Natalie Darden: This was the biggest disappointment for Mothers day, Not only did a mouse come out and crawl up the wall and into it but the server witnessed the entire thing and acted as if it was Nothing and handed us a 700 dollar Bill. Never eating there again.

Leonard Harrison: We went for a great meal the other night and received it. The food was down right fantastic. The waitress Louise made sure our sons gf had a great 1st time at the Melting Pot. Always get the Moho and the Milk Chocolate. Great time for sure.

GGs Enterprises: This was my first time visiting the melting pot and it was AMAZING. It was a very special day my nieces 16th birthday!! And Emily definitely made sure that everything was special. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience or waiter. We had a cute little cubby booth, flowers, and they allowed a special request for the “Thursdate” special on a Tuesday which was so nice. Carmen Ballance: Normally we go to Raleigh location but there were no reservations available. Glad we got experience Durham location. All staff were friendly. They were short handed with only 2 servers and the hostess, bar staff , and management all worked together to help make sure all tables were taken care of. They all were quick to refill drinks, bring each course out, and clear table. This location is way bigger than Raleigh location. Has large party room area, couple smaller party area, several open tables that have 2 burners, and little tables perfect for date night for 2 that have curtain can close. Coffee MP drink from from bar was very delicious. Durham location use to be across street near mall and new location is nicer. Highly recommend this location.
