Alicia Lamb-Moody: All of the staff I interacted with were very nice, it was the food that left something to be desired.The hot/cold appetizer bar wasn't the best I've seen at a Brazilian steakhouse. Most of the covers on the hot food were actually broken, and some of the dishes had no flavor at all.As for the meats, I was never presented with the lamb which I found unfortunate. The pork tenderloin was overcooked and dry, the curried chicken had zero flavor, and the pork ribs were super tough.The picanha was very tasty, as was the bacon wrapped filet, garlic sirloin, parmesean crusted chicken, short ribs, and the bacon wrapped chicken.The floors were also very dirty. I didn't go to the bathroom, so I can't speak to it's cleanliness.Unfortunately, I'll probably stick with the better known "chain" Brazilian steakhouses as I've had a better all around experience there.

Most of them were dried out and just tasted ok. Definetly overpriced would be a much better value if you can just chose what you would like to eat.

The buffet also included some delicious items and had a wide variety to choose from. The only downside if there is one, would be the expense. It is quite pricey if you are eating the meat and buffet option.

Omid Khodadadi: We left the restaurant, and one of the waiters (man) with black truck, stopped near to our car on red light, after his job, and start to complain about the amount of tip which we gave them! He said that they don’t make enough money at their job, and they need a lot of tips! We spent $300 + tips for 4 adult and 1 kid! Today was my birthday, I was so happy and i chose this restaurant for my birthday with my family and my wife! He made me so upset and sad on my birthday! Just one day in a year! The quality of food was amazing and i’m giving 2 star just for the quality of food and just the lady who took our order. They didn’t come to refill water for us. They didn’t took the dirty utensils from table. My mother went to ask when they close and one of the ladies responded to my mom in very bad way! They’re not allow to stop us outside after they left their job because of tips!This was the first and last time I went to this restaurant! I take this very seriously, because I don't like such people like this ruin people's day! I hope this does not happen to anyone else. I’m working in the same industry and i never ever asked anyone even $1 tip! I never expected tips from anyone! Next year, I will be more careful to choose a place for my birthday!

I am here in the restrtaunt now while writing this review.Horrible service and meat was salty so my my mom and I have chosen to get the pineapple chicken sandwich! The chicken sandwich smelled of chitterlings because it was over cooked with dark grill marks/ burnt marks! I tried to eat it anyway. Best part about todays visit was the fries. Jay Carter: We used to go to Brasa all the time pre-pandemic, at least once a month. We finally decided to go back this past Sunday (6/26/2022) for our son's birthday. While the food and everything seemed more or less on par, the servers we had were terrible. They didn't bring any sides out to the table, I had to ask and then all they brought was mashed potatoes. They continuously bypassed our table with meats and when they did come by and ask if we wanted anything specific, they never brought it back to us. I finally gave up and left hungry because the service was so terrible. Worst experience Ive ever had a Brasa and Im not sure we will ever return. It costs too much to be treated like second class citizens by your wait staff.

We had heard the hype about how good the food was, and since my daughter is a steak lover, we decided that this would be perfect place for her 16th birthday dinner. We hired a limo and went all out. My first mistake was not realizing that even on a Sunday evening the bar next door would have their music pumping so loud that we literally could not have a conversation at our table. On top of the obnoxiously loud thumping noises, our service was terrible. Having been in the service industry for many years myself, I know what is hard and what is not hard work. This was a Sunday evening and this place was by no means busy but our server was apparently having issues and could not attend to our table as necessary. I hate to dis such a well spoken of establishment, but I can honestly say I won't go back and I will not recommend this place to anyone. There are far better places to enjoy my time and money at.

Fillings are moist and delicious. Having taken a bite of over half of the savory menu items I didn’t find an empanada that I didn’t like. Drey Blevins: I would give them zero stars if possible. We have ordered several times thru UberEATS and it's been good. We walked in for takeout and wow it was like night and day. I ordered the chimis which are never spicy. We got the food home and it was so spicy I couldn't eat it. I almost threw up it was so hot. We called them and was told to come back for another order that wasn't spicy. When I get there I get the third degree about it like I'm trying to defraud them of food. My issue is why is it normally not spicy when we are ordering with UberEATS but it has extra heat when we order in person? I'm Irish. And I feel like they had a fun game with me and my family. Won't eat there again ever.

MikeG is Me !!: Bar manager lacks customer service skills. A pitcher of margaritas is a total rip off. You only get 3 drinks for $40 from a pitcher that looks like a flower planter. They refused to make the margaritas in a regular pitcher stating they no longer had them. When I asked what they served a pitcher of beer in, they were speechless. I should have gotten up and left them. Overpriced, dishonest, and only marginal quality food. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

I was a little surprised the vegan enchiladas was just one enchilada. The carne en su jugo was a lot of green chili sauce with little strips of meat. Very tasty but I ran out of tortillas and used my own. I had leftover and added beans. It's probably good mixed with eggs too. Hemos estado yendo al restaurante de carnes en el interior en varios lugares y estados, desde 2016 y siempre ha sido el restaurante de mi familia. Las sopas están fuera de este mundo y la carne es para morirse. Kids manue también es perfecto! Está muy bien preparado y casi se siente como hecho en casa, así que a mis hijos les encanta. Siempre nos sirven y nos sentamos rápidamente, ¡lo cual es genial!

I ask for it to just put it a little bit more in the grill and they took FOREVER when I said FOREVER at a point that we were sleepy at the table . I waived and waived and I was ignored I guess I payed the price of complaining for the bad FOOD. They finally came and the put it on a box to go because they were almost closed. And the StAKE WAS BURNED like on PURPOSE obviously. They should closed the place down because it’s really BAD SERVICE the server was king but could not make any difference in the big Desaster they did in the kitchen . Stay away there are other places with better service and better food .
