carrying them in incorrectly, until they ran out of replacements and told me I'd have to wait "about a month" for new ones to come in. They also didn't hook up the water line for steam for the dryer even though I specifically asked them before they left if they had (they said yes they had).

Waited my turn, then waited while two others were "helped ". Finally, one employee tried for 40 minutes to set up installation and couldn't ever do it.
